The clue is "Call the number" ?  Huh not much of a clue. Where is the image clues ?

the 3 main visual clues are on here http://casino.newsandscore.com/nascasino-bitcoin-treasure-hunt

its the main gif image on the page at the top. (we will be posting high res pics in the next hour or so)

the "call the number" clue is just and additional text clue provided via twitter (bonus clues)

Do you want us to call a number with the country code of Greece?

another approach could be to try and eliminate countries/places.
