2161  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is something big happening behind the scenes that no one is talking about? on: April 22, 2023, 11:29:13 PM
When there's reduction and cost-cutting it has something to do with recession or business conditions, a business platform like a casino is under stiff competition they have the allocation for marketing, salary, and of course platform operation, there are good and bad seasons, Stake is an industry giant it should be the first to benefit being the casino of choice on peak season but there's a low season they may cut it now but expect to bring it back when there is a peak season.
And about the case of Curacao, there should also be other license issuers to turn to in case Curacao ceases to issue licenses.
So far the gambling industry is still good as ever and it will continue to be so, it's an industry that will not suffer much because there is a huge market.

I don't know what these are behind the scenes but if there are, they will soon come out we have people in the media that loves to dig deep and bring it out to the public because it's big news when big industry players are involved.
2162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: April 22, 2023, 10:43:01 PM

Spence-Crawford: Showtime’s Espinoza 'Optimistic' Fight 'Gets Done,' But No Announcement Saturday

Maybe they just build up hype. It's confirmed already that no official announcement will be made, supposedly on April 22nd, before or after the fight between Ryan Garcia and Tank Davis. All talks are just being positive and that's it. The same scenario last year lol.

That's why I'm really skeptical and doubtful that this fight will just be right away materialized out of nowhere when this news came up. But still, let's wait if there might be a surprise before or after the fight later on between Garcia and Davis.

Well then if no announcement will be made later, hopefully, both parties can finalize the deal this year even though the fight won't be on June 17.

Both camps including Thurman are quiet because they do not want to take out the media and public attention on the coming Garcia-Davis fight a fight that could possibly become the fight of the year, but after the fight, we will see the real and clear scenario if this Crawford - Spence will eventually happen this June, they should clear it officially because Spence camp is selling the Thurman fight and they don't want the sales to suffer.
We have a lot of drama between the two, but the Garcia - Davis also has a lot of drama in the past before they eventually settle to fight this year.
2163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: April 22, 2023, 03:36:28 PM

I'll go with Ryan with this time, before I'm still struggling on who I will choose between the two but I already came up that I will choose Ryan between the two. Good to see that 2 superstars of boxing will have a match tomorrow. I'm very excited to look forward to their match. A lot of analyst said that this match is a battle between power puncher and lightning punches. Tank is really great fighter but as for my analysis, Ryan has an advantage between the two boxers.

The odds of Ryan before reached 4.0x odds but not it goes down 2.6x odds. Everyone in the boxing community are now looking forward to this great match. Actually I already placed bet to Ryan but I only put the money that I can afford to lose because I understand that everything can happen and Ryan is still underdog. If I win then it is good, If I lose; it is still good because I only bet the money that I'm willing to lose. Goodluck to all bettors out there. Ryan may win this match  Tongue

I'll go for Tank, Tank has 12 title fights and Ryan is fighting for his first title shot, Tank knows the pressure inside a championship fight, he's been there and done that, and will do it again, we have their weigh-in hours ago and I have never been excited in a fight because so much is at stake here I'm sure it will live up to the hype.
Both fighters are totally hyped during the weigh-in, everybody here I'm sure will not going to miss this one as it is three or four years in the making, and now they finally going to face each other in the ring.

2164  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Who is Bitcoin.org on: April 22, 2023, 01:51:23 PM
The person who called me claims that they can send me money that I had invested in an online trading platform that was found to be fraudulent and was subsequently shutdown.  This person claims that my funds will be sent without me making a payment to them until after I have received my funds.
It seems the caller knows you because if you are a seasoned trader and knowledgeable about Bitcoin you will just laugh at his claim that he is from Bitcoin.org and he knows that you have lost from online trading is an obvious attempt to scam you again even if he says you will not pay anything, he just said that to continue the communication, but its good that you are aware of this scheme, other will be tempted to take it, these scammers know that those who lose money in trading platform because of a shutdown are desperate for help to get their money.
2165  Economy / Gambling / Re: Without money, does it still qualify as gambling? on: April 21, 2023, 11:50:55 PM
Have you heard of Superpicks on DSTV? where you can make predictions and win money without staking your money?

