Do you think the value of Bitcoin gold is priced into the price of BTC, thus we will see a drop similar to the value of Bitcoin Gold after the fork?
I don't know man, as far as I've read Bitcoin gold's developer will have pre-mine coins before launching BTG. this is somehow fishy, BTG will be a shitty coin because of what the developers are planning and it might better to drop this coin before growing and having their own cult (like with bitcoin cash) BTC drop would likely to happen because of "FUD" and fear on the price decreasing after the fork on 25th. |

Behold there buddy, we must put our trust in the developers but as of now, it is true that we need to worry on what will be the outcome on the fork on
November and how will the things will go after the November fork. The transaction's speed is still a pending concern and you should be hopeful on this because this concern has always been followed up every damn time. China has nothing to do with bitcoin, legalizations, regulations, ICOs .. yeah they certainly have an effect on bitcoin but still it is the community who supports bitcoin to stay up to this moment.

Not saying you're wrong that we will most likely see a crash before the fork, but I think you're over estimating the fact that this rise is due to Bitcoin Gold. Most of this new money coming in doesn't even know about this fork. It's going to tumble because we are moving straight up, and whatever shoots up will eventually correct. I actually think a good amount of people do know about Bitcoin Gold. I think this is the case because of how Bitcoin Cash went in the past and also because of the widespread adaptation of the coin. The more people that use it, the more people there are trying to understand how BTC works and spread that info. And it must be a responsibility of a bitcoiner or cryptocurrency enthusiasts to know this kind of things, like if you are just a normal investor you will really be left behind if you didn't know this kind of things. |

It's kinda frustrating to check it everyday, specially it is volatile, but i must be strong emotionally to endure the pain and frustration on the changes of price, it's part of bitcoin and cryptocurrency i must embrace it.

1) I generally only worry about Bitcoin's price when I want to buy a gift card or something. And even then, converting to fiat is someone else's problem in this scenario.
2) I can go weeks without opening up my wallet or checking the price, so it's not like I'm addicted, right? Right?!
3) Buy, hodl, buy, hodl...
We do have different preferences and point of view when it comes to the price of bitcoin, I as a person is the one who will freak out about this changes because i do have bitcoin and i see each drop or pump as an opportunity to atleast gain profit from it. |

Yes. We can. Just helping each other here at bitcoin. We can also communicate on the other country and our economics can improve just talk and negotiate on the other people. It is now 9:45 in the Philippines so many of shit posting will begin...like the post above. It's utter and complete nonsense. Can a moderator make sense of what was just said? After all, that's the purpose of moderators. I'm not suggesting banning access of the Philippines to these forums but people that post like this...who make up about 90% of posts on these forums....might deserve a penalty to their precious post count or banned altogether. Make them learn enough English as to not write total nonsense or ban their account and make them create a new account when they have the requisite skills to post on an English forum. If they are really serious they'll get it right on the 2nd or 3rd try. I would advise you to report that post and others like it, because they shouldn't make money by spouting such drivel. This should be a basic task of bitcoin holders, to check the bitcoin price every other time. Bitcoin's price is volatile and it's natural to check it's movement every now and then. it is a basic task and should be hobby of all bitcoiners and newbie.
