Yes, you can make SEPA withdrawals in EUR to your Swedish bank account. If your account is not denominated in EUR then your bank will simply exchange to SEK.

Okay, do you have experience with this exchange? Is there any risk for any scams?

The risk is zero. I would say the risk is very low. They are a reputable, registered company in Norway, and the founders have appeared in Norwegian media several times. They have over 10,000 happy users.

As for myself, I have traded there and deposited/withdrawn funds with ease. Definitely the most pleasant experience of all exchanges I've used!

I have a question about Justcoin.
I am swedish and I wonder if its possible that I sell my bitcoins on Justcoin and have the money transferred to my swedish bank?

I can't see the withdrawal fees (SEPA outside Norway) in your website. Is it possible to request such a withdrawal? And if so, what are its fees?

See https://justcoin.com/en/terms

SEPA withdrawals are 5.00 EUR and non-SEPA (to European account) 10 EUR.

Congratulations!! The design update is definitely an improvement.

I was hoping for a few revamped features as well:

Manage Accounts page doesn't allow to delete or modify existing accounts.
BTC/NOK Candlestick graph is still not breaking down data per day.
Too many decimals on fiat (e.g 5 decimals on NOK on top of page; 3 decimals in buy/sell charts).
Active orders are now to be found under Order History, which is a bit misleading. Perhaps you should put back the link to Active Orders, and maybe separate Active and Past orders on two different pages.
Did you take away the option to download a CSV file of transactions?

I did a withdraw on Monday of this week, 1 December 2013, and I still didn't received the amount on my Bank account (SEPA wire transfer)
Yesterday I sent a message to the customer service asking the number of the wire transfer transaction but I still didn't received any answer.
The withdraw on the website is registered as completed 5 days ago.

Did someone had experience about withdrawal with this website ?

How long it takes usually ?

5 days sounds rather long (or, 4 days since Dec 1st was a Sunday). I've done NOK, EUR (SEPA) and USD (wire) withdrawals. NOK (domestic) withdrawals process within 1 business days. SEPA and wire (again, to domestic accounts) process within 2-3 business days. SEPA transfers from Norway to other European countries process, in my experience, just as fast, i.e. 2-3 business days.

Blir for nøyaktig pris.

Holder med to maks.

228  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need fast advice!! BTC-E major issues! Donating for help! on: December 04, 2013, 12:40:14 AM
PM  user "btc-e.com" on here, and explain the situation and link back to this thread.

Thanks for the help. My issue was resolved 3-4 days after I PM that user. He never responded directly but my ticket was closed and said "refund". No refund was issued however. I opened a new ticket which was then promptly (1-2 days) replied to and my BTC were all refunded.
229  Local / Skandinavisk / Re: BTC over 2000 kr! on: November 30, 2013, 07:00:59 AM

230  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need fast advice!! BTC-E major issues! Donating for help! on: November 29, 2013, 05:25:24 PM
I have used them a few times. They are not fraudulent, but the customer service is pretty hopeless.

I have executed hundreds, if not a thousand+, trades with them for a year. Never had problems. I realized this was always a leap of faith, given then I was trading with an essentially anonymous exchange based in a territory I would be unable to pursue any legal action should anything go wrong. Now, this has happened (and, apparently, I am not the only one).

99% of BTC-E users have probably not had any issues. There are probably tens of thousands of people that trade regularly on BTC-E. However, that does not exempt a few cases of disappearing funds from being fraudulent. This could be something new, systematic, or perhaps just one dishonest BTC-E employee taking some liberties. The reason, however, is irrelevant.

But the fact remains; $3500 worth of BTC was removed from my account. I have contacted BTC-E on 3 occasions. They are either unable, or unwilling to deal with this. I assume they don't care. In either case, they owe up to their responsibility and BTC-E stand accused of theft from client accounts until they take corrective actions.

