221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills on: September 22, 2021, 11:58:41 PM
Well, we all know how technical crypto trading is and how hard it has been for newbies traders. That made me want to know what are your best trading skills and techniques that can aid a newbie in trading?
Before having expertise in trading, of course must have failed in the past. However, in terms of trading techniques, nothing special for me. It all started with small numbers in trading, I once started with a nominal $45 to be able to master the market conditions and make my main strategy to open buy when the market goes down and sell when I get a little profit. as my trade progressed and once made the mistake of selling out of panic. So I play a trading role if market conditions are dump, I choose to hold.

It is true that all traders must have experienced failure, therefore if we experience failure when trading, there is no need to worry. We can learn from
every failure that we experience, from there we can create an effective strategy to generate profit. So everyone can have good trading skills
by correcting every mistake made when trading. The most important thing is to control our emotions when trading, so we don't panic about
bad market conditions and can find the best solution. We can use the stop-loss feature or we can also be patient and hold until the market recovers.
222  Economy / Speculation / Re: How far can bitcoin price correction go? on: September 22, 2021, 11:34:09 PM
I'm also quite worried the Bitcoin price will drop below $40k again when the correction occurs, but what I was worried about didn't happen. Bitcoin
price is back to near $50k again, hopefully our hopes that the Bitcoin price will rise again above $50k can happen in the near future. Therefore, there is
not much we can do for now other than be patient with holding the Bitcoins we have.
Yes, I was a bit worried about it as well. What happens in crypto is that if the price can't go to one direction then it goes to another direction, the 50k+ was not a permanent one and it kept on going down so eventually I assumed it would start to go down a lot. That did not happen and I am quite happy about it but we are not back to 50k+ just yet neither, which means we should be a lot more careful about what is going on right now.

Nobody can guarantee that this 48k+ will not turn to 40k in a week or two. Which is why lets not get our hopes up just yet, we should be happy that it is this way but we should not be crazy about what is going on neither. Just focus on very long term and you will not be bothered by the falls that happens meanwhile, what happens now is not really important if you plan on selling 10 years later, that is how I overcome the emotions during those big falls.

It looks like your prediction came true, Bitcoin surprisingly fell quite deep and touched the price of $40k, it was quite worrying for me. But now it
seems that Bitcoin price is slowly recovering and managed to rise again to the price of $43k, I hope the price of Bitcoin can continue to rise again
near the price of $50k. The market looks really crazy the last few days, maybe you are right we really should focus on collecting Bitcoins for
long-term investments. So Bitcoin price changes are very volatile, doesn't stress us out.
223  Economy / Economics / Re: If you can get paid through cryptocurrency, do you still choose fiat currency? on: September 22, 2021, 02:36:29 PM
No. I will always choose cryptocurrency only if the altcoin is not a dollar.
The dollar is the only currency in which I am ready to accept payments of funds, otherwise I will be happy to receive a salary in cryptocurrency.
However, under the current realities, cryptocurrency will always be converted to fiat money before being paid out.

I am also very happy to receive salary payments through cryptocurrency, even though the risk is high, because crypto prices are volatile.
But that doesn't mean I won't use fiat, because currently the majority of merchants in circulation don't accept crypto as payment. So in the end
we will convert the crypto that we have into fiat, because after all fiat is still very much needed to buy daily necessities.
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is telling people you're into stocks "cool" but crypto is a big secret? on: September 21, 2021, 11:23:06 PM
I can't say I'd noticed that. I have familiar crypto investors and some amateur traders and all of them always eager to talk about crypto and to tell about their successes or falls. It’s quite interesting to listen to their stories. Sometimes they even gave me very essential info that helped me to make further actions. When someone of my friends (who knows about crypto only from mass media) asks me about crypto I’m also sharing with them my knowledge’s about it.

I've been investing in crypto for more than 5 years, and I don't hide anything from those around me. Even I often discuss with family and friends
about cryptocurrency. So it's the same with stocks, I have nothing to hide about cryptocurrencies. Maybe in a country where cryptocurrencies
are banned, chose to keep it a secret because he didn't want to get into trouble with the law. If that's the case I can understand,
but if we live in a country that doesn't ban crypto, why keep it a secret.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 20, 2021, 11:56:00 PM
the colombian James Rodríguez will leave fc everton and join qatari club al-rayyan sc...
To be honest, I feel kind of disappointed the way things turned out for James at Everton, he was having a great time at the beginning of last season, playing well under his former manager at Madrid Carlo Ancelloti, but now Ancelloti is gone, it seems it's over for James at the blue half of Merseyside. I feel sorry for the lad, he is just 30 and looks to be moving far away from competitive football, he had quite a lot of prospects but he never lived up to any of them as far as world football is concerned, well he can now concentrate on making large sums of money for himself before finally retiring.