if you have not, check it out. Superpicks.com

My question is can it still be called gambling if it is not played with money?
Gamblers will not waste time on a platform that does not use real money to bet, they can use it to check their skill
this Superpicks.com purpose is to check on how good you are at predicting games in practice but for a real gambler, the satisfaction is betting real money and the excitement of knowing that there is money at stake on your bets.
There are platforms for gamers and they are not considered gambling platforms they only become gambling platforms when they accept betting with real money.
2166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: April 21, 2023, 10:48:38 PM

It is early to say that John Ryder can't touch Canelo.  If John Ryder is able to resist the strong punches of Canelo, then what @Japinat stated is possible.  So if John Ryder wanted to win against Canelo, he should KO Canelo (this is the most convincing way) if not then he needs to be:

  • tough to withstand strong punches from Canelo and box with him all throughout the rounds
  • he should make clear that he throw and landed more punches than Canelo
  • if he can't knock out Canelo, he should try to outsmart and outbox him.

If John Ryder failed to make a convincing performance and the fight is close, he might lose the match even if he is leading due to the "judge favorite" factor.

As is all the case in championship bouts, the challenger should take away the crown from the champion, and the challenger should be the aggressor and should be aggressive if Ryder cannot put out an outstanding performance and the fight becomes close the champion keeps the crown through a split decision or draw, I agree that he needs a knock out to win the crown, it's hard to beat Canelo in a very close fight because he is a very good finisher, he is a slow starter but always manage to take over the late rounds.

Like all the majority here Stake got the majority of the votes because of its simplicity and easy-to-understand interface its straightforward even newbies can easily learn about how it works by just looking, but when it comes to advanced dice players, Betfury and Duelbits offers some of the best features and interface and options.
Dice lovers should try every dice game to really appreciate the dice game every casino has its unique dice interface.
The most important besides the interface is the reputation of the casinos hosting it, it should be the first classification
2168  Economy / Gambling / Re: A reminder for gamblers to avoid FortuneJack (ongoing lawsuit, 120k usd stolen) on: April 21, 2023, 11:42:44 AM
I was curious about the ongoing lawsuit how was it? Does the FortuneJack know about it and what is their response to this kind of allegation.
What the big deal is, is to see it on a trustworthy news that FortuneJack has been sued to court, but there is nothing like that yet. Or if I am wrong, PaperWallet should prove that. This is just about I am coming for you, FortuneJack.

This is an ongoing attack against Fortunejack OP even held a contest for opposing and supporting flags for and against Fortunejack, until we see at least one article about Fortunejack on trusted gambling reviews like Askgamblers that it is being charged in court, we can consider this as another FUD.
I would not take this seriously until I see one, its been over a year but until now open is still at it.

As a gesture of good will and to demonstrate that I really care, and not trolling, for all participants who either oppose or support the flag, I will be giving away 10mBTC (~300$ as of today) on the 1st of June to 10 members who either supported or opposed the flag. You have the same probability of winning whether you opposed or supported.

2169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live casino over provably fair games. on: April 21, 2023, 09:58:02 AM
When you're playing for fun and just want to be entertained you're not going to notice this, but if you're looking for a win, you will notice this, remember this, calculate and be suspicious, if you're looking to win, have an amount in your mind where you want to stop and call it a day, not having this amount in your head will give you a false impression that you are lucky and it's your day and you want to extend it, and then that where the house edge comes in and before you notice it and your winning is gone and you want to stay to recover your winning and you end up recovering your losses.