UPDATE: I was refunded my 3.35 BTC after almost 2 weeks. It took another 2 support tickets, plus a direct message to a BTC-E on this forum to have it resolved.
231  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Need fast advice!! BTC-E major issues! Donating for help! on: November 28, 2013, 10:15:47 PM
I made a withdrawal of 3.35 BTC from BTC-E on 11/23. I received and responded to the verification email. The funds were removed from my account. However, the transaction never appeared on the blockchain, i.e. money is gone. I have contacted BTC-E support 3 times and have yet to receive an answer.

At today's exchange rate the loss equals USD 3,350.

I've previously deposited, traded and withdrawn through BTC-E numerous times in the past, primarily BTC/LTC with good experience.

Based on this event, however, and those of others, it seems BTC-E is now exploring new ways of increasing their profits.

I'm in no doubt that BTC-E has started to systematically steal funds from client accounts with impunity.

Then again, who can I blame for being stupid enough to trust an anonymous Russian exchange with my money?

Stay away from BTC-E!

232  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Who owns BTC-E? on: November 28, 2013, 10:04:45 PM
$2000 recently stolen by BTC-E selectively scamming those around the world!

Can you elaborate further on this?
Are you suggesting BTC-E itself is randomly stealing money from its users ot keep a low profile?

I (another unfortunate BTC-E client) made a withdrawal of 3.35 BTC from BTC-E on 11/23. The amount was removed from my BTC-E balance (now at zero) but the transaction never appeared on the blockchain, i.e. money is gone. Attempts to contact support have been futile (3 attempts). The matter remains unresolved.

So yes, BTC-E is without doubt stealing funds from users.

At today's exchange rate 3.35 BTC equals USD 3,350.

I can only strongly recommend everyone to avoid the risk and not deal with BTC-E. Its an anonymous Russian(?) exchange that steal funds from customer accounts with impunity.

UPDATE My issue was finally resolved through their ticketing system after two more support tickets and a PM to btce-e.com user on this forum. Although I'm happy to see my funds returned, the wait was unacceptable (2 weeks).
233  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BTC-E Have scammed me 2.88BTC [UNRESOLVED] on: November 28, 2013, 09:57:02 PM
Well when a company gets so much monopolistic power in a market, it can take advantage of its power and start scamming without much loss of demand from users. It's a shame, this problem still remains unresolved.

Company? I think nothing is (publicly) known of who operates BTC-E. Trading with them is, and always has been, a leap of faith. If you loose money in the process, you're on your own.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=144281.20

I've used BTC-E to primarily trade Litecoin. However, with so many exchanges today operating in reliably territories and with public profiles, BTC-E is no longer as exclusive and necessary as it used to be.

If you can't afford the risk of dealing with an anonymous Russian(?) exchange that steal funds from customer accounts with impunity, then stay away from BTC-E!

UPDATED this post after my funds were refunded.
234  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BTC-E Have scammed me 2.88BTC [UNRESOLVED] on: November 28, 2013, 05:53:48 PM
I feel your pain. I made a withdrawal of 3.35 BTC from BTC-E on 11/23. The amount was removed from my BTC-E balance (now at zero) but the transaction never appeared on the blockchain, i.e. money is gone. Attempts to contact support have been futile (3 attempts). The matter remains unresolved.

I can only strongly recommend everyone to avoid the risk and not deal with BTC-E. This recommendation is based on the fact they are unable to provide corrective actions to intentional or unintentional mistakes on their side.

If only there was a BBB for bitcoin exchanges to report this to...

Does anyone know if any BTC-E admin lurk on these boards?

235  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coinsetter now open on: November 23, 2013, 07:01:41 AM
i got my beta code today. doesnt look like it is set up to short BTC yet. there is a 1 bitcoin minimum to open. very low volume.
anybody else in there??

Have executed about a dozen trades in the last 48 hrs. First impression is that the platform is solidly build, and extremely responsive. Trades are immediate. Volume is very low, but that should not prevent anyone from placing the ask/bid offers they want. Seems there are very few (if any) other active traders.

I assume it will still be a month or two at least before trading seriously picks up.

