South Africa collected 176 runs after 28 overs. South Africa needs 171 runs in 22 overs. South Africa's run rate is fine. But they lost 5 wickets. Had they not lost wickets so quickly, the match might have been more competitive. Now I don't think South Africa has any chance of winning.
South Africa managed to collect 220 runs in 34 overs. Their run rate is around 6.4. Although the run rate is good, it is very difficult for South Africa to win the match now. Because they lost 6 wickets. There is no more experienced batsman than Heinrich Klaasen. If Heinrich is out I think the rest of South Africa's wickets will fall quickly. Moreover, it will be very difficult for Heinrich and Parnell to collect 127 runs in just 16 overs. I would say England will probably win by 50 runs today.

South Africa lost their sixth wicket on 193 runs. And in the seventh wicket pair, the two South African players have already made a partnership of 81 runs. Klaasen remains unbeaten on 77 and Parnell remains unbeaten on 32. The way these two batsmen are playing, if England's bowlers cannot take these two wickets then England will be defeated. Because now South Africa need 73 runs from 66 balls to win. It's not too big a task. Because the pitch is batting friendly. And so I don't see any possibility of England winning if these two wickets are not taken.
2182  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 01, 2023, 06:17:41 PM
Definitely, man city will want to catch up with Arsenal but I don't see them having a chance in the premier league they should better focus on the champions league than a premier league, or might end up losing the two, I see the strategy Arsenal is using is better for them to put more effort in the premier league than FA cup so what happened between Arsenal and man city will not happen again in the premier league.
I actually see the opposite, the chance for Manchester City to win the Premier League is still much bigger at this time, the two matches (home and away) between Arsenal and Manchester City have not been played yet so if Manchester City can win two wins in these matches of course their chances are even more open to get rid of Arsenal from future champion candidates, the match against tottenham will of course be very exciting but tottenham current performance in my opinion is no better than manchester city so it is possible that 3 points will belong to manchester city.

I somewhat agree with you. But I would say that both Arsenal and Manchester City have equal chances to win the title. Almost every team has played 19/20 matches. The teams will play 19 more matches. There is still a long journey ahead. And it is not easy for any team to maintain good performance consistently for such a long time. And so even if Arsenal is in a good enough position right now, they are likely to drop points. And Manchester City will try their best to go top of the table if Arsenal loses the points.

Galatasaray 1-2 Umraniye

I was watching the match between Galatasaray vs Umraniye. Before the match started I thought it would be a one sided match. We will see Galatasaray's dominance in the entire match. And Galatasaray will win very easily. We see the dominance of Galatasaray. But at the end of the first half, Galatasaray trailed 2-1.

Galatasaray made a total of 15 shots in the first half. 71% of ball possession. However, they conceded two goals. Umraniye will play defensively now. I think Galatasaray will not win this match. The match will be a draw or Umraniye will win 2-1.
2184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 01, 2023, 01:55:46 PM
He did already the 260 lbs, it's not working for him. Maybe he needs to be lighter. Derrick just needs one good shot to KO a technical fighter but he needs to be quicker.
Pimblett has a lot to prove after his last fight that isn't as imposing as he thought. But then Dana matching these two is quite funny. He must be looking for someone worse than Pimblett to present to the public.
That is why he's going to be pulverized in the Light Heavyweight Derrick Lewis is not a technical fighter, he is a brawler, and if he doesn't change that style of fighting let's say become a technical Brawler he might have a chance against the many fighters in the Light Heavyweight because most of them are very technical, this is just what I think about Lewis, he is not winning anymore and his style is not really becoming in handy anymore Tai Tuivasa even though he is a 1 knock out-artist he is a slight technical fighter with a chin, that is why Ciryl Gane has a hard time beating him,

We all know that the more the weight class becomes, the less skill is needed. So if he does decide to cut weight and move to a lower weight class, he is going to face a lot more competition. And I am not saying that he cannot improve his technique if he cuts weight. But it just seems highly unlikely to me. If he wants to do better in the lower-weight division, he has to improve his technique. Otherwise, he is already not performing well in a higher-weight class. It will be much harder for him to perform at a lower weight class.

