221  Other / Archival / Re: What would you say to people who advice you to sell all your bitcoin? on: September 15, 2016, 01:59:07 PM
I suggested to immediately sell for the price movement bitcoin unstable. I advised them to sell when they have benefited. a small but very meaningful.

I follow the same strategy, if price is higher then my entry price then I don't hesitate in selling my coins to secure the profits as I can buy it again when price drops in future.
222  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: September 15, 2016, 01:56:44 PM
I treat bitcoin as if it is gold. I trust and believe that the price will stay steady and if anything will go up in price. I have already made so much money just holding onto bitcoin, I can’t see any reason not to own bitcoin, even if it is a small amount.
That is the way to do it, bitcoin is the gold in the new era, it is a digital currency that is going be precious in the future. People believe that investing in the future of bitcoin will give them fortune so it is really something special despite the risk we still push through on what we believe.
Because bitcoin is a great investment which will gives to the users great income in the future and correct that continuous believing will helps the life of bitcoin would go long lasting and it will be more popular in the future.

That's true bitcoin is the best investment for the future and you can also earn it from various ways which can be used in online shopping, online transfers and also for trading.

I only earn the bitcoin by converting the fiat into the bitcoin. That is the easiest way of making bitcoin for me.

Its not earning but a buying bitcoin, its an investment that you are making in bitcoin by putting your real money into it, but that is also a good way to have bitcoins in your wallet.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: How to earn money with bitcoin ? on: September 14, 2016, 09:31:17 AM
Join a signature campaign, start trading, start lending BTC to people
You can also offer a service in the service section and get people pay you BTC for the exact service
Just try something,that's all
I think signature campaign is the most viable job here for individual who does not posses the skills which are in demand in the online world like programming. If you understand bitcoin it would be easy for you to join the campaign available here and it would help you to understand more on the necessary information you need to learn to start a most advance job like trading.
agree with you signature campaign is the most popular way to earning bitcoin at this momen, im sure more than 50% of bitcointalk user do signature campaign.

Yup and its popular only because there is no risk of loosing money and returns are guaranteed on regular basis, and it can even take best care of your basic expenses if you are residing in third world countries.
224  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: September 14, 2016, 09:29:28 AM
No, I will not quit my job to go full time on bitcoin. Because I'm not getting profit on bitcoin. I lose btc because of trading and gambling. I bitcoin to have extra income but It gives me nothing. But I learn in all my mistakes.
you can stop your gambling and focus at trading, i think trade is good idea to growing our bitcoin.
i earning arround 2btc last month ago from trading altcoin.

Exactly, gambling is the place to loose money in quick time whereas trading is the place to make good money if you are really good in it, as you can expect even a small profits on daily basis.
225  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: September 14, 2016, 09:27:48 AM
The 1st thing if anything would be getting a job.

But bitcoin does help if you had a way to gain the btc for a cheaper way - based on the persons approach..

Getting a job helps so that you will not be in a situation where you run out of money. A good job and a good financial management will help a lot. But if you are in urgent need of money, then there is nothing you can run to but loan. And those loan sharks will eat you alive. So, get a job and work hard so you will not be put in a bad situation in the future.

Applying for loan and getting money in hand may take some days, so that's not a good idea, if I am in desperate need of money then I will prefer to borrow from my colleagues and return them when I receive my salary.
226  Other / Off-topic / Re: du you spend coins on real life. on: September 14, 2016, 09:25:51 AM
I haven't spent bitcoin in real life as there are no stores that accept it here. I don't expect any to start accepting it anytime soon. The cost to these stores aren't ready to put anymore expenses on their stores and cut into their profits.
Once everybody else is using it like major chains then the stores will see it is profitable more than just a burden on their businesses.

at my country i found some realmerchand accept bitcoin as payment processor, but the place is very far from my village. I had to spend traveling for five hours to reach the merchand.

That is time consuming mate, and it will waste your time and money for transportation for sure and it won't be profitable too, its not worth to travel that long to buy a single product.
227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: September 14, 2016, 09:23:37 AM
I don't think that could happen anymore because bitcoin is now use almost all over the world.if there is no users, then it could be a useless coin but never disappear.
Yupp me too i don't think that could happen because for me bitcoin now is famous even some country are not using bitcoin as their currency and in some country bitcoin are famous where they are using bitcoin to pay online or there bills monthly where they're using it for trading also into another crypto-currency

We cannot be sure what will happen in future, it may or may not disappear, no one can judge the future of bitcoin, if price will fall to extreme level then it can disappear in future.
Yeah we cannot be sure what will happen in the future but we can predict it because some people are good in predicting and it will happen and i believe that the future of bitcoin is near , we can't think negative about bitcoin because we are using it everyday.

