Think it goes without saying any country that is unstable due to war.
But outside of that, never really fancied going to Wales. Not much there and i think Ireland and Scotland have more to offer.

I believe so, there is a huge profit still to be made. You just have to be more aware of the influx of ICO's that some are poor. Just do your research and you will be fine.

Sadly i am assuming that most of the websites receive some sort of payment for thier review, it's no coincidence that the ICO's rated highly are involved in heavy marketing budgets.
Best thing to do is to judge them yourselves and work from there.

I suggest Crowdholding. They are still in their pre-sale and their token is backed by something (future revenue of startups on their platform). They are going along nicely, met their pre-sale target and still rising. ICO launches on the 1st of November according to their website. I think it's important, ignoring questions from potential investors is never a good thing. Although if they have other ways of communicating i guess it's fine.