I haven't watched the video, but I've seen a picture with Logan Paul having his thumbs up just in front of Dana White. It's probably a deal with Prime, which is a drink that Logan Paul, and KSI is partnered in I believe. So, that could potentially be a sponsorship deal. You know, how Monster the energy drink is currently the sponsor, and is held every time they read out the results of the fight. This will probably be the extent of it. Like I said, I can't imagine any commission sanctioning Logan Paul to fight in the UFC.
Lets see how Dana White reacts in future after such sponsorship. They are friends with Logan, but he hates Jake Paul, because he criticizes and talks crap him (actually they both throw poop in each other). It will hard to maneuver between business and replaying to Jake Cheesy I bet Jake can now poke Dana through his brother easily Cheesy
Now to Prime - they have already updated their page (https://drinkprime.com/) with UFC official sponsor Cool. Anyone tasted it? Funny that everything is sold out. Is it that good or due to promotion? We dont have it at my place, so I've checked walmart prices, and it turns that it cost more than Monster Energy and Red Bull.

Well, everyone that has gone to the Logan Paul podcast has said that prime tastes very good. But everyone was supposed to do that. Because of course, everyone is going to support Logan as they are on Logan's platform. Dana White is not going to let go of a chance like this because UFC needs to increase popularity right now. And I think Logan Paul is someone who can do that. I personally do not like Logan Paul, but this is the right thing being done by the UFC. Logan Paul is going to become a multi-millionaire because of prime.

An equalizer by Reims at the Parc des Princes denies PSG a victory. Despite having all three stars, this PSG team looks like medicare. At the moment, PSG is struggling. When did they last win a big one? Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe played together to secure a draw against Reims. For PSG, Neymar scored, and for Reims, Balogun scored.
Despite having experienced star players like Messi, Mbappe, Neymar and Ramos in the squad, PSG's performance is that of a mediocre team. I think there are two reasons for PSG's poor performance.
First of all their match strategy is not good. Secondly the chemistry between the players is not good. If the bonding between the players is good, the performance will be improved. At the same time, PSG's defense has weakened due to poor match strategy. Bonding between midfield and forward players is poor. Neymar and Mbappe do not have a friendly relationship. PSG's overall performance is poor because of such minor issues.
the performance in the PSG vs Reims match was fairly balanced if I paid attention, in fact in the early rounds Reims continued to press PSG's defense.
It's true, as we can see that Neymar, Mbappe and Messi have nothing special about their attacks, in fact I feel more great about what Folarin Bologun from Reims did, he often surprises PSG goalkeeper Donnarumma.
Christophe Galtier really needs to reconstruct his strategy and players to get even better, we know that chemistry or teamwork is key in the game of football.

After watching the PSG vs Reims match, I felt that PSG did not have a specific match strategy. no goal Players are playing as they wish. We saw a lot of wrong passes and wrong shots. And these are due to poor match strategy.
PSG have a strong squad. And if the coach is not able to perform well with this squad then it is the failure of the coach. The coach should develop a friendly relationship with the players and find out their problems. If the coach can't figure out the players' problems, he can't figure out the team's problems. If PSG's performance does not improve this season, PSG may change their coach again next season.

In the Italian League Lazio vs Fiorentina these two teams fought very hard. In this match Lazio scored 1 goal in the first 8 minutes of the game. This goal was scored by N. Casale of Lazio team. Several players of Lazio team played well but this match will be a draw.  I didn't think that. Fiorentina will draw this match. Maybe no one realized that it is really unbelievable. Fiorentina drew this match. Lazio is much ahead of Fiorentina team, so I thought that Lazio will win this match.
Of course, this draw made Lazio fail to displace AC Milan in the runner-up position, even though the Rossoneri were thrashed 2-5 by Sassuolo at San Siro. Maurizio Sarri's Lazio team is now staying in third place in the Serie A standings with 38 points.

