221  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin Under World War 3... on: November 01, 2017, 12:16:29 AM
In the case of a World War forget about Cryptocurrencies. Canned FOOD will become the new global currency.
222  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Who wants to start an anarchist micronation? on: November 01, 2017, 12:14:35 AM
There are a lot of self proclaimed micro-nations. Apart from the United States, which is one of the most famous ones, I have found this little "Chaotic Obscure MicroNation of Torriglia, in the mountains of Italy, lead by President Kremo:

223  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What sound does the color blue make? on: November 01, 2017, 12:09:45 AM
The color blue in the visible spectrum is about 450–495 nm in wave length and 606–668 THz in frequency of light. if THz is 10¹² Hz, just tune it down by halfing it to remain in the same octave.

That's a very good beginning. Now we only need a nice way to put the notes down on paper and a synthetizer to start playing colors in a concert Smiley
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Bitcore- BTX - SEGWIT - BLOOM - ONLINE - new virtual fork 1:0.5 of Bitcoin on: November 01, 2017, 12:05:58 AM
There is a very surreal iron of destiny. Just in the moment when the DeepOnion distribution model has changed in the direction of BTC and it started to resemble BTX distribution model (people get a percentage of what's in their wallets), BTX distribution model has changed in the direction of DeepOnion introducing the rule that only registered addresses will get the airdrop.
This is not done in order to be similar to Onion, but for the fact that BTX would not be send to a sleeping addresses.

OK, this is a very good reason indeed, I didn't think at that. But I see a lot of people "awakening" just in the last moment (I too almost have missed it), so probably a lot of people will just realized they have missed it because of a few weeks of "sleeping" and they will not be very happy. A part of the community which starts to not be very happy is the road towards DeepOnion, where so many people has ended up being completely pissed off, so beware not to repeat their mistakes Smiley
225  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ILLUMINATI DOES EXIST? on: October 31, 2017, 11:54:12 PM
"Illuminati" is just a stupid label to trivialize the high spheres of power - which actually exist but they are not so stupid to call themselves "illuminati".
226  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donald Trump - the best US president so far on: October 31, 2017, 11:53:01 PM
I was hoping to find some real argument of discussion in this thread about this issue, but the statements are overall very poor.
227  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Liberals, why do you like Bitcoin? on: October 31, 2017, 11:51:57 PM
Why would especially American liberals like bitcoin? From what I see on this forum, most of Bitcoin adopters are not American at all, and the word "Liberal" is very American, makes little sense out of America where you'd have different political labels.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN][PoSToken]World's First PoS Smart Contract Token[Distribution Completed] on: October 31, 2017, 11:49:32 PM
When were the firs POStokens distributed, ie when will the first postokens arrive to 90 days of coinage ?

why ppl should wait 90 days ?

No, the people should NOT wait more than 90 days, since afterwards coniage will not increase. I wonder which is the best moment to mint within these 90 days.
229  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is real freedom in your view? Are you getting it? on: October 31, 2017, 11:48:03 PM
REAL freedom would be to be free from your own prejudices, which is not really possible, at least not entirely. The more you can free yourself from them, the more you are actually free.
230  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Social Engineering on: October 31, 2017, 10:52:24 PM
You always had people who are more clever than others and were able to manipulate other people in doing what they want. In the past it was more intuitive procedure, now there are also precise techniques.
231  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why US is the most powerful country in world ? on: October 31, 2017, 10:47:15 PM
US is getting actually less and less powerful every year which is passing, because the rest of the world is developing.
232  Other / Politics & Society / Re: basic-income-worldwide.info support the end of poverty for good! on: October 31, 2017, 10:45:23 PM
In Finland they have started with a sort of project like that and apparently it is working fine. I guess this will become more popular in the future, one country after another.
233  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sophie the first robot which get Saudi citizenship on: October 31, 2017, 10:40:27 PM
It is a beautiful scenery of a dystopic movie, the only way the Saudis would give more rights to women is to create artificial women - now there if a woman is artificial she can enjoy a lot of human rights.
234  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Health and Religion on: October 31, 2017, 10:37:34 PM
We are here speaking about different stages of mind architecture - Religion is the OS 1.0 of our human mind, now a lot of people have upgraded to an OS 2.0, which is more clever but as it happens with later releases, it is still full of bugs. And a lot of code of 1.0 has been recycled anyway and its routines pop up again and again.
235  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Have you experienced discrimination in the work? on: October 31, 2017, 10:30:11 PM
I am constantly discriminated because of my sex. Because I am a man, nobody  is smiling at me, they are all smiling at the women. Also, nobody is inviting me out for dinner, which again happens to the women very frequently. And the women can dress like a man and if they do they get even more respected but if I dress as a woman I don't get more respected at all. We have to do something against this discrimination at work.
236  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the Meaning of Sin? on: October 31, 2017, 10:26:11 PM
The meaning of sin is to give a job with a good salary to millions of priest who get paid to listen to your sins and to whitewash them.
237  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Gender equality on: October 31, 2017, 10:24:49 PM
I think there is a big discrimination between sexes. For example, if a man want to get pregnant, he is not allowed. This is not correct.
238  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will the electric car destroy the petrol car? on: October 31, 2017, 10:21:48 PM
In the long term the electric car will surely replace the petrol car. That's just because oil will finish. But in the long term I think the car itself is set to disappear, at least for private and personal use. It is just not a rational way to move your body in space.
239  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is bitcoin a religion? on: October 31, 2017, 10:17:57 PM
For some, Bitcoin is a coin. For others, Bitcoin is an illusion. For others, bitcoin is a dream coming true. For others, Bitcoin is a cult, aka a religion.
240  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Whose Crimea on: October 31, 2017, 10:15:41 PM
It is very easy to know whose Crimea: just ask the Crimean people. Incidentally this already happened. You don't like the result? Well, then ask them again, don't just pretend you know better than them.
