2161  Economy / Reputation / Re: User: Unknown01 threatens me with a forum ban for saying my opinion on: June 26, 2022, 04:46:05 PM
I don't want to use google translator and get misinformed but regardless of whatever he said, you are unlikely to get banned if you have followed the rules. There's no way you will get banned just because you have shared your opinion. There's nothing wrong with that.
I don't know why would he say something like this. Why would even he threaten you? If someone doesn’t like other opinion, they can simply "ignore" the user.
Nevermind, have you broken any rules? If no, I would say please move on. That would be good for both.
2162  Other / Meta / Re: Enforce “grammarly ” like score minimum to post.. on: June 26, 2022, 02:02:28 AM
I don't think language should be a barrier to discuss bitcoin.
What if someone doesn’t want to share their country of origin but also have poor English? In your definition of quality, they will be not allowed to learn/discuss bitcoin because they don't know how to write properly? I have seen a few people with poor English but still having merits. That means people are getting his message, nothing wrong with that.
Also, I don't think theymos will ever put such thing on the site as we know how he thinks about the forum.
2163  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetJA.io | $100,000 EURO 2020 Prize + Free BTC + MultiBet Insurance on: June 26, 2022, 01:40:32 AM
Both Betja.com and betja.io are same and owned by them but they prefer sharing betja.com instead of betja.io
I can't remember but few months back when I checked both url, I found betja.io was slower than the com domain. Not sure if it has been fixed yet ot not. I haven’t checked in a while.

I have not seen their services, signature, and campaigns in the forum.
it seems they have no plans about sig campaign
I have managed a signature campaign for them but that was only for 2 weeks- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5344729.0
2164  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why is monero the only recommended privacy coin on this forum? on: June 25, 2022, 04:14:54 PM
Yeah Monero is complete anonymous and transactions can't be traced while using this coin.
I'm really not sure since I barely have a lot of knowledge on this but long ago (most likely in 2018/19), I have read an article where they mentioned that it was possible to trace Monero transactions even. I can't find the article at the moment, I tried with google and found an article by coingeek where they mentioned with the help of CipherTrace tool, Monero transactions can be traced.

Not anymore.
There were a total of only 10 grin transactions. Currently grin is not accepted because it broke a while ago and I never got around to fixing it.
2165  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetJA.com | The highest Payout + $1000 Prize for BET Free Every Week on: June 25, 2022, 03:08:44 PM
They don't respond yet after I opened a ticket almost 18 hours ago. I think, maybe it was removed because of my inactivity for almost a year that's why I can't see it now. I still remember that I have the free satoshis on my balance account before I became inactive on the site. But no worries I'm just checking this sports book if there is something new or development.
Hey Text,
Were you able to fix the problem? I was in talk with Bitcointalk representative and he told me he will look into this issue. If you are still having the issue, you can leave me a PM if you don't have problem with sharing private info. I can forward your issue to him so that he can look into your case particularly. Hope that helps you.
2166  Other / Meta / Re: [POLL] DT2 Status; how many net inclusions should it take? on: June 24, 2022, 03:46:23 PM
What does DT2 mean?

We know how it works. If you list someone in your trust list, they are DT1 for you regardless of who have distrusted them. If they have someone on their trust list, they become DT2 by default (keep the default trust depth apart). So, your 1 inclusion is enough to make someone DT2 for you unless they are on your distrust list.

The same also applies here. But with net score as zero it doesn’t make sense but you need something in between +1 (DT2), -1(off DT2). I don't think this makes a lot of sense. You can't make someone DT status as neutral, something like neither shown nor hidden by default. I don’t know if I was able to make sense but that's the case here in my opinion.
2167  Economy / Services / Re: 🔷Suzanne5223 Campaign Management Service 🔷 [ANN, Bounty & Signature] on: June 24, 2022, 01:25:33 AM
no manager emphasized in the portfolio of campaigns in which he was only a participant.
You are wrong though I didn’t use since this makes no sense. A lot of CM used promoted campaign. I never got what's the relation between promoted campaign and CM.
2168  Economy / Gambling / Re: ($10 FREE BET) 8bethub - Innovative, enhanced and fair Dice gambling experience on: June 23, 2022, 11:57:22 PM
You didn’t answer to yahoo62278. Max profit shows different figure as per the post by yahoo62278. Can you please explain? Well, if the max profit is 19 BTC, do you have that amount? Is there a way to verify that? It would be great if you have shared the process to verify to show the legitimacy of your claiming.