Lazio's players were in good form. And this was their home match. So everyone expects Lazio to win the home match and occupy the second place in the points table. But the performance of Lazio players was a bit slow in this match. Lazio scored in the 8th minute of the match. And they started playing defensive tactics. If Lazio had played attacking rather than defensive tactics, the match would have been more enjoyable and maybe Lazio would have secured the full three points. I think the main reason for Lazio's defeat in this match is tactical mistakes.
2188  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should Ukraine Surrender? on: January 30, 2023, 04:25:05 AM
We're all away of the lingering crisis which has befallen Ukraine since its invasion by the Russian military. Since then all effort put in place to restore peace has so far proven abortive. Lives and properties have been destroyed and billions of dollars spent yet, Russia has refused to back off and Ukraine refused to surrender.

Now I'm pushed to ask if you were to be the Ukraine president, would you consider to surrender so as to stop this continuous destruction or prefer to continue the defense?

The problem you need to know better is that the decision is not in the hands of President Zelenksy, but whether to surrender or continue to fight with Russia is decided by the US. And if I were the president of the United States, I would never stop this war, I would give a lot of weapons and ammunition to Ukraine to fight the last Ukrainian. If Ukraine loses, I won't lose anything, but if Ukraine wins, I will have a lot of benefits behind that. The national interest must come first, if anyone dies out there, I can't take care of it all.
2189  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think corruptors will be happy or miserable in the future? on: January 30, 2023, 04:09:30 AM
Corruption often occurs in government, and hinders the growth of the country. There are many corruptors who are caught and end up in prison, but there are also many who are not caught. In my opinion, corrupt people are always covered in anxiety, for fear of being found out by their superiors. But do you think when someone becomes corrupt, will he be happy or miserable in the future?

What I see in my country is corrupt people never feel regret or pain, instead, they are very happy, living a life many people dream of. There were also corrupt people arrested but they did not regret having brought wealth to their families, they are willing to go to jail as long as their families are well off.

Regardless how they feel internally, all of them should be put in jail, as law usually states.  Roll Eyes

But the most corrupt are the most powerful, so imprisoning them is what we want, but it won't happen. Nowadays, corruption has become a culture, it is rampant, and we hate corrupt people because we are not like them. Honestly, I believe that if we have the opportunity to be corrupt, we are no different from them.

Arsenal have submitted a second offer worth up to £70m for Ecuador midfielder Moises Caicedo but Brighton want £80m for the 21-year-old. Arsenal seem to have no luck in bringing new players to the club lately, but they are doing very well in the English league.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will continue their summer pursuit of West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice, 24, even if they sign Caicedo. Will Arsenal finally succeed in bringing the desired player?
Arsenal definitely needs a defensive midfielder right now and I think any good player to help us out in future will be good. Caicedo and Rice both are good targets but that's not the end of the road for us. We still can get another player and maybe a good player on a less price. I think we have long list of targets besides these two players. Rice is hard but I think we have good chance on Caicedo given how he is pushing and things being discussed at Arsenal internally also and preparing for the bid. Whatever happens about Caicedo will happen soon as we desperately need a defensive midfielder and we don't want to waste time discussing things about one player only.

Declan Rice is going to be a hard target to achieve in my opinion. But on the other hand, Moisés Caicedo should be easier to achieve compared to Rice. Because I believe that a lot of other clubs are also quite interested in Declan Rice right now. But that is not the case for Caicedo right now, at least not at the same level as Rice.

I think along with these two players, Arsenal should keep other options in hand. Because of the way things are turning out in recent times, it is very easy for Arsenal to miss out on both of these players. And for some reason, every club seems to want the player that Arsenal targets right now.
2191  Economy / Economics / Re: Can I take a loan to invest in bitcoin? on: January 29, 2023, 05:32:12 AM
Its never been that recommended because if you do make up some loan just for the sake of taking up some investment here on crypto on where everything isnt really that sure whether you do make profits on time or not and just like the rest been saying that if you are heavily been that depending on your crypto earnings then it isnt something that you could rely with. You arent really that making yourself that get confident
when it comes to earnings which isnt something that you could really be that confident that you could payback it on time unless if you do have other sources then it might do or
not bad to take up some loan but if you are making this as your main source then it would be an another story.
It's better if he has other income then it's better to save it to invest in crypto than applying for a loan with high interest. It will be very detrimental to invest in crypto because of the risk of losing its value and forcing you to hold on for the long term. Even though my income is relatively low, I allocate my salary every month to be added to my portfolio.

