2181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cyrpto vs Fiat on: August 15, 2016, 07:26:05 AM
For now we can't consider bitcoin yet to be in the same level of fiat or i think it would never happens. But comeon bitcoin allows you to transfer fiat to your love ones in somewhere else in the world with no fees.

There is a fee but its very minimum in compare to banks and other payment systems, but a moment fiat is more popular and much more in demand in compare to bitcoins as bitcoin is still very new to many people.
Not just in a moment, maybe you're know about this, it's already a long time before bitcoin is born, fiat is already become a global payment in the world but fiat having a various form in every country but all of that is still included on the fiat type.

Yes whats good about bitcoin is that we can use only one currency. But the problem is that i think bitcoin price was based on US dollars so it would of course still affect when you converted it to other country
Both have their own benefits.
Fiat is superior on it's physical usability as of present market adoption basis in the real world while cryptos is superior in the virtual world, well, that's if they are accepted in almost every site that is.
In near future, economical experts predict almost 92% world shopping will be through on the go basis. So, for digital world, crypto would be the better solution.

Stupid guy. He posted that job as a joke . Because a hacker it is not so stupid
It would have been obvious at first glance.
Why only get 1000BTC if you can hold all the total supply of coins (millions of bitcoins)?
And let's assume the hacker did successfully breached the network, and he's only rewarded 50BTC for that?

While this guy gets 950 for doing nothing lol
2183  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: August 14, 2016, 07:35:14 PM
i usually just hold all my bitcoins and i never spend it in order to make money in the future

Good, I think it is the best and safest thing to do now, because by holding your bitcoin in your wallet is tantamount to invest and if prices rise your bitcoin also increase in value. But since the currency was created as there is no harm in using bitcoin occasionally to shop. hehe
But what happened , if you need it for your real life . Or the price is stable.?
For me basically , i do collect and save strategy . When i got paid from somewhere site , i save a little to my wallet and the rest would be withdraw it to my bank account because i want to buy something i need.
I think you strategy is very good, even if you withdraw it and dont but anything. Its more secure to have cash in real life instead online. You shouldt keep 100% of your money in BTC
Holding all your bitcoin maybe a great idea when its price rise dramatically, you’ll get a large amount of profit but it seems to me that you have no intention of using it. I mean, what’s the point of all of this, bitcoin is money and you can’t hold your money for the rest of your life so feel free to use a bit of it, it’s no risky or dangerous in doing that.
2184  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: August 14, 2016, 06:59:27 PM
Customers would use bitcoin because they dont need paper money and they will pay what they want to buy fastly and bitcoin system can improve shopping system it will let easly shopping for customers because of they would use bitcoin .
I don't think so will never need a paper money but this is true is refers to the online transaction but nothing for their living and how they can filling their daily needs without fiat money, are you sure for using bitcoin?

Bitcoin cannot be used everywhere, you will need paper money now and also in future as you cannot expect everyone to use bitcoin and each and every shop to accept bitcoin.

Yes, but on online shop, many online shops start accepting bitcoin. I think costumers use bitcoin for the payment because it's easy to use and easy to do the transaction.
People would use bitcoin simply because bitcoin is quite a lot safer than paying with cash using credit or debit cards since you are actually going to be exposing your identity if you are using the cards. With bitcoins, you are not revealing any information about yourself other than the address that you own and the amount of coins in that wallet.
2185  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 14, 2016, 07:00:58 AM
5 btc I will sell when price reaches to $1k and rest 5 btc I will save for the future hoping to earn much higher profits in future, its better to play safe and not take risk of investing it somewhere.
indeed save for long term bitcoin is very much better than gambling or else way but the main problem for long term holding is we never know in what year bitcoin will reach $1k or above and it takes more patience to waiting your target sell because for me waiting is the boring time in my life and currently long term holding doesn't suitable any longer for me

That's true holding for a long time is not guaranteed that you are going to earn from it. But if we are going to base it on what happened for those bitcoin millionaires it is the way that they did on how they did became a bitcoin millionaire. Well it is also good to consider that holding that amount up to your satisfactory price.
from my point view eventually holding will give you an advantage during bitcoin keep exist and you can be patient until prices rise above the price before you buy it.
I too would rather hold them for myself as there is not really much of an assurance of profit from trading because from personal experience from trading, I have not really profited that much with my trading so far as I am a small networth bitcoin trader.
I may try sports betting with just a small amount and test my luck and skills to see if I can make profits there.
2186  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: August 14, 2016, 04:41:57 AM
Banks will not disappear because of Bitcoin. Bitcoin has already made its mark in remittance market and in online gambling industry. I think it will be more widely used in both industries of billions dollars continuously. Bitcoin will also transform into digital asset just like gold. Banks will continue with more innovative services as we are about to move into digital era where digital currencies will be used in future. I will say both will play their roles in their are of services.
Banks will emerge with more innovative services. But bitcoin scares banks and governments. This is because there have been a surge of interest in Bitcoin.
I don't think bitcoin scares banks, really.
It however pressures them into the race of whether to invest/integrate bitcoin or not. Right now, banks are only researching and preparing systems that can successfully integrate bitcoin into banks and it's only a matter of time before one bank actually starts accepting bitcoin.
2187  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: August 11, 2016, 07:44:47 AM
Maybe the smart way is you have control of yourself  on managing your funds in terms you are suffering from losses or winning streaks.  I can say theres no smart way on  making money in gambling since it matters on luck all the time and  theres no skills required.