Good luck, anyway.

No problem, I put a link for copper membership in my last post. I'm taking a look around now and noticed the FAQ is empty basically. I spoke with support and they let me know they are working on that as we speak.

Things you may need to include in your FAQ. What is min deposit, what is the max bet, how long do withdrawals take, is there a max withdrawal amount per day, and so on.

I also noticed you state a 19btc max profit, would there be any way you could verify the bankroll?

Now I'm confused, on the betting page it shows 19.82btc max profit. If you go to the main page it shows $20000 max profit?
2169  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A police officer (ASP) in Bangladesh was detected as crypto investor on: June 23, 2022, 04:36:54 PM
Also, we can't tell if the money that police invested in crypto is from a genuine source or not.
For instance, may be he's corrupt and is buying crypto with all his black money but I do hope it's from a genuine source instead.
Very much likely. In our country, Police has been dominating the country with various aspects. Most of them are corrupted and we don't have anything to do. Well, I blame ourself for this, we don't have the ball to raise our voice against it (risk is to get jailed for no reason lol). They take bribe all the time. I myself have been a victim recently without any reason, I have done nothing but faced a lawsuit.

Maybe the policeman salary in Bangladesh is not huge enough which is the reason why seek out crypto as investment.
I don't think so. They are enough paid in my opinion. It’s most likely black money as Police is one of the biggest terrorist in Bangladesh.
2170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / A police officer (ASP) in Bangladesh was detected as crypto investor on: June 23, 2022, 04:09:36 PM
It's funny to see a police officer who was supposed to working as per the law, has recently been detected as a cryptocurrency investor. Well, I'm happy to see that personally to be honest.
Last month, the ASP has posted on twitter that he was holding 130 million LUNC which was around ~$70k at that moment. We all know what happened to Luna. He has invested in LUNC after the LUNA crash.
Though I'm personally happy to see that, but it shows how people in Bangladesh are breaking the laws. A lot of people are active in cryptocurrency trading despite govt discouraging it many times.
It's sad they have picked shitcoin instead of bitcoin.

2171  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetJA.com | The highest Payout + $1000 Prize for BET Free Every Week on: June 23, 2022, 07:50:35 AM
I think they already remove the free BTC faucet as I don't see it now on the wallet menu. But it shows active under promotion, confusing..
It’s not removed. I don’t know why you can't see it. There some sort of limitations on this as far as I know and I can remember. You can go back to last few pages and I'm sure you will see the discussion on this issue. I had asked betja few minutes back about this and they said faucet is still up.

Tried to forgot my password, but I don't receive any email even on spam folder. I also opened a ticket and still waiting for the response of the support team.
They are looking into this issue. That’s what betja told me.
2172  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777, Bitlucy and long story in brief on: June 23, 2022, 04:20:16 AM
It’s sad how this ended up. I can't see any bad intention from Royse. But being an old member here with enough experience of how things can turn into, Royse must not have gone with this.
Almost same thing happened with me. Back in 2019, I was asked to look for escrow service to hold 1 BTC for a campaign. I had contacted with Hhampuz and everything was okay. Suddenly, the guy disappeared. After few months (can't remember, it can be a year too), he suddenly came and share me a casino he was building. He offered me % from the profit for being a part of the project. Everything was up and I was asked to launch a campaign. Some can remember that I had posted the campaign thread too as I was asked to create. Once again I contacted with Hhampuz. But the guy once again disappeared after showing some excuses when I was asking for escrow the BTC for the campaign. I was lucky that I didn’t work on his promises.

Good Luck Royse. I really wish you to get back whatever you have lost, from the monetary loss to the reputation.
2173  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which crypto sportbooks are VPN friendly on: June 23, 2022, 03:24:06 AM
In my country unfortunately a lot of the crypto sportbooks are blocked, was wondering if some of them offer solution to it.
I don't know if every bookies allow that or not but stake does. In my country, most of the casinos are blocked since gambling is illegal here. Govt has blocked all the popular casinos. So, I was looking fot alternative and found stake.com has their alternative on such issue. Stake.games

If I'm correct, I have seen few sites having their casino mirror just because of this. I can't remember any more bookies though.

Getting back to the question- You may access a lot of casino from VPN and they will be friendly as long as you are a loser. If you win a big sum and request withdraw, I'm sure they will then bring a lot of their ToS to confiscate your withdrawal. Hope you got the message.

