I am always hold the all received rewards untill they reach a decent value, then i sell some portion of it to fulfill my day to day needs and rest portion to be holds for getting more profit from it.

Why are you feeling depressed as if you buy at peak then it was a wrong decision. Always buy when market dip to a certain level and sell when market at its peak. Bitcoin never depress long term holders and it is in short term down trend and it will rise again when market conditions recover.

I always set a target myself for my coins and whenever my coin reach at my target, i sell that coin immediately because no one can guess about this market due to huge ups and down of this market in a very short span of time. Greediness always give losses because whenever a coin reach your target then you make a new target for you and if market drop suddenly it even break your old target and then take a very long time to reach your first target.