Exactly, and if someone cannot control himself he should not just get into gambling at first place, and if he gets into it he should just take a limited amount of bitcoins with him so that he does not bet and lose everything he actually has.
There is no 'limited' amount of bitcoin for long run. The small amount of bitcoin everyday would cost a big life threatening amount of bitcoin after some days. This is definitely not a way of smart gambling. Once you start adding bitcoins from your hand to your gambling bankroll, you will never think about smart way of gambling.
2188  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you hate about Bitcoin ? on: August 11, 2016, 05:35:22 AM
There is nothing I hate about bitcoins. I don't know is there something I can hate, currency like any other. Many don't like to wait for transactions, well I don't mind that, I have patience to wait for that to complete.
Bitcoins are good as they are now, I wouldn't change anything. I think over time everything is going to be fixed and transactions will be much faster. Normally there is problems with bitcoins, but every currency have some flaws. I don't think those flaws are so big that I can say that I hate bitcoins for that, simply I like bitcoin in this current shape.
Since bitcoin is just the money like the other currencies , everyone like money (also me too) .
But i think why people still hate bitcoin , because bitcoin is digital currency you can't hold it unlike physical currency (flat currency)
Or they got scammed with internet investment , and stay away about internet money making so automatically they also hate bitcoin.
Well I have the same idea too, maybe it’s just because some people who put all their money in some investment sites or gambling sites but then got scammed and all they had was gone, they began to lose hope in bitcoin and suddenly hated it for no proper reasons. Or maybe they don’t have enough patient and they can’t use bitcoin like other currencies so they just give up on it.
2189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: August 10, 2016, 05:33:46 PM
I don't think bitcoin will ever die .because if its popularity now and has good future ahead...what might result now of its dead, its just temporal and wouldn't last long...but believe it wouldn't die.

There is no doubt bitcoin is getting stronger day by day and people are showing their interest in it, and if the same trend continues bitcoin will be holding much higher price in future.
If the same trend continues like from the past, then there would be a price drop sonner or later when more exchangers / large volume holders shuts down. Of course, we do not want that kind of trend so we're all going to be a lot happier if we are going on a slightly different trend on the coming days.
2190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 10, 2016, 04:25:56 PM
bitcoin cannot disappear because right now it is just too big for that to be honest
yeah, bitcoin is a huge thing at the moment and it can only grow in the future as more and more companies will be accepting it so people will adopt
Bitcoin's future is bright as far as what we can see. That's a fact.
However, there is also a chance that bitcoin can have problems and the devs cannot fix that problem. I'm not saying that it will happen, but there is a chance of it happening. Not everything is 100% the same. The only thing that is constant is 'change'.
2191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting VS Lottery... on: August 10, 2016, 10:34:45 AM
I don't know how possible is to compare lottery with sports. Chances to win on lottery are very small. And many people wish with dollar to make millions.
Sport iw different system, you find your odds put money you wish on that bet and collect profit if yku win. Better chances are on sport betting then on lottery, profit can be smaller of course, but at least we have some decent chances for win.
Yes, it is highly insane to compare these two type of gambling. Lotteries are known for pure luck whereas with sports gambling you can apply your knowledge like no other gambling has some possibility of playing with luck and knowledge.
You can go for sports betting depending on your luck but lotteries has nothing to do with your knowledge to make use of it to fetch profits.
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 09, 2016, 08:49:38 PM
India in deep trouble. I feel it was the worst decision to get in Rohit Sharma in the place of Pujara. The debutant pacer Alzarri Joseph really troubled India a lot by picking up two key wickets Virot Kholi and Rohit Sharma.

But now India is slowly recovering with the help of Ravichandran Ashwin's timely half-century. But I feel this must be a great chance for West Indies to level this test series. But changes in Indian bowling department like Ravindra Jadeja and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will deviate the chances of West Indies hopefully.
2193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever lose time from work due to gambling or visiting bitcointalk.org? on: August 09, 2016, 06:55:45 PM
Did you ever lose time from work or school due to gambling? I think my work is affected due to addicted in gambling like playing online roulette. Can someone help me to get away in gambling. Gambling made my home life unhappy Cry .
one way kill yourself it will work 100% im pretty sure

and yes i lose in gambling alot of times
OP was not really asking if you lost coins in gambling. He was asking if you lost time for your work and instead, you gambled/visiting bitcointalk.
I have not done that and never have I the intention to. I would always prioritize my main job over this one as bitcoin serves only as a hobby for me.
2194  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: August 09, 2016, 04:31:53 PM
There are countless reasons why you should believe in bitcoin and if more and more people have faith in bitcoin, it’ll be widely used and be accepted worldwide. So, one last thing, have some faith, do not be disappointed, things will change.

