2161  Other / Meta / Re: OgNasty is hacked!! on: March 15, 2023, 08:45:10 AM
If it has been hacked, OgNasty is an active member, so he will appear in the forum will sign a message.
It could make sense if he decided to sell his account, but I don't think he would.

What are the reasons that led you to believe that it was hacked?
2162  Economy / Economics / Re: Bank Bailouts and Stock Market. on: March 15, 2023, 08:10:41 AM
The only beneficiary is the big giants, which are the banks that have assets higher than a trillion dollars, as the possibility of their bankruptcy is less, and therefore all liquidity will be transferred to those banks, and then there will be no global financial crisis.
Generally, the scenarios are open to all possibilities, but changing the speed of interest rates may not be an option at the present time.
2163  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitTrust bitcoin merchant review site on: March 15, 2023, 07:46:26 AM
I searched for many services, and many of them have a 5-star rating, which is strange because it is rare to find more than 20 app reviews without any negative comment.
Therefore, they are either paid comments or they do not filter them, and therefore in any case they cannot be relied upon.

I can also modify the description of some services, which is a strange thing.
2164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does Cross Chain mean on Polygon & Arbitium One Networks? on: March 15, 2023, 07:28:33 AM
Polygon woks like LN layer 2 network which built on the top of bitcoin blockchain Thus, one ETH address can contain more than one ERC20 token for more than one blockchain, and then by using the private key and the specified path, you can access those currencies.
Most wallets scan multiple blockchains quickly.
you can have more than one token on same address but to move between them (ETH TO MATIC) The bridging protocol is needed.
Unfortunately, these bridges are the weakest link, as they are easy to hack, or they may suffer from liquidity problems.
2165  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CryptoSec.info is now ChainSec.io on: March 15, 2023, 07:18:00 AM
Thanks for the tip. Just to be clear, it's not a direct sponsorship; but I earn a small amount from referral purchases.
Thank you. Some articles are good in terms of writing and wording, but the problem is always that the bias in writing the article, especially when it contains links to that service, gives the impression that it is a paid service and thus reduces your credibility, but in general the available information is good.

Overall, I wish you good luck and make a good profit with as few ads as possible.
2166  Economy / Economics / Re: Is this what awaits us? on: March 12, 2023, 08:01:45 AM
In the past, there were no stocks, banks did not grow in their current form, there was no printing of money (creating it out of nowhere), and there were no alternative options such as Bitcoin, etc. Therefore, there was gold and paper money denominated in gold. Gold will not collapse, and therefore the collapse of paper money means the rise of gold. And so on.

We will not see such charts again, but the sum of all assets other than Bitcoin will be similar.
2167  Other / Meta / Re: bullrun2020bro - Merit Source Application on: March 12, 2023, 07:55:39 AM
AFAIK, last merit source update was at July 05, 2021 Before that, it took about a year and a half to two years for the list to be updated, so the problem is not with you, but the merit sources have not been updated for a while.
Most of the merit sources who were selected from the year 2021 are still active, and there are no complaints about the difficulty of obtaining merits, so I do not think that anything will happen, at least until next July.

If any update is made, I think you will be a worthy source with about 50 to 300 sMerit per month.
2168  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happening with USDC? on: March 12, 2023, 07:10:30 AM
The CEO Circle Jeremy Allaire tried to explain in detail on his Twitter what happened to USDC and and Silicon Valley Bank - https://twitter.com/jerallaire/status/1634649346535833601?s=20 And it looks like he managed to reassure investors, as the price increased to $0.978 Obviously, someone has made a very good profit on this Fud today.
Although his words seem logical, and I believe that they will return to the price of one dollar soon, but why did the price drop so sharply in such a short period?
This means that the liquidation of 600 million dollars will cause a price loss of 0.98, or at least 0.95, and therefore is FUD  the reason for withdrawing the rest? Or is the exposure greater than that amount?
In general, we hope that tomorrow this story will end
2169  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin fall below $20000 , it's a messy thread. on: March 12, 2023, 06:57:39 AM
With all the negative news, I am still amazed at how the price has held above the $20,000 level, which means that we may not see the $19,000 levels again, given the speed of the rebound that occurred when the price fell.
This may be one of the few times that we will see topics discussing a price drop below 20,000, but it all depends on what will happen in the coming days.

2170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is The ethereum L2 OP (Optimism) worth it? on: March 11, 2023, 04:13:19 PM
If you look at the charts of DEXs, you will find that there have been insane increases during the last two years, and perhaps the reason for this is the fee problem, but will fees be a big problem, or at least a hot topic during the next 4 years? I doubt a lot about that because the continuity of the problem will negatively affect the currency, especially since it moved to POS
2171  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happening with USDC? on: March 11, 2023, 03:58:09 PM
I'm going to take a gamble by transferring about $500 and exchanging it to USDC, and let's see if I can make an easy 8% profit or if it's a big loss for me.
As for what happened, it is because of the $3.3B deposit in Silvergate, and we hope that they have enough liquidity to reassure users, otherwise the effect will be closer to a domino.