So it's like this, you think you're lucky, you extend, you lose your winning, then you try to recover your losses then you lose everything then you log out feeling depressed, this is not a fun way to gamble.
2170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do you favor betting on spesific sport? on: April 20, 2023, 02:40:46 PM
I am just curious to know why people favor one Sport over another, when it comes to betting? Is there specific Sport that increase your win chance or do you bet on those Sport for other reasons?
It's gambling when you're betting aimlessly and without knowledge of what you're betting, but when you bet on sports that you've analyzed and you think your chances to win are good then we can call it skill.

Quote
I know most people will favor certain Sport, because they know more about the players or the teams and information is power, when it comes to betting... but some Sport are 50/50 when it comes to the outcome of the match. (One lucky punch or kick can make a underdog a champion)

Do you mean in boxing or MMA how often do upsets happen it is very rare and unexpected you cannot be sure that a match can end in an upset its real gambling betting that the match will result in an upset, even if the match looks 50/50 good analysis can still predict the outcome.
2171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 20, 2023, 12:02:29 PM
It's been awhile I try daily to make profit

Stake casino mostly mines

But it take back profit.. I have 2k balance.. is there method

To get 100 $ per day
It's not gambling if you are looking for a guaranteed $100 daily, even the best gambler cannot give you a method for your $2k to make $100 daily, you are asking at the wrong niche, I cannot think of any games or platform that can you guaranteed profit, don't fall on Ponzi scheme they promise you guaranteed profit but you will eventually get scammed.
I think you don't understand how casinos work, it's not a cash cow, it's an entertainment portal in exchange for depositing money it's not an investment platform.
2172  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM WARNING] TheTopSpotOnline Plagiarized Whitepaper on: April 19, 2023, 09:18:40 PM

So I'll warn them that the alibi is that they hire a freelancer to create a whitepaper for them and they did not know that this freelancer just copied other project's whitepaper, because this is the most common alibis by these clone projects will not work anymore it's been used by hundreds of scam projects that got busted for plagiarism.
But still let's see if they have a better alibi, something that we have not read.

Is it wise to hire a freelancer for your their project? After all it means entrusting someone else with the responsibility of executing another person's ideas and plans means only one thing which is a clear scam attempt . The most crucial aspects of any project are the whitepaper and roadmap, which determine whether or not investors will put their money in it. Therefore it is the worst excuse one can give for hiring a freelancer or that a teammate messed up as you have mentioned.

This is the most common alibi and I just make it clear if ever they are going to post something like this, developers are actually hiring freelancers to do this job and are being offered on freelance sites like Fiverr, you give them the general idea of what the project and platform will be and they approve it once the work is done, but unfortunately these past developers are not good in doing their research if the work of the freelancer is a plagiarized one.

On this one, I don't think they can come out with a better alibi, these bounty hunters should stop doing tasks for this scam project.
2173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need your opinion on the casino project ( gambling ) on: April 19, 2023, 08:18:06 PM
Thanks again for all your advice and explanations! I read this forum for a long time, firstly because I am interested in cryptocurrencies, and secondly, as I wrote above, for my own entertainment I am testing different casinos, sometimes not even known, the most popular and successful that you mention in previous posts I have already tried, and some more than once.
If you're reviewing casinos for entertainment why did you not set up a blog or a vlog for it so you can share your experiences on the casinos that you already tested so we can validate, agree or disagree with your reviews since you are also exploring new casinos it will help us check the status of these unknown or not yet popular online casinos

Quote
I have a weekend soon, which I just going to spend a few casinos you mentioned earlier and try the one I mentioned above, for a small amount which you also advised me in one of the posts above, and be sure to tell you about my experience.
Just be sure to give us the real status of this casino because there's doubt that you are part of this casino or better create a video for it, we never know, you can monetize your interest in reviewing casinos, and many gamblers have done it already.

2175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you agree with ChatGPT on the club that might win the premier Leagthe? on: April 19, 2023, 01:47:24 PM
Stupid answer.

Unbelievable that ChatGPT did not mention Erling Haaland when mentioning some Manchester City players as world class players.

I am surprised not to see Arsenal among. Who is Manchester United and Liverpool this season when talking about Arsenal to win the league? The clubs are not just to be compared with Arsenal. Only Manchester City is mainly competing with Arsenal.

