Waiting on subSTRATA so I can refund

ive already stated i will not be removing the feedback, look above.

If I refund him then will everyone remove their Neutral ratings?

thats how it works around here.
He just said that that is how it works around here.

well its not. regardless of you refunding him or not, the fact still remains that you are selling a guide to make money that involves fraud. it stays, end of discussion.

Waiting on subSTRATA so I can refund

he's offline, allow him to get back online.

i dont show my online status, personal preference.

And if I take it down?

if you mean taking down the thread selling the guide, then ill change it to past tense.

I will not. I added a neutral feedback because you sell black hat/illegal methods, not because of this specific incident. However if you refund I won't make it negative which I'm currently considering.

Thats my only condition as I am really nice, and I don't wish to have any bad feedback

then you should be glad its not negative feedback; as ecuamobi said, my stance is the exact same on this issue; my neutral stays as well regardless. you refusing to refund your customer after admitting you messed up definitely deserves a negative rating entirely on its own.

any bitcoin ATM around your region?
otherwise, you have your debit card and/or bank card?
buy it, or buy a miner to work in bitcoin.
gambling is explicitly useless.

well gambling would of course be useless assuming that op has no bitcoins to gamble with in the first place, seeing as he is looking to buy some.

yup, i would get to legit cloud mining site instead if i wanted to mine bitcoin. btw, i guess there is some application in which helps people to buy bitcoin instantly in convenience shop.

Legit what? No. Cloud mining is no good for starters as it is considered as ponzi. If OP likes to take risks on his money and gamble away his treasures, he'd go with cloud mining. But the golden rule is "Invest what you can afford to lose."

not to mention that any legitimate cloud mining investment will take an incredibly long time to roi; its just not worth it except as a fun thing to put some spare change into on the side.

refunding a customer for his mistake is one thing, as i see it he is still selling a money making method that involves fraud.

And I did initially post that it wasn't black hat as I didn't think it was black hat.I already admitted that that was my bad and I apologize for that,And thats why you can expand on the ebook.Just limit your self to $150 a day.

you just admitted you were at fault here, refund him.
2148  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam accusation - User: RoughLyfe on: July 11, 2015, 01:21:48 AM
The method does work,if think it doesn't don't buy.I have the tos that it can change at anytime so If anyone thinks of a new way to scam or exploit me I add something for it in my TOS.My conditions are valid proof, proof of at least 1 payment as in a week time you can get at least 1 payment, I can deny refund if they don't meet me conditions.Theres not that many ebooks sold here so of course you wouldn't know what a good TOS looks like,go on HF or MPGH or even leak forums and you'll see that this is a common TOS.It isnt scamming, the moment you bought it you agreed to my TOS,you requested a refund right after you READ the ebook.I doubt you tried it,and if you want I can give you the bot for it so you can earn auto pilot

it doesnt change the fact that you sold me something that may get my payza/paypal accounts tagged, I dont want to risk my daily business accounts for just a quick buck, I have not stated that it does not work, I have stated that IT involves doing things that involves being dishonest and might get someone in trouble.

you were initially told that it doesnt involve anything black hat or fraud related, correct?

his post (reference, you can read it up before he edited i QUoted it) where he said "This does not involve e-whoring,hard work,PPD,PTC,PTP,Black Hat,CPA.It does however require time and patience"

the way i see it, you were scammed. selling a method that involves fraud and blackhat methods is one thing, false advertising that this method involves no fraud or blackhat related methods is another. id say you were lied to as a customer in this case.

i think you might be thinking of a bitcoin atm; those arent available in many locations though, and are operated by individuals, not any sort of business entity.
2151  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam accusation - User: RoughLyfe on: July 11, 2015, 01:03:43 AM
Because of the way RoughLyfe's thread suggest money can be easily obtained it's quite clear it's nothing legal and honest. I'm not sure whether it being "black hat" is a condition for a refund. I'm pretty sure Reynaldo should have guessed it was so before buying, but that's arguable.

i read through the other thread in this section and it seems that it said somewhere that the method involved no blackhat methods of any sort, when clearly it did according to op. in this case id say that might be false advertising(?) or something close.

Yes. 2 major red flags:

"(The) TOS can change at any time."

"Then I was wrong about this not being a Black Hat."

So you duped a customer with false promises. Nothing new here, but yes, you most certainly are the scammer. You should probably leave this forum for good.

this sums it up quite nicely actually.

2153  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for .4 btc loan, Collateral Available through escrow if needed on: July 10, 2015, 11:05:10 PM
physical collateral is hard to get a loan with; its not easy to liquidate and some escrow service providers dont offer to or dont want to hold physical collateral. if you have any virtual collateral such as altcoins it would be a lot easier to get this loan.
2154  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to convert Bitcoin to Paypal? on: July 10, 2015, 10:47:16 PM
Virwox worked well for me with about 5 transactions that I did through them.
ive heard bad things about their fees, are to give a range on the fees you got with virwox?

We are fixing some suspicious txn issues.. And there is DDOS on our website.

effects of the SPV mining maybe? or maybe its just simple double spends. anyways, ill post the tx in chat when its back up. or delayed confirmations from the blockchain spam most likely

cant access the site either, showing a cloudflare error on my end. i also sent a small amount to the bronze address and didnt get anything back, ill pm the txid or post it in the site chat when it comes back up since its not playing out.

There seem some server issue and the hosting provider support is working on it.

please dont give out messages like that as if youre the official support rep of the site; as helpful as your intentions may be your words only hurt the site in the case youre wrong.
2156  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: July 10, 2015, 10:13:28 PM
I earned about 3000 satoshi in a game called ore mine.
Link:http://ore-mine.org/

ive heard some mixed things about that game, mostly things that say its a scam or its not paying out anymore, wouldnt bother with it tbh.

how many transactions can i make a day using blockchain.com and whats their lowest bitcoin transaction rate.I tried paying bitrefill with my bitcoins on blockchain.com and it keeps on giving me invalid amount entered. What do i do??

i wouldnt use anything below the standard 0.0001 BTC fee right now with the spammers attacking the network here and there; if these "tests" are announced i dont see mention of them, and i had a few transactions get stuck for days because of this nonsense.
2159  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hey newbies and everyone, how much btc do you have? on: July 10, 2015, 05:11:35 PM
0 BTC. I only buy bitcoins when I need them. Smiley

you are wearing a signature campaign, how come you have zero? you are not buying bitcoin only when you need them at all, you are earning with your signature as well

id think its just signature spam; anyways, theres not sense in buying bitcoin when you need them, always have some ahead of time. exchanges take a few days and a deal on this forum for bitcoin may not always work out speedily.
