В интересном эксперименте компании Midex приняли участие и работники российского офиса из Москвы.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-vcGUeDlnLUМеждународная криптовалютная биржа Midex решила провести необычный эксперимент. Компания договорилась с руководителями различных офисов из разных стран, чтобы они предложили своим сотрудникам получать оплату труда в криптовалюте. Реакцию сотрудников снимали на скрытые камеры, а полученный результат смонтировали в единый видеоролик, который можно посмотреть с русскими субтитрами на youtube. В эксперименте участвовали более 50 человек из 5 международных организаций, которые занимаются разными видами бизнеса не связанными с криптовалютной. Интересно, что видео стали представители самых разных наций: англичане, ирландцы, канадцы, корейцы, португальцы, русские, американцы, итальянцы и многие другие.
Проводить такой эксперимент для нас было одно удовольствие. Изначально мы хотели охватить сотрудников только одного офиса в Европе, но проект нас так захватил, что мы решили его расширить, — говорит Элай Толен, директор по международным коммуникациям компании Midex, — К тому же это позитивно сказалось на репрезентативности. Сотрудники российского офиса, который мы выбрали вели себя относительно сдержанно, очень детально расспрашивали об условиях. Пожалуй именно русские уточняли все до самых мелочей. И некоторые решились часть зарплаты получить в криптовалюте, а когда узнали, что это только эксперимент — даже немного расстроились.
Отмечается что часть сотрудников по разным причинам отказались от того, чтобы их показали в итоговом видео, однако абсолютное большинство с радостью согласились.
В результате социального эксперимента 36 процентов опрошенных были не против того, чтобы часть заработной платы им перечисляли в криптовалюте в разных пропорция с фиатными деньгами. Из них два человека были готовы на полную оплату исключительно в цифровых деньгах.
64 % респондентов все же склонились к традиционной оплате труда в полном объеме.
