2141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling awareness for adolescents on: September 14, 2021, 07:20:04 PM

I am quite impressed when almost everyone does not care about the environment, even teenagers are often considered just a bunch of delinquents and have no purpose in life. An idea emerged as well as an initiative based on concerns that occurred in the field. Of course we will support this program. I hope all other countries also have this awareness, and make it a pilot program to empower young people to have a better living arrangement. Gambling addiction does need to be prevented, at least with various awareness of the surrounding community.
2142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Not all altcoins will recover on: September 13, 2021, 01:20:15 PM
For altcoins, buy low and sell high, and you will make a profit. Although this statement is correct, it does not go for all coins. Some people think that when the market rebounds, their altcoins will rise with it. But the result was leaving the market at a loss.
So choose wisely and follow up the project. See what their developers are doing, or just hiding behind the prevailing saying.
Many coins never pump and just dump while there are other coins that pump and then dump and then they never recover, can you distinguish if the altcoin in which you want to invest belongs to one of those coins or is it one of the few coins that can actually grow over the long term? And the truth is that for the majority of users the answer to that question is a big no, and as such people should avoid to invest in altcoins at all costs.

As well as being able to do some research if you still want to know more about the potential of altcoins. It is not advisable for them to hold large amounts of altcoins any longer. Maybe setting a benchmark ranking at CMC will give you a little relief so you don't buy altcoins just because there was a trend at the beginning but the progress was slow and even more sinking. This risk is often experienced by some people who insist on investing without doing further research.
2143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are some of the new projects we should keep eyes on it? on: September 13, 2021, 01:06:16 PM
You can look at NFT's if you want to see new projects. Because as of now, blockchain projects and exchanges at the top are still the old ones.
BTC, Ethereum, BNB, ADA, etc...
Right now I can't take my eyes of NFT projects especially in the gaming industry. But if you are pursuing blockchain projects only then you could check out KardiaChain (KAI). Investing with swap platform tokens could also be a great idea especially the known ones like Cake or Uniswap.

It's a shame if you're at this point that NFT is clearly in a phase of adoption where most P2E gaming adoption is. Could it be that you missed a lot about NFT?
In fact, most NFTs are based on BSC and ETH networks, so it doesn't hurt to try some games that can generate crypto.

Regarding your suggestion, namely KAI, are there any new projects that they will launch soon and can provide something more than the income from the NFT project? I am quite curious that the current decline experienced by KAI is not too surprising.
2144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not make curiosity to people around you while you are playing gambling. on: September 13, 2021, 12:43:38 PM
Personally, I try not to talk about gambling and gambling-related financial activity when hangout with friends. The gambling addict can harm the people around him, so it is better not to extend the harmful circle. Compulsive gambling will lead to poverty in 90% of cases, so it is better to cut it while you have fun. When the fun is over, gambling turns out to be torture.
It depends on those friends that you talk about with your gambling habit. There are those people that can't be moved even if you talk about how much you're making and how addicted you are. But there really are those that can easily be affected and influenced by you if you're too convincing and they're also vulnerable because they're looking for some other ways to earn and just ignores the risk that it has like in gambling. And when you do talk about it, always say a disclaimer that it works for you but it may not work for them and vice versa.

When the economic conditions are quite worrying, it is clear that they are easily attracted and can be easily influenced. Because this is often found in developing countries. Especially in the area where we live, there are also many people who turn out to be running into gambling due to the offers and invitations of previous people who only talk about the advantages but not the disadvantages and the risk of addiction which will be much more dangerous later
2145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot vs Video Poker on: September 13, 2021, 12:19:16 PM
Modern-day gambling has increased the quest to gain more skills in playing the various gambling games, while some games require skills to play them, others are relatively simple to play and require little or no skills in playing them.
As the topic specifies slot and video poker are the most friendly and simple games to play for me but the two have some disparity which I will love us to discuss on this thread.
1 what are the similarities between slot games and video pokers?
2 between slot and video poker which is more technical and requires skills to play?
3 what are your personal experiences with both games?

Obviously the answer must be poker, for a gamble that relies on the skill of thinking and some technical calculation methods. however for Slot it is the opposite of what is meant by poker games i.e. Slot only rely on 99% of luck and the rest as predictions only if you make several random spins with a certain number of automatic spins. but even that doesn't really have any effect on being a winner in a slot just your luck.
2146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Not all altcoins will recover on: September 12, 2021, 04:42:33 PM
Therefore, if you know the risks. So when we buy altcoins, we shouldn't be careless just because we see the progress that Fud and Hype are pumping. The durability of time also needs to be considered. And shitcoin be your choice. There is no guarantee whatsoever for you to be profitable all the time holding shitcoins.
2147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do i follow the moves of a successful trader??? on: September 12, 2021, 04:16:04 PM
im trying this trading thing but its not working out so good. every single time i buy something, it completely tanks.

is there a way to follow the trades real time of a successful trader without using twitter??

thanks.

also just bought solana and ankr so i would completely stay away from those for awehile, already tanking bigtime