Its been a busy November with many BTC exchange hacks (bidextreme.pl, bips.me, coinlenders.com, inputs.io, more?).

I hope Justcoin takes note of the events and work on improving the site's security. Here are some suggestions that may improve things further:

Front-end improvements (per user options):
 - Email verification to complete withdrawals
 - Email notifications when withdrawals are initiated
 - SMS verification as an option to email verification
 - Disallow withdrawals to non-registered bitcoin addresses
 - Stricter KYC implementation

Back-end improvements (requested by user, enforced by admin):
 - User adjustable cold wallet; allow individual users to decide what proportion of funds to set aside for Justcoin's cold wallet (updated weekly/daily)
 - Freeze assets, e.g. disallow a proportion of NOK/EUR/USD to be used for trading (updated weekly/daily)
 - Disallow API access for non-registered IP addresses

These are mostly security measures by obstruction. They may serve to force any wrongdoer to jump through a few extra hoops to run away with a large cache and give users additional time to react.

I initiated two withdrawals in August:
...
So, unfortunately, I follow in the steps of countless others who fail to withdraw fiat.
Did you actually see the withdraw in your account history ? I'm asking because I did the same thing but I can't even see it....so my balance in USD is 0 but I have nothing but an email confirming the transaction (without specifying the amount involved).

My experience was the same. The withdrawals never showed up anywhere. I had to email support and they were more than happy to cancel my withdrawals. After this, both sums appeared back on my USD balance and I was able to purchase BTC and move my funds out that way.

Skattedirektøren er sitert på nrk.no her (25-10-2013; samme intervju):
http://www.nrk.no/okonomi/kjopte-bolig-for-internettpenger-1.11314773

"Dersom man tjener penger på investering i nettvaluta, skal man skatte 28 prosent av gevinsten, og omsetning av bitcoin skal man betale moms av, opplyser skattedirektøren."

Ironien...

- I miss a widget on the top with the last price, high, low and volume

+1

Would be nice with these statistics on top of the page, rather than browsing to Trade - Currency - Stats and read it out of the graphs.

Another option would be the drop-down header bar with the graph that unregistered users see on the home page, ala Gox style.
240  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Justcoin · Secure Bitcoin Exchange from Norway (BTC/EUR) on: October 23, 2013, 12:05:09 AM
I can't find any information about the legal part. Do you have an ok from the Norwegian state? Or just how likly is it that the your gorvernment gets pissed and freezes my coins?

By precedent, extremely unlikely. In my view, you would not be at more risk holding fiat/crypto with Justcoin than fiat in a Norwegian bank.

Norwegian authorities have been cited in several Norwegian outlets as actively working on taxation issues concerning bitcoin. Here's an official at the Norwegian Tax Administration in early September:

"Bitcoins has many similarities with common currencies, although they do not fall under the definition [as a currency] in the currency law. With regards to tax law, however, bitcoins is an economic asset with economic benefits that can be derived or lost."

Source: http://e24.no/digital/norske-myndigheter-vil-skattlegge-bitcoins/21526987

Thus, by definition, income derived by trading bitcoin is taxeable in Norway. I do not think that you, as a non-Norwegian citizen trading on a Norwegian exchange (i.e. Justcoin), necessarily would need to pay income/capital taxes to Norway. That would depend on other things such as your residence status, tax treaty between Norway and your own country etc. You probably should be more concerned whether bitcoin related income is taxeable in your own country of residence.

If it so happened that you should have paid taxes to Norway, but chose not to, or (say) you used your Justcoin account for illicit purposes (money laundering, buying/selling drugs/weapons aka Silk Road, gambling etc) it is of course theoretically possible that a court could order your account closed and/or confiscated. But that would presumably be the case anywhere in the world.

Finally, the Justcoin founders have discussed their correspondence with the Norwegian Tax Administration openly here on Bitcointalk and they implement KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on their user's accounts. It is also my impression (think they mentioned that in a post in here once) that they receive professional legal advice. Thus, they appear to be on top of their legal requirements.

Happy trading!
