First clue: 22528587 is referring to "calculus" (T9 keyboard on mobile phones).
So clue is: "Lambda Calculus" which is a programming language theory which is created by "Alonzo Church".
This guy: http://zeroturnaround.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/Alonzo_Church.jpg
He's American from "Washington DC" (Birthplace).
First place is Washington DC.

Wow, the big boys have come to play. Well done almost there with the first location. The reference is indeed Alonzo Church. Your on the right track, on the right train, but at the wrong station. Good Work.

If it's not his birthplace then it might be where he burried.

He died in Hudson, Ohio, USA.
He's burried in Princeton Cemetery.

I've watched and really liked it!

But I'm thinking he can't mine 0.3 btc in a short time; they gave him some free coins Smiley

It was supposed to be the wage for a few hours of working on assembling miners, I guess. Probably still staged though. But I liked that they included earning BTC as opposed to buying into the show!

He was at our mine, they filmed all day (9am-5pmish) and Morgan did work during that time on assembling rigs, building racks etc. Off camera the team did help as well moving stuff around and hanging out in the heat of a mine in July. Nothing really staged, it was a long hot day, no free coins since we mined around 3.5btc/ day at that time. The animations basically broke down the discussions we had through the day. Overall I was really happy with the mine scene as they simplified things via animations. Im happy that the captured the payment and the transaction popping up on blockcahin.info right after they received it. That part really blew the crew and Morgan away... seeing the blockchain in action. Through the day we discussed all this process of mining and how the blockchain works, then to be able to sum it all up at the end of the day and show it in real time was pretty awesome.

Now I'm thinking, you've underpaid him Grin

That's great guyz, You've done awesome thing.

Also 1.3 BTC was around 820 usd back then and he spend it in a week. Is life so expensive in USA?

2191  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can Bitcoin fail? on: February 22, 2015, 02:23:54 AM
If you shutdown entire internet then it fails Grin

OR;

You can slow down bitcoin network; Hardfork it; Make blocks orphan etc.

But you need lots of computers/clients to do it. How can it be done?

If you really want to shutdown bitcoin network here's an idea:

DDoS Major Pools! (~%70 of network) Then you secure that "new blocks can't be found or it takes really too long".

There's not a known cure for DDoS yet. But you need a really strong botnet (at least 1 million clients) to do it.

Thank you muhammed Zakir , really great help
Just one more question to anyone who can help
I'm understanding PGP slowly but i see people ask to sign and confirm their btc address , i can sign it , but how exactly to we decrypt a signed BTC address proof ??

First if you're gonna sign an address you need to own it (You've to know it's priv key).

Then open the verify tab and copy the details: "Message, (public)Address and signature".
When you click the verify button it's gonna say to you it's verified or not.

I used electrum for that, you can use anything else.

Also I used blockchain.info wallet to verify this message:

message: Hi chronicsky!
address: 12ia5dhAvUf2VTqe1fRnBVbq4Je7N5EHmL
signature: HI7bPPL1m/dI9FAi37Z/k5QsaKjhlmsi8ncAavbrvq9+dQgKr2CScgy8I6AEM0DHQXaP/0k8jlkGkexMefAT4UY=

This method is used to prove ownership of an address.

How do we use coin control? Is it automatically calculated minimum tx fee?
Sending without fee is always an option if you have time.

First you need to activate coin control feature from the settings.
Then click the send page of the core wallet.

You'll see the rectangle about this feature.

Click the "Inputs..." button and you can see the inputs. Select the smallest amounts and "lowest priority" inputs.

I prefer paying 1000 sats per kb. (1 satoshi for 1 byte). This amount of fee makes the tx "medium priority" and usually it gets in a block in 1 hour (or 6 blocks).

If you want to reuse these dust again (at least %50 of them);
First use a wallet that supports "coin control"
Then select those dust addresses and calculate the minimal fee.
Create a new wallet address (from a different wallet).

Send the dust to the new address.
When you combined those dusts into one input; it's priority will not be lowest no longer.

which wallets do support coin control? some links or names would be helpfull?

Bitcoin-core v0.9+ wallets support coin control. I don't know others.