Yes, I am doing the same with my investment, no need to borrow to invest, there are many ways we can save some money to invest in bitcoin. I don't understand why they don't do the same as us but want to borrow, maybe they think that getting rich with bitcoin is easy and they will quickly repay that loan from the profits that bitcoin brings. But they forget one thing, bitcoin can also take away all the money they borrowed and they soon themselves at another impasse in life. If we do not have too much money to invest initially, let's invest little by little, gradually accumulating without borrowing.
2192  Economy / Economics / Re: Keeping money and keeping bitcoins? are they similar? on: January 29, 2023, 05:08:25 AM
The massive awareness to keep bitcoins for as long as possible promotes people to develop the attitude of saving, just like saving money. Do you agree with this that people who are very good at saving money become very good at keeping bitcoins when they finally start doing cryptocurrency? Or do you feel that there is no similarity between keeping bitcoins and keeping money?

That's clear to say these two are not similar at all, by holding fiat money you are actually putting yourself in danger of losing the value of your hard-handed money because of inflation because the 100 dollars of money you invest in the bank won't be worth 100 dollars anymore even after a few months depending on the country you live and inflation rate on the country, while by inventing on bitcoin even if the fiat loses it value you still have your money and you can have the chance of getting more after exchanging back to fiat in long term. While the one bitcoin you bought is still one bitcoin.

Both have pros and cons, if you talked about the cons of money, which is the loss of value caused by inflation, then you also need to talk about the volatility of bitcoin, bitcoin is not only profitable but also It is very risky to invest in it.

In short, both are good and necessary for our life, money needed for daily transactions and savings for emergency work. While bitcoin serves as a store of wealth, a scheme to increase wealth for the future.
2193  Economy / Economics / Re: When your passive income equals or slightly above your salary, what would you do on: January 29, 2023, 04:26:49 AM

I have been in a job I detested and although I somehow managed to stay at it for up to 4 years, I didn't even for once let go of my passionate hobby and other passive streams of income I was interested in at the time.
Today, one of my passive interests pays more than my salary. My mind has been yearning for a resignation, but opinions of others and family bears the message of patience with the job I so much detest for reasons ranging from inflation to fear of the unknown.

If you were in my shoes, what would be the best advice you would give yourself and adhere to in this instance?

You are one of the few people which so far is doing well despite the economic crisis we are still going through, so I would recommend that you do not quit your job so quickly, take the time to build more wealth, you can use the additional money from your job to open a business or to invest more on bitcoin or other assets, and then once you have accumulated enough money to settle all your debts while having yet another source of income then you can finally begin to think about leaving your job, besides depending on how expensive medical care is in your country it could still be a good idea to have a job which offers medical insurance.

Exactly, if I was in OP's case, I would also try to maintain 2 jobs for double income. Not only in the current crisis but we need to prepare for the future, for the long term because unexpected things always happen in life. OP is lucky to have 2 sources of income at the same time, he should take advantage of it instead of giving it up.

OP, I want to ask you, would you be more comfortable having $1000 per month or would you be satisfied with just $500 per month? As long as you can answer this question, I think you will make the best decision for you.