This is the mistake of novice traders, who only think that trading can get rich instantly and get coffers of money only with trading capital, while the elements in building crypto trading are not as easy as putting something of value in a crowded place.
You don't need to be in a hurry and follow professional traders, because it will not be in proportion to those of you who are just learning to stand. Try to build basic basic knowledge first. Get to know each indicator in trading, things to read candlesticks and also a trading strategy that is suitable for you. You cannot equate other people's trading with yours.
2148  Economy / Economics / Re: How Bitcoin differs from gold on: September 12, 2021, 03:27:00 PM
With the little summary from my perspective what I see as difference between gold and Bitcoin.
Firstly gold is a physical commodity asset While Bitcoin is a digital currency/asset and with this, they are the two major assets on the economy trend on investment and with the highest bids on commodity price.

Gold is stable and regulated by government while Bitcoin is volatile and not regulated by government.

Gold requires hard human and physical labour to be acquired while Bitcoin required high computer skills and operations even though they both have the term "mining" as to how they got generated.

Gold is centralized while Bitcoin is decentralized.

Gold has been in existence before ages while Bitcoin got into existence 2009
Relevant opinions are welcome,

Aren't these simple points enough to explain how the two assets with their own characteristics play a role in the sector? When it comes to value and durability, gold is clearly stable. But you need to underline when the government's control of Bitcoin remains a reference for us that the freedom to have wealth lies in the offering of Bitcoin. Moreover, when El Salvador adopts Bitcoin as a legal form of payment, then we see how having the integrity of freedom has clearly led El Salvador to a better digital economy growth.
2149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading broadly in China, than Nigeria. on: September 12, 2021, 02:52:03 PM
Bitcoin trading mainstream in China, however Nigeria is not among the top 10 countries trading Bitcoin , could it be that Nigeria government have not legalize Bitcoin?why is China among the top 10, but Nigeria isn't?

Something that makes me wonder is when China and Nigeria can play a role in the context of Bitcoin growth? while China is done with its new rule of closing Bitcoin. So there are some overlapping Bitcoin policy issues in the two countries. Then it would be very inappropriate, because in the end both countries have a bad reputation for the sustainability of Bitcoin in the future.
2150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 12, 2021, 02:34:35 PM
I hard my gambling mentor set the wagering number and amount to bet on that have steadily won in dice and place games. So a say dice skills are possible with the right instructor.
Steadily won? Well I doubt that especially if the game is dice.
In my case dice is the first game I play online when im just a newbie, and became really hook to it because its easy to play and not complicated. However there's no such thing as consistent winning in dice regardless of what strategy you use. Dice is more on luck and instructor is not really necessary since you can study it alone and set a strategy that somehow can be useful.

Not sure what he's saying is winning streak at gambling, unless he shows us evidence that we can see with our own eyes and he attaches it here. This speaks of certainty in gambling, both in dice games even though it is still because dice is a gambling that relies on both chance and luck, so we cannot fully believe what is said to win.
2151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Jonas Sultan vs Carlos Caraballo - October 30, 2021 on: September 12, 2021, 02:12:33 PM
I certainly bet on Caraballo, his record can be used as a reference, but on the other hand also that Jonas Sultan's agility cannot be underestimated. Look at the many things that have been discovered from Caraballo's career achievements, we were even impressed when he brought down Casimero. From these two fighters, it is clear that we will witness a faster and more accurate punch. Both of them can attack each other and do counter attacks from all directions.
2152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are some of the new projects we should keep eyes on it? on: September 12, 2021, 01:55:25 PM
Today I was reading fascinating story of Bitcoin and Ethereum. That was really interesting read. And I thought, what if there are other ongoing/emerging projects? Do you know any of them? Those that are not on the mainstream media yet.
It's hard to mention projects on their early stage as need to know first their capabilities in launching the project. They need to provide first support as well there product before we can trust them. It’s good to be early adapter of a new coin provided we know what we are risking. Some altcoins only been known after they did their launched or provide new development on their product. What I do mostly now is using the projects platform first like if its an exchange,a game or a service before I fully invest in it.
What is clear is that to invest in new coins we must pay attention to the mission and vision, roadmap, and earnestness of the team in working.
Because many projects are now showing up with a good start but stopped halfway through because of the lack of seriousness of the team in working so that the coin died and the project did not develop.

To @Beparanf and @sukmo, I hope you both correct your quote soon as it doesn't count as your opinion. Maybe you missed something to answer and correct a quote, don't be in a hurry you have time to change it.

I don't need to tell you too much, you probably know better than me.

2153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what are some of the new projects we should keep eyes on it? on: September 11, 2021, 07:14:12 PM
I'm not sure when big projects go unnoticed by the media, but if you want to pay attention to Solana many successful projects that can be used as a benchmark to do some research first. Many investors began to actively migrate to Solana.

