Listen mate : if you would like to make some money with sig campaign that's don't mean ignoring the forum's rules, which don't allow spamming, and this way with your posts repeated and just with few words it's spamming, even this way you could be banned from any sig camapign. So try to read the thread before posting, and then if you have something to comment you can make an constructive post which give plus for reader, otherwise don't post and pass to another topic that may interest you. I don't know exactly which of this countries will accept Bitcoin first, but i believe Bitcoin is growing up each day and many trusted companies use it already as payment method..The governments soon will be obliged to accept Bitcoin as real currency like Dollar, Euro and so on

There isn't chargeback in Bitcoin, if you send your bitcoin and get the transaction confirmed it's most likely impossible to charge back your bitcoins.
You can use trusted exchangers to exchange your Bitcoin to Paypal directly, or you can use Payza it accept Bitcoin directly without exchanger (min 0.05 BTC)