I am hearing that Victor Osimhen is not a big priority for Manchester United right now. Actually, he is still a priority but probably not the top priority for Manchester United right now.
I think Manchester United has understood that Napoli is not likely to sell Victor Osimhen right now. I do not believe that the player would have faced too many problems to get settled in the English Premier League. But Napoli is certainly going to take a risk if they consider selling him right now. The way he is performing, it is in the best interest, if Napoli keeps him.
Even United that approached Napoli are certainly aware that this kind of deals aren’t proper to be done in this winter transfer window because of the impact of Osimhen. The deal can be agreed with the player moving in the summer but united can’t have him this January. To me I think Osimhen is best center forward that united should be going for because he suits the Ten Hag’s style. He has the physics to bully defenders, can hold up play, His aerial skills are good and more so he is pacey. Although the EPL is different to other leagues but I think he can perfectly fit into the team

There is no doubt that he is a striker that Manchester United should be looking for. The problem is that there is no guarantee that this deal is actually going to happen. Because Victor Osimhen is a priority for a lot of clubs. So first of all Manchester United will have to pay Napoli a lot of money. However, even if they do that, there is no guarantee that Napoli will actually allow Victor Osimhen to leave the club. Because he is playing really well right now and the grip that Napoli has right now on the table certainly can be lost if they are not careful.

My argument is that Napoli is not planning to let him leave unless they are very sure that they will be getting a player who is capable of replacing Victor Osimhen properly and/or doing as well as he's doing or better.
2195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 28, 2023, 02:47:49 AM
The situation in Schalke is not getting any better. They still have big deficits in defence. They absolutely have to work on that. So far, they have not strengthened their defence. They should definitely buy another defender. The next games will not be any easier. Except for the next game against Köln they have to play many games against teams that belong in the top 5.
Schalke will return to 2.Bundesliga again, they just came to say hi and bye... With such poor performance whether in defence or in the attack line, they cannot stand even above the relegation zone.
For the other +13 teams, they risk to switch to the relegation zone soon. Stuttgart defeat against Leipzig will cost them a lot in case Hertha or Bochum magically win their matches.

The last team in the points table is Schalke. Out of 17 matches Schalke managed to win only 2 matches and drew 3 matches. Schalke's chances of getting out of the relegation zone are slim. But it is not impossible. Due to this, Schalke is 7 points behind Stuttgart in 15th place in the table. And the performances of the teams at the bottom of the table are very poor. And so if Schalke can return to form and perform consistently well in several matches, they can climb out of the relegation zone.
2196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: January 28, 2023, 02:39:14 AM
Chelsea and Liverpool seem to be the center of attention now in the Champions League, yes, this is inseparable from the poor performances they have shown in the domestic league. The truth is they are a big team who have always been able to compete for the Champions League championship, but now they have a lot of doubts about what they are doing with their game not improving. This is a real impact for them, especially in the Champions League, there are many teams that have great strength to compete and become champions here.
Many people predict that they will be eliminated more easily in the Champions League this season after seeing the performances they have shown in their domestic league this season. Moreover, Liverpool immediately met a very tough opponent in the last 16 of the Champions League where this had to force Liverpool to be able to win at home before going to cage Real Madrid. But considering Liverpool's condition, which is currently not getting better, it seems that it will be very difficult for Liverpool to win even if they are playing at home.
For this fixture, looking at the statistics of both teams this season I think this is a really tough test for Klopp and his Liverpool team. With the team going through a tough phase of poor form and results I doubt Liverpool will be able to knock out Real Madrid from the tournament this season except Liverpool improve and get back their winning momentum there is no way they will be able to eliminate Real Madrid in the Champions league this season.

Liverpool may be in poor form. They are not playing well consistently. The players are not in good form. But is the Real Madrid team stable now? I don't think so. At the same time, if for some reason Benzema is absent in this match, then the Madrid team will be weaker. The Madrid team lost the Supercopa title after losing against Barcelona. Liverpool's team is not stable but they have a lot of experienced players in the team. And they will definitely try to put in a good performance against Madrid. The match will be competitive. I don't think Real Madrid will dominate and win unilaterally.