It's great and all that there will be more places where we can spend our coins, but the mentatility of people must also change. Right now the far majority sees and uses Bitcoin as an investment tool, which is fine of course, but we also need more people to actually start spending in stores, etc. I think it will take a few years before people start to realize that.
A lot of people actually want to do that, including me of course. It's just a fact that we are limited to how we can spend our coins as for most places, there are actually no stores that accepts bitcoins or if there is, it's either a store you don't need/want or it's too far. It wouldn't be worth the effort to travel 2-5 hours just to be able to spend bitcoins directly.
2195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: August 09, 2016, 06:32:30 AM
We can not define any single way of making profit because everyone has own way. Some people see sports betting easiest way while some prefer to play dice or poker and similarly a group of people says blackjack or roulette is good. It is up to you where you feel comfort to play that will be easiest for you. For me easiest is dice and sports betting to make profit.
I do not see the difference , dice , roullette , horse racing , soccer betting. All of them looks same to me.
In the end some gamblers go home richer some gamblers go home broke but no matter what happens, house ALWAYS wins. It doesn't matter if it is sports betting or dice. That is why this sports betting over dice or provably fair over match fixing and so on things are all useless, you gamble , house makes the bank.
2196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving event: expectation vs. reality on: August 08, 2016, 06:08:08 PM
As i expected price will fluctuate between 500 and 700$ for some time.
This can be called stability, and this will attract more investors, so price will rise naturally but slow. This is good!

I think the fluctuations will not be that much higher (from $500 to $700) it will be near to a specific value and smaller fluctuations will be there, and you are true that the price of bitcoin will rise naturally but will be slow in most of the time, and I love the slow rise as with that we do not face a bigger dump suddenly.
2197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: August 08, 2016, 02:33:36 PM
I don't think so, bitcoins and banks nowdays is not linked words, i believe that someday many countries will accept bitcoins and banks will die.
Will bank die?every time, the countries will always need a bank and also with bitcoin. if the bank gonna to die and where you can get the value for bitcoin?just seeing in this time the bitcoin is always reliable with the fiat money become they standing.
banks will undoubtedly adapt to the change in such rates. Many have read about the history of the banking system, so that they know its not fall.
This is the main point, the bank is always adapting with the condition of their environment and the example in this time they know about the blockchain is become a popular system and they realize about it and trying to adopt the blockchain system for their institution. they always monitoring the development in the environment.

Its possible that banks will adopt blockchain technology in future but I don't think they will shake their hands with bitcoins as bitcoin is a major threat to the banking system.
If they understand bitcoin then they will realize that bitcoin is not a threat to the banking system, but it will add more convenience and profit to their existing banking system, and I know once the governments approve it for their central banks they will immediately adopt it for their banking system as I believe they have already started testing of bitcoin/blockchain applications.
2198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corporations and Bitcoin on: August 08, 2016, 01:59:52 PM
Corporations are exist to make profit for some group of people. They are in everything around us, in every little store, shop, company, bank, government. I suspect they are in bitcoin already, but like everything they do its covered with secret.
They earn money on everything, who knows maybe this fluctuations in bitcoin are done with help of some corporations, we know they have money and human power to do what ever they wish.

I also sometime think that they are in bitcoin already, we are seeing some copies of some bigger business with bitcoin , I think that are from those big companies and they are testing the technology of bitcoin and I hope sooner they will adopt bitcoin for their bigger companies also. No other things like growth threatening or anything else are possible in my view.
2199  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can I earn much bitcoin? on: August 08, 2016, 07:11:54 AM
the best way to get a lot of bitcoin bitcoin is by looking through trading. with trading we can get bitcoin in considerable amounts.

yes. trading is a good way but this is not the best way to get bitcoin at all. trading is also very risky and time consuming too.
and for a newbie and an unexperienced person trading would be even more hard. no one can start trading just in a day.. it need to learn about all points of tradings. and need some money to start of course..
Trade does have risks but if learned will definitely be beneficial. For starters probably could use a signature campaign, when he was active in the forum surely he can also learn a trade. There are many ways to get a lot of bitcoin and we can choose according to ability.
For me trading is much faster way to earn bitcoin than signature campaign, it is true that he should have to spend some time at here to learn but he should not have to spend all the time at here for signature spamming to earn some bitcoins, but he should have to give a good time to learn about trade so that he will be sooner able to earn bigger amount of bitcoins.
2200  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitfinex HACKED - funds stolen ! on: August 07, 2016, 08:41:58 PM
its really sad to see that such stuff happens, fortunately i didnt have any money in it
This is pretty common.
Remember gox and cryptsy? They had security breach as well and were slowly going bankrupt until they went public. This is why I never fully trust hot wallets from exchangers. I would always transfer them to a desktop or a hardware wallet everytime I'm done using it.