To be honest I didn't watch much James Rodríguez when he played for Everton, but I watched a lot of James Rodríguez's performance
in the Columbia national team. This player actually has good vision and skill, but maybe James Rodríguez doesn't fit in with the new Everton coach.
So he decided to leave Everton, but at the age of James Rodríguez who is not young anymore and we know a football career is not long.
So it's a good decision to move to a club that can provide a large salary for retirement plans. So he can enjoy his life well after retirement.
Moreover, we know that the team from Qatar has good finances, meaning that if it is true that he play for Al Rayyan SC, James Rodríguez is
sure to get a good salary offer.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SOL is already $144, can still buy it? on: September 20, 2021, 11:59:41 AM
and now the price of Solana continues to decline. Within 7 days, Solana had dropped 10%. Even though Solana has been in a price slump this week, I am amazed at the performance that Solana Koin has shown. Not in a matter of years, but in a few months it can experience a tremendous increase. I think buying Solana in the midst of the current declining price conditions is very good.
Not only Solana is experiencing a decline now, you can see all the coins on any exchange right now, all of which are experiencing a decline, some have even gone up to 15%, I believe this is because of the decline in Bitcoin which had exceeded 6% today.

The price of Bitcoin is still continuing to fall today, even now Bitcoin has fallen 7.8% in 24 hours. It makes perfect sense to affect Solana's price to be
even lower, now Solana is down 12% in 24 hours. With the price drop quite far, it's the right time to start buying Solana now. But it's better to buy
Solana gradually, because there is a possibility that Solana's price will still go down if we see the Bitcoin price has not recovered.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins as collectables in the future on: September 19, 2021, 11:22:36 PM
Like most of you guys, i have tons of shitcoins in my wallets and trying to look at it from the bright site. I was wondering, what if there will be a market for collectable early shitcoins in the far future. I am talking about rare shitcoins that left some mark in the crypto world like most notorious exit scams or hacked coins or biggest pump and dump coins or first meme coins...
I wouldnt be surprised if we see a market for those in 20 years, at least that is how i cheer myself up when i see my wallets Cheesy
With the awesome idea of creating a token that ends up as Shitcoin, it's not uncommon to find investors interested in the idea. Shitcoin has a short lifespan and is only active in trading for a short time, after which it only exists on the market with Shitcoin status. I don't think the next 20 years will be revived by the team, because creating a new coin with a much better mission I think is wiser. i also have some dead token count and i leave as collection.

I also don't see any hope of the shitcoins that we have in the future the price will recover and give a big profit. Because like you said most shitcoins are
only for short term trading, because after that they will be abandoned by investors, even most shitcoins were abandoned by the team of developers
and became dead coins. I also choose to forget the shitcoins I have and leave them in my wallet. Because I'm more focused on finding good new projects
for investment.
228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is not a Game . on: September 18, 2021, 11:38:51 PM
trading is more suitable to be called a job, not a game or anything.  because trading has capital, buying and selling systems and also a variety of techniques.  Trading must be carried out according to these techniques and cannot be considered a game because it has a big risk
I had the same thought, I never once considered trading like a game. Because I do not trade for entertainment, but to make money like we work.
So I'm always careful when making decisions when trading, because I don't want my capital to be wasted. Trade as best as possible by analyzing first,
then controlling emotions when trading, so that it is easier for us to make profits.
Investment and entertainment should be separated but there are people who do enjoy on what they are doing even though it isnt really that much connected since we are risking out our  funds on here which means

we do need to be serious because we are here for profits because enjoyment or entertainment is really different and trading is indeed not a game on where you do treat it as a gambling game.

When you do have this kind of impression then you would most likely treating it as a gambling game which you wont really be serious on any possible analysis you do have.

People who treat trading as a game, meaning they think of trading as gambling. Even though trading is not gambling and can be a source of income
if we trade correctly. I agree we should really take trading seriously, by learning how to analyze the market properly. Actually it is not too difficult
to make profit from trading, as long as we have the knowledge and skills to read price movements in the market.
229  Economy / Speculation / Re: How far can bitcoin price correction go? on: September 17, 2021, 11:50:28 PM
After seeing that the price correction caused the price to go down to even $42k, I was afraid of the probability that it would go down even below $40k in a short time. It would be the start of another boring period for us and maybe we wouldn't see the bull market for a longer time. But I'm thankful to see the price climbing again. It climbed over $48k but the correction phase still maintains. It is $47k now. I hope to see the price recovering over $50k again before the end of the month.