DAI using USDC As a basic reserve, along with several reserves, so it is normal to know that the price has decreased for them.
Based on the list of markets, Kucoin has a lot of USDT pairs.
2172  Economy / Speculation / Re: What comes next for Bitcoin: $17K or $23K? on: March 11, 2023, 03:44:07 PM
The bearish: The 50 Week MA at $23.5K is trending downwards after weekly "death cross" that rejected price. Next week it will be at $23K.

Have you calculated what is happening chaos because of SVB? Or was the participation before taking this into account, if so, then updating is necessary.
Personally, after USDC/DAI broke its peg, I hope that there will be no panic in the market and that we will continue above the $19.7K level, which seems the most likely option so far, but we need about two or three days to know how things will go until the end of the month.
2173  Economy / Digital goods / Re: SeedChecker the deepest checker of Seed phrases. 15+ Chains. Realtime monitoring on: March 11, 2023, 03:01:51 PM
100% OpenSource. SeedChecker is a fully open source product. You can analyze the entire code as well as make any changes.
Price:
$300 one-time + $99 / month
How is the app open source and you ask users to pay you? It's a double scam because they will lose the $300 paid to the scam program + they may lose any money if they add their seed to your app.

I hope you don't get any money from people who are too hot to use such scam.
2174  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin & Apple Pay on: March 11, 2023, 02:53:07 PM
So far, Apple has not accepted Bitcoin as a currency, and therefore it is difficult to find it as a direct payment method via Apple Pay. Perhaps the main reason for this is that shareholders will not like the ease of using Bitcoin in traditional payments. Tongue Tongue
Your best option is to either use PayPal or gift cards, otherwise you must use third-party options.

I wish there was an easier way, but the world is cruel.
2175  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why did stablecoins (USDC) lose their peg to the dollar? on: March 11, 2023, 02:28:39 PM
I did not imagine that this would happen in a day, but unfortunately it did.
The only drawback of Dai is its heavy reliance on USDC, which affected its stability, Lets hope they have enough Liquidity to cover the state of panic that may occur, especially if the disengagement continues for more than one day.

As for the cause of USDC de-pegged, it is central, and it seems that exposure to SVB was great.
2176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Private increase of Bitcoin mass transaction on: March 11, 2023, 02:16:51 PM
Do you trust the other party that sent those currencies, or is it an unknown person from the Internet? If it was an unknown person, consider that you did not receive the money unless you get one confirmation.
If you trust him, the sender can do Replace-By-Fee, which means resend the transaction, but with a higher fee, or you can do CPFP, which are well explained here -----> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1802212.0

The easiest way is to ask the sender to do RBF (if you trust him and if his wallet is Electrum or any wallet that supports RBF)
2177  Other / Off-topic / Re: Revolutionizing Artificial Intelligence: GPT-4 with 100 Trillion Parameters on: March 11, 2023, 01:59:20 PM
Is this the beginning of the real progress of Microsoft or that Google will respond is what will determine whether this product will be good in the future or not.
Personally, without the presence of competitors, we cannot consider that a product is perfect or not.
After this wave ends, we will determine whether we have competitors or whether Open-AI products will be the future.
2178  Economy / Exchanges / Re: PeachBitcoin P2P mobile app on: March 10, 2023, 02:06:18 PM
Dude, it's P2P, you don't have to trust them, this is not centralized exchange and they can't sell data they don't have  Roll Eyes
I don't know what ''trading volume'' you are talking about... I will repeat... this is not centralized exchange.

According to their privacy page, they are registered in Switzerland, however, you say they without the need for any KYC verification or registration.
As for the data, I am talking about your bank account or any other data. You must send them during trading, and therefore it may be sent to the tax authorities.
In terms of trust, downloading an unknown source application is the problem.
2179  Economy / Economics / Re: FTX Contagion now spreading into TradFi on: March 10, 2023, 11:25:24 AM
I do not know what is the link with what is happening with FTX, what is happening here is a classic story of stock buybacks, investments with quick returns, an attempt to collect hot money quickly, the absence of a risk management strategy and diversification of investments, and finally sensing danger late.
The reassurance of users at this time comes with actions, not words, but it will not be like a snowball, but rather a single bank collapse.

Perhaps the only link is exposure to one type of *asset.*
2180  Economy / Economics / Re: Replacement? on: March 10, 2023, 10:27:56 AM
An a replacement in what way? If technically speaking, probably not, Bitcoin is still unable to process the transactions of billions of people daily.
It may succeed in this in the coming years, but it is unlikely that billions of people will use Bitcoin during the next few years, so the scalability of Bitcoin looks good now.
As for rules and laws, this matter may take tens of years, and it may not happen. Therefore, it will not be a replacement, but rather a reliable and deliberate payment system and an alternative to international trade and transactions between banks and individuals, and perhaps even countries.