No one could really predict on a precise event on what  would happen to bitcoin but some realistic speculation may depend on the actual thing right now   ex. we are currently seeing the bitcoins progression which we could somehow say that it would be hardly to believe that bitcoin would disappear.

Bitcoin is looking good at a moment and it may not disappear for next couple of years, but if we find any new and innovative coin in future holding better features then bitcoin, then it will take no time for people to switch to it.
well that's correct as of now we see strong movement from this project bitcoin is showing good passive income generating investment and with the popularity growing up more and more people are joining the ride palcing their investment and making more service to allow bitcoin payment and advertise the use and the value of this coin, but we can't leave the reality that in every success new things will be shown up.

Yes and technology is advancing day by day and we may see some unexpected things in future too and it may easily replace bitcoins as every time people wants something new, they get bored very easily with the same thing.
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where to Invest BTC? on: September 14, 2016, 09:21:28 AM
ICO is a good opportunity to increase bitcoin. We should be looking for ICO projects with fair lauch to invest our BTC. That Will make our Bitcoin stuck in that projects for a log time. We can do trading during that cindition.

Just giving a suggestion for investing in ico without filtering for the potential ico before, like you're plunging the someone into the hole, too many ico is just for the scamming purpose.

Yeah and its really hard to trust them as majority of the times only owners will make profits from it and the investors will be left with nothing in their hands at the end of the day.
229  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: September 14, 2016, 09:18:02 AM
if I receive 10 bitcoin from you, I can use it for many things. I will use it for trading and also hold it and then sell at high prices

Yeah and 10 btc is a descent amount to invest in trading and you can expect good profits in short term if you invest them in altcoins, withdraw your profits regularly and sell them at higher price.
230  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: September 14, 2016, 09:16:26 AM
Big rewards carry with it big risks. Unless you are willing to risk big time, then it is going to take a while to double the bitcoins that you have. I prefer to do it the conservative way. I started with nothing so it's not too hard to make it grow. There's no way to go but up for me, so I am just going to accumulate slowly and just stay patient with the price that keeps rising and falling ever so often.

Yes and the best and safe way to double them is to work on them, if you double your efforts to earn them then in future you will surely double your coins without any risk.
231  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: September 14, 2016, 09:14:57 AM
Most of the bitcoin users buy bitcoin for their gambling activity and there are few that they only want to hold it until they get profit but for me i have bitcoin to spend and to invest.

Yeah there are many people who buys bitcoin only for the gambling purposes as its very easy to gamble with it and it also provides you great level of privacy, but its better to treat it as an investment and not waste in gambling.
just did some gambling earlier and loses some of my btc i guess you are correct btc should be treated as an investment and not just use it and lose it for fun in gambling.

If you feel that gambling is for fun then you can visit those sites once in a blue moon with a very small capital, but the fact is we never come to know that when fun gets converted into addiction.
232  Economy / Economics / Re: I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this?? on: September 13, 2016, 01:05:18 PM
The safest way is to keep them, cold wallet is 1000% safest investment, If you like to trade better start in investing some 30% in some new and good alt coin, but be sure a LOT of investigation is needed because 98% is pure p/d crap which over time will be worthless

Yeah and we cannot afford to loose all 12 btc in trading, so some of them should be kept safe for the future as even if our trade goes wrong giving us loss, we can start new innings with saved coins.
233  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: September 13, 2016, 01:03:25 PM
Well it really depends on what you excel at. If you are good at trading or even better than good then I'd pickup trading. But if you don't know anything about trading then IMO investing has a less steep learning curve.
I think trading has more potential but is also much more difficult so depends if you want to dedicate alot of time.

But there is no guarantee that you will get profits in investment as it may turn out to be a scam in future but with trading you have total control on your money and your decision will decide your profits.
234  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: September 13, 2016, 01:00:40 PM
I suggest sell your junk stuff or clean some empty lot in your neighborhood. In 98 I was fu**** up and I used to busking on streets, it was pretty fun and I used to smoke heavily and it was enough to do it and much more. So in my point of view, if you are desperate for money you can do thousand of legal things (and much more ilegals). It's just a matter of attitude.
Yes at the point of time when we need money urgently, look things around you in your house and think what you can sell which wont affect you that much and get paid for it as well.In past i sold my laptop sadly when i was in desperate need of money, but later i was able to buy an new laptop for me again.