230  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador retirees protest against Bitcoin as legal tender on: September 16, 2021, 11:45:04 PM
~
El Salvador retirees don't have to vote for bitcoin, president Bukele said in a tweet that for citizens concerned about their retirement funds, they can continue to choose to make transactions in US dollars as usual, using bitcoin not mandatory in the country if they have any doubts about bitcoin.
Actually, the reason El Salvador retirees reject Bitcoin is because they lack education about Bitcoin. We do have to understand that old people have
a harder time accepting something new, so they protest something they don't understand. The government of El Salvador should carry out a more
intensive education program about Bitcoin to the residents of El Salvador, especially the elderly population. Maybe the solution is that El Salvador
retirees can choose to use fiat if they don't trust Bitcoin. I agree with you, there is no compulsion from the government of El Salvador to use Bitcoin.
El Salvador retirees have all the right to protest if they think they will find it hard to understand and use bitcoin as a currency. But i don't think they should be bothered by that since their own fiat is not yet eliminated and they can still use it as much as they can. Maybe its just a misinformation.

While most of the elderly have found it hard to use bitcoin but most of the millenials and even those in their mid age are definitely enjoying using bitcoin because as far as i know, some are already into bitcoin investments even before bitcoin has become a legal tender.

El Salvador retirees don't have much time in their lives. It is natural that they are more comfortable with the old policies and resist  the new
rules imposed by the El Salvador government. Retirees don't care about new things, maybe they don't have the motivation to accept new things
in their lives. The most important thing in their lives is that they can live the rest of their lives in peace, therefore the government of El Salvador is
wise enough not to eliminate fiat, and still gives El Salvador residents the choice of using fiat or Bitcoin. The government of El Salvador should
think about the progress of its country, so forced to take a bold decision by making Bitcoin a legal tender. Even though in the end not all
El Salvadorans supported it, I was among those who supported what the El Salvador government did.
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How has Bitcoin Changed your life? on: September 15, 2021, 11:59:06 PM
personally I just joined this bitcoin a few years ago and I learned a lesson in it that patience and prudence are the main things. patience in dealing with the ups and downs of the crypto market and also prudence in managing the assets owned. Bitcoin has changed my life both from an economic side and from another side such as effort and also mental. I think we learn to be able to handle our own assets where it affects the profits that can be obtained in the future. so make the most of it.

You are very lucky to have started to understand that patience and prudence are important things for investors to have. So I'm not surprised to
know you've managed to get a lot of benefits from Bitcoin that can change your life for the better. But unfortunately, there are still many investors
who don't have these two things, which makes it difficult for them get benefit from Bitcoin. I have been in the crypto world for years, and Bitcoin
has helped improve my economy. Therefore I want to educate more people, especially those around me, so that they can enter the crypto world
and feel what benefits I have gotten from Bitcoin.
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 14, 2021, 11:58:53 PM
Roma are maintaining their great performance now. They managed to defeat a really tough opponent which was Sassuolo by 2-1. But it was a really competitive match and Roma found the winning goal in the last minutes. They have made a 3-win streak now and they are the leader in the league also. Mourinho is still doing good even against a tougher opponent. I can't wait to see them against teams like Inter, Milan and Juventus also.

I admit that Roma have played quite consistently in Serie A by winning 3 matches in a row. So it's worth it for now Roma are in first place, but Roma
haven't faced a big team so far. So it's too early to say that Roma can win the Serie A trophy this season. I am the same as you, very curious about
how Roma will perform against big teams. Perhaps what is interesting is the Roma match in week 6 when playing away against Lazio, because I think
Lazio this season is a fairly strong team, so it can be an indicator of seeing Roma's strength.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it possible for SHIBA INU to reach 0.01$? on: September 14, 2021, 12:05:13 AM
This could happen. But for a very long time. Like the Doge thing. Considering the shiba community is so large, including the supporting factors shiba will last until that time comes. And all will go well if shiba continues the renewal process to invite new investors.

It took a long time for SHIBA INU to reach the target of $0.01. It takes a lot of promotion by the team of developers to attract the attention of
investors. But I'd rather not get our hopes up on SHIBA INU, I'd rather focus on other projects that have a clear function. Because there is
no certainty waiting for SHIBA INU to pump, our time will be wasted if we focus too much on SHIBAS INU. There are many other projects that are
more potential than SHIBA INU, look at the coins that are in the top 10, it deserves our attention more.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the crypto hype over? on: September 12, 2021, 11:25:47 PM
The hype against crypto will definitely continue to happen and it is proven that this year the hype for crypto is quite high and it could be that the hype will start to end if the given price continues to experience a significant decline and if we look deeper. price chart so far Bitcoin is always getting 4th year hype If this holds true for the next few years then it can be said that the hype is over but this is if we look at the chart because of everything that happens in crypto we can't be sure.

Crypto hype will always happen again and again and will not end, it is true that this year there is a lot of crypto hype. Maybe because this year there
was a lot of positive news about crypto, making investors even more enthusiastic about investing in crypto. Crypto hype can also occur due to
manipulation from influencers, so crypto hype will always occur. What we need to do is find out which coins are going to hype, so we can profit from
those coins.

