I already know the answer, but I would like a moderator to clarify so there is visual proof of a ruling on the forums banned account policy. Ok, let's start with a little of why I am making this thread. Recently a user who's on his 3rd account popped up and made yet another prediction thread in the gambling section. The users 1st account Fishy001 is already banned, but he think's that he paid the evil fee and is unbanned.
Addressing the ban evasion, When I registered today, I paid 10$ for the register account fee for bitcoin talk. bitcointalk got my IP.
I got banned before. When I pay again, the ban is canceled.
So I don't ban evasion here. I paid the fee to unlock access.
The rules state: 25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.
25. If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

What you are is 100% impulsive and pathetic. If you are going to try and throw shade at a user, you should at a minimum, read the whole thread. Just a suggestion. If you had, you would see that I have not had a heart transplant at this point. I did have an almost 1 month stay in the hospital. Jan 4th-Jan 29th 2023. The initial post also said that money donated would be used to help with expenses such as food, gas, hotel rooms, or anything else. All of which is what the donations helped with. I was not on a special diet in the hospital as I never held water or showed any signs of swelling in any of my extremities. With that being said, I used doordash for 2 meals a day most times. Roughly 30-35$ per meal each day. That's 60-70$ a day for food for 25 days. Do the math and that comes to 1500-1750$ just for food alone. Well above any amount that was donated. Noone begged the community for anything and in fact I told many users not to send anything. Not that I owe you any answers but I didn't want you to think I didn't see your post. Obviously, I know you don't like me getting on your case, and you obviously have no clue how the rules are in this place. You are trying to discredit me for giving you neg trust on 2/3 of your accounts. Good luck with that venture, i'm sure it will not work out for you. Banned means banned pal. Not pay a fee and you're magically not banned anymore. |

Sorry to start this thread. I doesn't want to open this but in future we may expect this kind of cheating and we should be avoided. In September 2022 Tranthidung (Legendary Member) open compaign of Egold project and many members joined his compaign because of high reputation and high rank account. 5 Feb was date of distribution. I asked one member of their devolper team and he said there was no bounty from their side and reward was not for doing task but every body can get 10$ worth of miner bot just by following Telegram and twitter In bounty there was many take like Video, article and twitter (6 week like, retweet and like). Is this is not cheating with innocent hunters? The only thing he could be blamed for is not getting tokens escrowed and even then it doesn't guarantee everyone is paid anything worth any value. Long as hunters are aware he isn't holding tokens, that's fine as well. Tokens could end up being worth 0 and companies may not even list them. Managers only guarantee for hunters is escrowing eth/btc or something like that. Hate to be brutally honest but that's what it is. |

Really sorry to hear of your Heart troubles, I read all your posts and updates and its been a bit
of a roller coaster ride for you.
I can relate a little bit to your story because I have had a Heart issue for a good few years and
thankfully its well under control ATM. I can only echo what you say in that if anyone feels anything
slightly amiss they should not delay in getting things checked.
Hopefully now going forward things will settle down for you and you can build a new routine and
get back to some normality.