Who to win 2022/2023 EPL: Arsenal or Manchester City.

Between the AI and you I trust your logic and your analysis, AI very much depends on the past analysis provided by the internet and its database, but the human analysis is up to date and can do deep analysis Football is not my interest but you just provided a good insight and so we will see between you two, human and the AI who will come out with a perfect analysis.
I always maintain that human has an insight that no AI can equal.
2176  Economy / Gambling / Re: How does AI gambling sound? on: April 19, 2023, 11:08:39 AM
If you're a gamer you can relate to how this AI horse-generated game works, but if you're horse betting on live horse racing it will be unacceptable, nothing can replace the excitement when real horses are the ones vying to be the fastest horse on a lap.
These AI-generated games can gain support because there is a gaming community that is open to adopting these AI-generated games, but it's still up to the gambling community if they are open to accepting AI-generated games.
2177  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcointalk account selling (Nikobitcoins) on: April 18, 2023, 10:25:42 PM
Who in their right mind would believe that selling a hero member account for $80 wouldn't end up being a scam? Anyone who chooses to accept such an offer must take responsibility for their decision because they should have known that a cheap offer for expensive goods is accompanied by irregularities
There are two types of people who may accept this offer those are 1. newbies who is not aware of the potential income from a newbie and may think someone might have multiple accounts which might not be possible to maintain now need to see that and 2. those who are too much greedy.
OP did not mention the status of the two accounts are the two accounts in good standing here in Bitcointalk with no bad record or flag created for their activity?
There's no logic in selling a hero account for $80 it doesn't add up, he is too desperate and in bad, needs money if his reason is true.
Many will take the opportunity to grab an opportunity to get a hero account there are a lot of risks attached to buying an account here in Bitcointalk for a cheap price.

It's been four months but no one on the team cares to update me on the development of the project, I just visited the chat group from time to time, the last visit was yesterday and so far the only update is about the burning of the unclaimed airdrops, the majority are confidence on the outcome after the burn, I was tempted to dump my shares but I keep holding on to the promise that they will complete the goal maybe I'll give this project two more months and if things are still the same then its time to dump and move on.
There should be big things that should happen in the next two months.

It is better to forget about the project, the team is totally unable to communicate. I will not be surprised if the team says "We can't release the product, have a good day everyone".

Yes they are still communicating this is the reason why there is a huge 34% pump in the market, I'm still waiting for the marketing campaign to launch that will pump the price in the market again I'm not a whale here but I have a good amount that if the price goes up to $1 hopefully, I can at least take things easy on my offline job and just concentrate online.
I hope they are still true to their words so many people are too deep into this project.

2179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you take Part in Gambling Lotteries ? on: April 17, 2023, 03:28:36 PM

What if, I get a chance to participate in a lottery without any investment?
If any gambling site offers, free of cost entry in the lottery, i would definitely not miss that one. Smiley

Free of cost lottery, how can you refuse and why would you refuse it, you are betting your money to gamble in the hope to win so why to refuse if I'm qualified I'll take it I am betting in a lottery here in our country I know the odds,  I will be happy just to have my ticket without a cost but I will not have high expectation but if ever I win the top prize I'm just hoping that they will not make it hard for me to withdraw my winnings.
There's always a catch whenever you win a free lottery whoever wins it can withdraw the prize without too many requirements.
2180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: April 17, 2023, 02:18:26 PM

If you are someone like this, stay away from gambling.

This quote makes sense when you're starting out to gamble for the first time, and when you experienced so many losses, but when you're enjoying it and you're totally hooked this quote will not matter and has no relevance,
There are many guides many instructions and many pieces of advice but gambling has emotions attached to it, we cannot make sound logic when we are hooked on gambling.
Gamblers become unreasonable, they even commit a crime and are dishonest so they can continue to play, gambling responsibly will only matter when we developed strong character.