236  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you scared? on: September 09, 2021, 11:05:55 PM
Bitcoin plummeted again on September 7 2021.BTC dropped by 54.7% on March 12 last year, by 12.54% on September 3 last year, and by 29.99% on May 19 this year. And 18.65% on September 7.
There were four reasons for the fall on September 7th:
1,The fall in US stocks caused Bitcoin to fall at the same time.
2,Singapore regulation.
3, SEC wants to sue coinbase.
4,It is related to El Salvador
Are you scared? Is there any hope for the future?
On this current scenario, I am still strong despite of the news related with regulations or serious matters involving significant person like El Salvador. However, this was still a part of strategic plans driven by group of investors who wanted to take down bitcoin in the first place. FUD, FOMO and several deceptive tactics was our greatest enemy here, because since bitcoin started to plummet under $20k those discouragement already came and kept trying manipulate us. So it's all up us, being scared is our choice now.

Whatever the scenario that causes Bitcoin to fall, we should have nothing to fear. Because no matter how deep the price of Bitcoin falls, it will
always recover again. We can learn from the history of Bitcoin movement. So we can be more convincing ourselves not to panic and be afraid of
the decline in Bitcoin prices. We just need to be patient, if we see the price of Bitcoin go down.
237  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador retirees protest against Bitcoin as legal tender on: September 09, 2021, 08:45:11 PM
Choosing Bitcoin as a reserve for the elderly is a bold move. Most of the elderly are not knowledgeable about Bitcoin so it is obvious that they oppose the policies of the president of El Salvador and I consider it a normal reaction. I believe Bitcoin will go up in the long term and people have more confidence in the bold move of their president.

El Salvador retirees don't have to vote for bitcoin, president Bukele said in a tweet that for citizens concerned about their retirement funds, they can continue to choose to make transactions in US dollars as usual, using bitcoin not mandatory in the country if they have any doubts about bitcoin.

238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: September 08, 2021, 11:43:51 PM
I have a hunch that Chelsea will have a mid-season slump, as Tuchel often did in Borussia. Perhaps the reason, is that the players was are either overworked or injured.
Chelsea will decline or not in the middle of it all depends on the player and coach. Tuchel when in Dortmund is different from Chelsea, the achievements and cooperation of the team is also different. So far, their performance is quite stable in the Priemer League. Of all matches only 1 series. This is all indeed not easy. If consistency can be maintained, the reason overwork and injury will not appear as a reason for their defeat.

The last time Thomas Tuchel coached Dortmund was in 2017 and it's been a long time. Thomas Tuchel is now much more experienced and Chelsea also
have far better quality players than Dortmund. Even the depth of the Chelsea squad is also very good, so if something goes wrong with some of
the main players injured. Tuchel will easily replace injured players with other players, whose qualities are not much different from the main injured
players. I believe Tuchel will be much more successful as a coach than when he coached Dortmund, so what happened when Tuchel was still Dortmund
coach will not be repeated at Chelsea.
239  Economy / Economics / Re: The slave does not dream of freedom, but of being the slave-master on: September 07, 2021, 11:28:06 AM
Unfortunately, this phrase certainly applies to the majority of people in modern society. Most people find jobs simply to maintain life, though not fully being conscious of the fact that they spend most of their life on that job they don't like, I believe that makes them slaves.

Most people are ok with doing the same job in the same position for 20 years, they don't even bother thinking of something bigger, they're settled, they have money to provide for their family, and have no other need. A lesser % tries to achieve something bigger in a particular field, climb the career ladder, get better positions with higher salaries and better recognition, and that is exactly the concept you described - trying to be better slaves.

Only a very small % of people actually think of existential problems, have bigger aims and realize that there's much more to this life than just going to your job, these people try to create something of their own. implement new ideas and have a thrive to learn and develop.
True in our country a developing country . Our society is more comfortable being slaves. Every morning he went to work late into the night for something called money. From there they have no money or even financial freedom . All his time wasted just work and work. That's why entrepreneurs from China love to hire them than people in their own country. All back to their respective life choices. although there are also some who think of becoming a slave king.

That's why I don't want to work a 9 to 5 for company, because doing this for years to earn money is no different from slaves. In fact, many parents
make their children go to school and get degrees just to be able to work in companies, which end up being slaves. Many large factories in
developed countries prioritize employees from third world countries, so they can pay low salaries and work tight hours. So slavery is still
happening today, it's a very sad reality. Especially with the current pandemic situation, in my country I found some companies reduce their
employees salaries by 30%, while working hours are added. With the reason the company suffered a loss, so it was forced to reduce the salaries of
its employees. Some companies are taking advantage of the pandemic situation to generate large profits by minimizing expenses.
One of them is reducing the salaries of employees quite drastically, even though the company did not experience a loss.