Since my release last Sunday I have found myself on the floor 2x with dizzy spells. They're pretty intense for about a minute and my heart is usually pounding when they happen. Usually only lasts 30 seconds to a minute and passes. So far unexplainable as to how they happen or why. I had 0 spells the whole time in the hospital and tons prior to hospitalization. I mentioned the only change was they put me back on 1 medication (corlanor) but he didn't want to change any of my meds just yet.
We also discussed a little more about the balloon pump and how it may have given my heart the break it needed for my heart to sorta jumpstart itsself. For now I will stay on the transplant list at status 6 and have regular appointments every month or so. If I start feeling any different, contact them for a heart catheter and see where we go depending on the numbers.
Really nothing new to report other than what's above. We mainly focused on how I currently feel and let them know if that changes. I remain on the list and if things change, I don't have to go through all the testing for the transplant list. At least not for now. Still not sure if the heart pump is the answer or if something is being masked by the meds i was on and the machines they had me on. I suppose i'll really start feeling like shit if that's the case really soon though, so honestly hope I just continue to feel better day by day.
I will have to start cardiac rehab within the next few weeks. That should really push my body and let them know if I am improving or no. I'll obviously keep everyone updated if things change, but for now going to concentrate on being positive and working on getting stronger.
I understand that you may well not want to hear my input - nonetheless, I am going to give it based on the information that you provided... since this is a public thread and in some sense your situation has some general applicability for anyone having similar kinds of considerations - even though I am in agreement that it is quite likely that almost no two cases are going to be exactly alike, but there can be similarities, especially that heart issues are quite common, but sometimes if people might not know what is happening in their own health they could have similar symptoms, not know that they have heart issues or might have been diagnosed with something else (like a lung condition or circulatory problems) that might or might not end up impacting the heart. It seems to me that sometimes when the doctors are meeting with you jointly, they are surely in a phase of collaboration within their various departments, and they might even be studying your case behind the scenes in order to attempt to figure out whether some sort of change in the course of action might be warranted, so for sure when you are giving them some details about the various symptoms that you are having and you are disclosing what kinds of foods you are eating, how many hours of sleep that you are getting and how much exercise (activities) you are doing (and they also might want to hear about stress that you are experiencing in your life, too), then the doctors from different specialties might have different questions that they want to ask you, and they might not know what follow-up questions that they might want to make sure that they are addressed unless they are in the room to hear your responses (thus the meeting with more than one doctor at a time, and of course, they are reporting back to other doctors who have specialties that have come up in your case and that are likely involved in your case). I would imagine that most of the pacemakers and defibrillators have some abilities to track what is happening with them so they can analyze your various incidents of "dizziness" to see what is going on and if it rises to the level in which your body self corrects or if the pacemaker or defibrillator was triggered in order to help your body to correct the incident, and sometimes the incident will not show up on the measuring tools, even though you described it (and you might have told them the exact date and time that the incident happened). If your implanted pacemaker/defibrillator does not have the features to report back specifics or if the specifics that it reports back are not showing symptoms that you are describing, they could elect to put you on either a 24-hour or a 7-day Holter monitor (like a EKG), which involves hooking up 3 leads or 5 leads.. and I think that the 5 lead ones are better, but there might be reasons to prefer a 3 lead monitor.. and then they would more accurately be able to see what is happening during some of those kinds of incidents.. and they also might not want to give you either of those Holter monitors until after you might be out on your own for a longer period of time and then they might measure your state of stability, and probably, they need a certain level of potential "heart related" incidents before the insurance company will even authorize paying for such a monitoring/measuring device to be prescribed. Six months is just too long to resolve the issue you can create a flag now and ask others to support it, I have read similar issues getting resolved in less than a month, newly launch casinos should at least avoid issues like this when they are starting to build their reputation, it's ok to hold one's account and do an investigation but not as long as six months, it's already a warning sign for them and gamblers should be aware of this.
I'm not trying to defend Jackbit here, but as I said above if you or other user think it's ridiculous and shady for the casino to hold someone account for 6 months without any explanation, why no one leave negative feedback and flag to Jackbit's representative account? it's apply to Cloudbet too since they done similar thing. Since there's no negative feedback and flag, I think everyone agree if Jackbit and Cloudbet aren't shady casinos. No offense, everyone. I have no issue tagging a casino if I feel like shady shit is going on, but I try not to tag 1st ask questions later as a lot of these accusations are usually users trying to apply pressure to a casino hoping to be paid for what turns out to be shady activity on their part. Whether he said 5$ for an honest review or 5$ for only a good review, it is still the same IMO. There are a lot who are not going to leave a true review in most cases, they just want to get paid. Not everyone is that way, but it's hard to believe anything you read on trustpilot. I'd rather see how a company represents themselves and their business on the forum and decide whether their behavior warrants me visiting their site.

It is not that surprising since Mavs are one of the few teams named going after Kyrie when he announces he wanted a trade. But now that he is in Dallas, he should perform really well since there is no assurance of new contract yet coming from Mavs. It is still a one year rental for Kyrie at this point. Maybe the Mavericks are still assessing if they can handle the drama that comes with acquiring Kyrie into their roster. Hopefully, Kyrie x Luka will be a hit and they finishes strong this season. Yeah, he should perform well and be enough with the drama but I think that he'll go along with Luka and hopefully they'll have good chemistry. And prior to this trade, it was a few moments and seconds for the Los Angeles Clippers to take him but then the Nets declined their offer. Well, that's obvious as the trade of Dallas for them is much better than what LAC has offered for Kyrie. I can't wait to see how Kyrie will play with his new home. Luka has needed some help for a couple of years now, but the mavericks paid a hefty price tag to obtain it. Let's hope the 2 superstars can get some sort of chemistry going fast. Going to be interesting to see how Luka can handle not being the go to guy any longer. |

If you're going to follow a bettor, copy their username. 1st you should probably write down their next 50 bets. It will be a small sample size, but see what their record is over those 50 bets and if they're above 70% win rate, they're worth tailing. I wouldn't risk betting just because they're wagering large amounts. They might just be betting for fun or see a good gamble.

It looks like if Kyrie isn't traded he will sit out the rest of the season. Brooklyn has about 5 days left to work some magic. I don't think sitting out the rest of the season is the smart move because it will just reinforce what teams already think. Kyrie is an issue to have on their team. 27 point average or not, a problem child is not something any team wants.