To my known, betja.com doesn’t require KYC, they maybe VPN friendly. But make sure you read their ToS.

You can also check out the list and find which bookies doesn’t require KYC and check if they are VPN friendly or not- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5381143.0
2174  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Analysing the market for small investors on: June 22, 2022, 04:09:42 PM
Never mind. Crypto won't make you rich quickly unless you are too much lucky.
There's no alternative of investing in bitcoin. That's the safest bet without any doubt. Now, if you are thinking of being rich with a few thousand investment, you are not in right direction.
Let me share you something.
I have been in this field for years. I have invested very little amount back in the days, got some good return and reinvested in the dip. I sold whatever I had in the last bull and waited with almost all the USDT till now. I just have recently started buying BTC once again for long. This is how I believe you can grow your balance. You can't simply look for some shitcoin and expect to be rich within a year. You have the chance to lose everything in such circumstances. Look at Luna, it was supposed to be a great altcoin but now, it has turned into a real shit. No altcoin is good enough.
2175  Local / Other languages/locations / Re: বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) on: June 22, 2022, 10:18:38 AM
2176  Other / Meta / Re: [INFO]Gambling Board Spams; Concerns, Solutions & Suggestions on: June 22, 2022, 08:28:28 AM
Maybe some campaign managers feel pressured in to filling slots therefore allow many things to take place which they normally would not. It depends on the campaign manager and also on the business being promoted. I agree, lowering payment and bonuses will probably bring an even lower quality of post from spammers but there is no easy solution except to self-moderate threads in boards where signature spammers and scammers are running riot.
It's not up to campaign manager all the time I think. Sometimes, project representative also mention some rules and among them, I have always seen they have a high number of post requirements in gambling sector. Personally, I don’t like to force users to post on any section but projects requires a minimum number. Campaign manager can recommend to lower it which I did too but sometimes, you can't follow your own. You have to hear the project owner.
2177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin lightning network - simple explain on: June 21, 2022, 05:47:11 PM
These transactions through lightning network are not recorded on the bitcoin blockchain
Of course they are not. That's why it's called off chain or side chain. That doesn’t matter much. It’s more or less same I think. You have to use on chain tx before using LN and of course after the settlement through LN, still you have to use on chain tx. I'm not sure but afaik LN should have their own records of settlement and they can be accessed through LN explorer, do they?
2178  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 21, 2022, 04:41:00 PM
I really wonder why he chose that section at the same time that he had the option to use the casino's official announcement in the gambling section of the forum.
As I can see, Royse is a co-owner of Bitlucy. It’s very much possible that he doesn’t have access to a lot of things. Maybe casinos official channels are also included on that list. He may not have access to them, just a guess though.
He has a lot to lose here in the forum. So, he must be looking for the best solution. It's sad how the project is managed.
2179  Other / Meta / Re: [INFO]Gambling Board Spams; Concerns, Solutions & Suggestions on: June 21, 2022, 01:02:19 PM
* Is there a way the admin can turn thread to a self- moderated thread and hand it over to another OP who is ready to moderate the thread? I will volunteer I spend 90% of my time there.
I don't know it's possible or not but it's not going to be happened for sure. Admin won't do that.

Users who already have posted in that thread have posted because they know the thread is not self moderated. They may not post in a self moderated thread. This is just a possible scene.
Your goal is honest but think about the possibilities. It's possible that you will not allow some users to post in your thread just because of your ego. Once again, possibility only.

Will a neutral tag with a bold message to these users be sufficient to send a signal to sig managers? Too harsh?
I  don’t think you should use the trust system here. A neutral would be fine but I would leave that for campaign manager. I have seen some tag on users for low quality post but they are very old tag. Haven’t seen recently.

Regarding the issue,
There's no doubt that gambling board is full of spammer. I remember when I wanted to have some gambler on Thunderpick signature campaign, it was hard to decide if they were really gamblers or not. By judging their post, I thought they don't gamble but they pretend to be gambler lol.
2180  Other / Meta / Re: No, the forum server did not go down. on: June 21, 2022, 09:30:19 AM
I meant what happened with my reply becoming a new topic. Hopefully this one works or this conversation is going to be rather difficult to follow. Undecided

Confused whether you are joking or that's what really happened. Though your OP says you are not joking.