Jason Roy returned to the dressing room with 113 runs. I thought Jason Roy would score around 130-150 runs. However, there are still experienced players like Buttler and Curran at the crease. Moeen Ali got out after collecting only 11 runs. England still needs 70 runs to win. Apart from Buttler and Curran, there are no experienced batsmen. If these two batsmen cannot stay at the crease then England will not be able to win. Anyway now I am enjoying the match. I expect England to win.
After a great start from England chasing a total of 298 runs, they are struggling as South Africa was able to pick wickets at regular intervals and England already lost their 7th wicket. The only hope is Sam Curran is still in the crease with the tail end and they still need 42 runs to win the match which is going to be really tough and i had to cash out the bet as i am not having any hope with the tail  Angry.
This is the very crucial part of the match, because fall of wickets could change the result of the match. England have lost the wicket of Sam Curran and now they're in need of another 33 runs in 48 balls. This is reall tough scenario as both the teams do the best to win the match. Adil Rashid at 10* and Archer into the crease need to have patience while scoring as they don't have wickets.

Openers Jason Roy and Dawid Milan started the innings responsibly but the rest of the team's batsmen performed poorly. I expected better performances from Buttler and Moeen Ali. But at the end of the day England team was defeated by 27 runs. After collecting 146 runs in the first wicket pair, it is a shame not to win. The batsmen batted like fools. England's collection was 146 in just 19.3 overs. England was in control of the match. England lost this match because of the stupidity of the batsmen.

Manchester United are still one of the interested teams in Osimhen. They are said to be preparing an offer worth 105 million euros for him. This deal might happen in the summer but I still have doubts about it. Because Manchester United might not be the only team interested in him then. He has already drawn the attention of other big teams also by his amazing performance at Napoli. He is already the most scorer in the league with 13 goals. He is a really good athlete at the same time.

I think a player like Osimhen wouldn't have much problem on adapting to the English Premier League also.
Manchester United are the club heavily wanting the service of the Napoli player, the way it goes it's as if Manchester United are also making him a top priority for the next transfer since he has pace and open up space for other players to score, he is a team player and the  coach will love that personality about him.

Good with his feet, good with ariel duel's, scores with the head and also helps close down plays for his opponents, been physically strong is also a plus for him for the Premier League, he will settle quickly.

And to Gordon, he's literally asked for a plea to leave Everton last season with a move to Chelsea but they turned down the move since he's was amongst them best player's.

@Distraction, I am hearing that Victor Osimhen is not a big priority for Manchester United right now. Actually, he is still a priority but probably not the top priority for Manchester United right now.

It looks like the injured players have finally recovered at Juventus. This is great news for them while dealing with serious issues in their management side. Juventus have a possibility to even be demoted to the Serie B in the coming days. But now Juventus just need to focus on their game to stay strong. They don't know what will happen in the end and making their minds busy with that possibility would just make them weak against any team they are playing against.

After losing 5 points in last 2 matches it is time they started a good series. The Monza match is a great chance to do this. Maybe there is a slight difference in the standings between them but it is due to the punishment Juventus had of course. Juventus still should be winning this by playing decently.

Honestly, it doesn't matter, what good news comes for Juventus right now. They are obviously going to be very upset that a lot of points have been reduced from them like that. Obviously, the players are supposed to be upset the most. Because they had nothing to do with this. But they are certainly going to be punished for something that they did not do.

And I think we can see the definite impact of not having the right mindset for Juventus right now. I thought that they are going to be in a good state and consistent performance after the break. But this punishment has been such a setback for them that they are still unable to recover.

England lost their first wicket for 146 runs. But they lost three wickets within 152 runs. Ben Duckett 3 and Harry Brook returned to the dressing room for 0 runs. They should have batted more responsibly. However, Jason Roy is still unbeaten at the crease with 94 runs. And if Roy is at the crease then England will win the match. But now if Jason Roy is out then it will not be easy for England to win this match. Roy must try to survive the creek. Because after losing three consecutive wickets, the England team is now in a lot of trouble.
Agreed about this all suddenly three wickets bring back South Africa into match now all depend on this last pair which is at the crease because after them England having very long tail with Moeen Ali and Sam Curran can do batting but right now required runs are still 133 with 25 overs left.
Jason Roy is in good touch with having blasting Century on just 79 balls, but now it's time to have calm down and spend good time on crease for having better end of this match after having ideal start with opening stand of 146 South African attack are not looking as they have to be for this first ODI against world champions.