I do agree but if you dont have expensive things around your house then nothing can do. But for me if im desperate of money i just borrow to my relatives or close friends then try to pay them as soon as possible

Yeah I will do the same as it will give me money in quick time and if I go for other ways then it will be surely an time consuming process and it will not help me to serve the purpose.
235  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: September 13, 2016, 12:56:18 PM
I wouldn't, since, in my country, it's more convenient to be paid in fiat. Not that many shops accept bitcoin here in Australia, so I'd have to convert it back into fiat and pay some commision fees. Moreover, the price of bitcoin can fluctuate and I don't want my salary to drop if the price of bitcoin drops.
If bitcoin becomes mroe stable and more known in the future, I'll consider getting paid in bitcoin.

Yes we can go for it in future if we see higher and stable price of bitcoin, but till then its better to continue with fiat as it gives us an ease and convenience to spend it anywhere we want.
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have u ever received BTC accidentally or randomly? on: September 13, 2016, 12:54:18 PM
has it ever happened to u that u just had ur wallet opened and suddenly some BTC arrived out of nowhere?

like someone sent it to the wrong address or something?

like suddenly 0.3777 BTC are rolling in but u don't know who sent it, why it was sent and what it is all about?

~CfA~
Eversince I haven't yet recieve any bitcoin from unknown wallet address even just 0.00001 satoshi haven't Cry  But if ai receive any amount specially if it is big amount well I will not gave it back to him Grin

Lol I think most of the people will do the same, as if you receive very high amount accidentally then you may get greedy and won't take any decision ethically.
237  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: September 13, 2016, 12:50:53 PM
The best thing I like about bitcoin is that I can earn extra money with it by working on signature campaign and trading helps me to get daily profits which takes my income to higher level.
238  Other / Off-topic / Re: how bitcoin is popular in your country ? on: September 13, 2016, 12:48:59 PM
in my country Indonesia, bitcoin is not so popular. Bitcoin users in Indonesia is still small compared with the total population of Indonesia, the ratio is only one in 1,000 people in Indonesia who use Bitcoin

Not only in Indonesia but in Asia itself bitcoins are not so popular and we can't buy any items directly using bitcoins in Asia. In my country also it is not so popular but here got a couple of bitcoins ATM machine. I never see anyone accepting bitcoins in any stores yet.

Yeah it will take time for Asian countries to cope up with American and European countries as those are very active in bitcoins and they have many offline stores too.

Im from asian country and i agree only few in our country know bitcoin and we dont have any stores that accepts bitcoin here Sad so we do prefer to exchange it to our own fiat. We are in the 3rd world country and we cant cope up easily like those country you said but soon we will Smiley

Its just a matter of time, as time progresses we will see many more people will start using it and it will become more popular in future and allow us to buy anything that we want.
Yes, maybe someday bitcoin will be widespread so popular everywhere. But I think it takes time because bitcoin is not popular in my country now. Sooner or later I believe bitcoin will become popular throughout the region.

Bitcoin is still very new to many people and those who are not tech savvy will take a long time to adopt it as at initial stage they may find the entire concept of bitcoin very complicated.
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WORST decision about BTC on: September 13, 2016, 12:47:18 PM
Hi, all. I know that everyone here would have made some terrible decision about BTC. So I was wondering, what is the worst decision that you have ever made.

Personally, my worst decision was gambling 1.3 BTC in dice, just yesterday. Smiley
Worst decision i made was trusting my friend with my bitcoins i thought he don't use it for gambling i left her for a while so that i can go to my grandparents and i left her with my bitcoin gambling account and i teach him how it works and he played it for an hour and get lost and my bitcoin are all gone.

That is really weird, you cannot afford to handover your hard earned coins to anyone, as it takes long time to earn them and few minutes to loose them in gambling, you should take care of it in future.
240  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: September 13, 2016, 12:42:54 PM
Well , every month , twice I convert my bitcoins to cash . Other than that I use them
1. To gamble for fun ( while aiming for profits ) like on dice and plinko.
2. To play poker tournaments .
3. Sports betting.

So basically your are using it mainly in gambling, I never use it on gambling as I know my luck and I am sure that every time I will loose, so I prefer to save them for future.