I'd add a project that's also still in development where Cardano is building its own network and it's ongoing, it's possible to launch their pretty great project. Note all need research so that you can find the right project according to the promising benefits.
2154  Economy / Marketplace / Re: News, will it go up a bit? on: September 11, 2021, 06:59:04 PM
So far I still haven't found any news relevant enough for this. So if only to respond that there is an electric bicycle company that accepts payments using Bitcoin, maybe the owner is a cryotocurrency fan personally. With the implementation of crypto payments especially Bitcoin at this time we do not find any movement that has a significant impact on the price.
2155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 11, 2021, 06:45:56 PM
Whatever wagering strategy you have in dice, the house always has the advantage unless the casinos doesn't have a house edge, which is not really the case in 99% of casinos. So it is not really about wagering mechanisms or about the right instructor or whatever. Your chance is only luck. And luck only very seldom comes.

There is no dice player who can steadily win in a dice game. If somebody can do that, he will bankrupt a casino.
In most casino house always have a edge and it depends how much they are gaining like 1% or more but they would always have it.

Speaking of perfect strategy then there's not any even if you say about Maritangle strategy because at one point you will lose even if you double the bets also.Dice games are easy to play if you manage your bets properly and rest you will learn with practice.

Agreed, there is nothing in gambling if we end up beating the house as much as we can. Of course the proportion that has been calculated since the funds are at stake. victory is an inducement for those who cannot use the win to control gambling.

finished all is done that we discuss the topic that has found the answer.
2156  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin trading? can Bitcoin trading profitable without having lost? on: September 10, 2021, 03:51:54 PM
I have spent time to read about Bitcoin trading, hence want to comprehend how it influence and overwhelm The market in this forum.as a newbie who's interested and curious about Bitcoin trading, eager to be impacted with knowledge from my superiors (legendary and hero members etc)

I welcome to the forum, and you are in the right forum.

You don't need to tell us your boss or any nickname. We are all the same to learn and exchange thoughts, ideas and share knowledge. Whether it's a problem or a solution, we will all try to give each other input.
Your interest is very good, so you have a lot of questions that you want to convey. Let's share with each other.

I think any kind of trade can cost someone, even in Bitcoin. As long as you know there is no continuous profitable trade, at least having a loss cannot be separated from it all. Bitcoin trading can be profitable if one can at least know the time when he should open a position and when he should release a position. Mastering a minimum of basic trading strategies. I believe you already know it all because you have a lot of reading resources that you can get out there.
2157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Roulette Strategy on: September 10, 2021, 03:18:12 PM
Why do beginners seem to easily find a strategy that they think is an effective way to win. The previous thread dealt with betting with strategies that can be applied to Dice. Then here we find the strategy taken based on just one video.

Is this Roulette? maybe there is such a strategy, and mostly as @Yaunfitda said is the better option. Could it be that you mean that the gambling game in Roulette performs a clockwise rotation calculation formula then multiplied by the pressure scale on the power of rotation?
2158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Setting up a gambling business on: September 10, 2021, 02:52:13 PM
It would be better to close this thread here. All arguments for and against opening a gambling business of the user have now been discussed in detail and nothing new is added. The discussion is just going around in circles.
We can conclude that the user should not open a gambling business, because he lacks basic knowledge about this industry.

Exactly, and you jump to the right conclusions because that's the point. The OP will be surprised it seems like he started it but he can't give any further explanation. Let's leave this thread and let the OP come read all the discussion. Because there really is no common ground to resolve the OP wish. We tried to help provide solutions and views, but that didn't produce any output.

1. The Martingale Strategy
2. The Break-Even Martingale Strategy
3. The Inverse Martingale Strategy
4. The D’Alembert Strategy
5. The Paroli Strategy

Dice doesnt have precise strategy for you to milk out the gambling house.Everything does depend on luck.

I think this strategy you mention is quite reasonable, but well it can't be completely effective. In addition to the instinct of luck, there are still many gamblers who prefer to eat luck in dice games. Because it's a fairly complicated strategy, it doesn't produce anything at all. We just need to bet the numbers.
2160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice 101 on: September 09, 2021, 08:32:11 PM
Frankly, I feel that the dice game is the easiest game to watch but it must be with strategy and at least you want to learn the basics of the mechanics, actually without the need for a special mentor, I think you can do that because this is already the case. There are many ways, both in articles and videos.
but I might suggest that you have to be smart in determining the time and momentum because what I feel when I play dice several times in the early minutes I always win in the game but after a long time the victory will be more difficult to find and even the profits obtained in the game. the beginning will run out and will even get a loss.
I don't know if other people are like me or not but I've done dice gamble a few times and the result is the same as deja vu.

maybe you have to be good at determining the position where you have to start and where you have to end, don't get carried away into greed.

Therefore, your self and mental control should be able to be controlled. I understand how someone is given the first win is a way for the casino owner to play with your mind if you bet any longer. Until you forget the mental mastery from the start is the most important thing. Once again in gambling you have to relax and seem to make it just entertainment. That way there is no deep feeling of disappointment afterwards. Whether you win or lose, there is a sense of satisfaction in itself.
