221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Finding the best Altcoins on: September 13, 2019, 09:49:28 AM
many sites that make a review of altcoin at this time, CMC, ICO bench, and many more, you can find information there, for example about the team, and you can also see detailed project profiles, I took many references there, before involved in various projects crypto.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao has own cryptocurrency called Pac on: September 13, 2019, 09:39:49 AM
the problem of crypto owned by one person, in my opinion, is not a problem, in this case, Manny Pacquiao. because in my opinion ETH, BTC is also owned by one person before it is widely known, I see Manny wants to build an application regarding him, I think token Pac will develop, especially if supported by the financial he has, of course, the price of token Pac will experiencing balance.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are the scam projects killing entire crypto space? on: September 13, 2019, 09:29:02 AM
The crypto space is going back again from its graveyard caused by so many scam icos. This time with the new mechanism called IEO and more smart investors make crypto becomes great again and the golden year for crypto will come in the future.
The regulation will not solve the problem but if that can fix a problem and there will be another problem will be appearing caused by the full control by the regulators.
It's not the best way.
This time more people learned a lot from their past experience.

yes, I just want to add, that crypto requires a new innovation for the initialization process in the market, whether it is in the form of IEO or IPO, I think in the future, the crypto market will be more selective, this can be seen in various projects that exist today, the concept what they have created is very innovative and challenging, and I'm sure the project in 2019 will find a strategic market the following year.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investors failed the community during early ICO era on: September 12, 2019, 04:14:19 PM
I always wondered why I never saw pledge like bounties on projects, which would have ensured that a product was actually being developed even if was for the testnet. As investors you set the rules, your the one that the project needs not vice versa. Investors failed to established a norm that would have prevented all this chaos and still are. ICO's are not the problem investors are. I was just looking at how Namecoin used https://www.bountysource.com/ to offer a risk-free way of investors to be able to donate while being ensured that a product is actually built. We have failed to utilized the tools that have been right in front of us. Being blinded by greed.

before we discuss further about this, I want to analyze a system in the ICO, first, the project established by the developer, then the developer does the ICO launching to find investors, after getting their investors to build the project concept that was provided before ICO (white paper), the concept can produce products or services that use cryptocurrency, using funds from investors, developers make coins or find markets for development, so from this analysis if a project fails, not in the investor but in the hands of the developer.

how is the analysis, the project failed due to investors in ICO?
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra have some problems? on: September 12, 2019, 04:00:55 PM
France promises to block Libra and calls all other European countries to do the same....

What do you think about this news? How this will affect on the market?

if this really happens then it will make Facebook inflamed, because Facebook and Libra go hand in hand, if Libra is blocked then Facebook will also be affected in France and the EU. but for the market as a whole, in my opinion, it will not be so influential.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you investing in IEOS ? and on which platform? on: September 08, 2019, 02:53:03 PM
the poll is over, but I want to answer the point you want to ask, I have invested in IEO, namely in probit and IDAX, I think they are also very good for IEO listing places, especially probit exchange, I see them very professional in various things, even though they aren't as good as binance.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: charge fee for IEO listings on: September 08, 2019, 02:43:55 PM
I found this article:

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/07/29/a-blockchain-project-founder-says-a-crypto-exchange-swindled-him-and-it-points-to-a-broader-problem-in-the-ieo-market/

It says that Shawn Key, the promoter of the Cybr IEO paid a total of 11.5 BTC ($76,500) to the Coineal exchange for the IEO listing. He lost all of that amount, as the project failed to cross the soft-cap and whatever funds that were collected were reimbursed to the investors.

I am not sure about Binance, but I heard that most of the exchanges ask for a certain percentage of the sales revenue in addition to the listing fee. Christopher Franko of Expanse once claimed that Binance was asking 400 BTC ($2.6 million) to list his token. Changpeng Zhao (CEO of Binance) later denied the claim by Franko and said that they'll not list the Expanse shitcoin even if the team is willing to pay BTC4,000. Etherscan reportedly paid around $1 million for a listing with Binance. In Binance DEX, the listing fee is around $100,000.

Chinese exchange ZB charges around $640K for a new listing (2 million ZB tokens, worth $640,000 at current prices). The now defunct exchange Cryptopia had a listing fee in the range of $20-25K.

yes, I have also looked for information about the IEO listing, the price is almost the same as the Exchange listing price, which is around 15 BTC, but there are some exchanges that have low fees, can even be negotiated with the exchange manager, especially for payments, sometimes their payments with their own tokens, at a small exchange, usually the costs are very low, for accurate information we might need to try contacting the exchange owner.
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty talkies on: September 08, 2019, 02:32:27 PM
Since i have been hunting for bounties in 2018 sadly i haven't been able to make a penny from any project and till date the only bounty project that almost favour me was miracle tele, i choose a bad decision by decided to hodl, hunters who sold very quickly are the lucky ones are,the reason why i made this post is to ask if there is bounties since 2018 that did very well excluding Gowithmi project

I heard Vidycoin did well and i remember they did bounty last year 2018,is there anyone one here who participated?
Same as mb8coin,anybody?

I am not involved in the Miracle Tele and MB8 project. I took a number of projects in 2018, and some have been successful, such as traxion, probit and some have not been paid to date, such as Grain and marginless, but it doesn't matter to me, if they want to cheat, I'm also sure they won't be able to rise from the downturn they experienced, survived and hoped for light in another project in 2019.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This might be ridiculous, but let answer this question on: September 07, 2019, 11:00:59 AM
being on this forum has provided a new picture of life for me, especially in the case of cryptocurrency, I was a teacher in elementary school (my main job), before I knew nothing about crypto, and I was among those who have no ability in the world internet, since getting to know this forum has provided a lot of knowledge for me, such as building a new community and having a network with my siblings who are in various countries. speaking bounty, I think it is not a job, but an activity where we build a new community in introducing crypto in the outside world, so this is not just looking for money, but the bigger goal is to build an understanding that crypto is the currency of the future.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ARE ICOS STILL LEGIT? on: September 07, 2019, 10:44:13 AM
We heard the news of IEO to be in place of ICO in order to curb the high rate of failure and scams in the development of altcoins projects in this year 2019. My surprise is that I still see series of projects claiming to be in ICOs. Doesn't that make them scam as we have seen in the same scenarios in the past?

If it is, I wonder why people still invest whether their time or monies in such projects which have high risk of loss or being scammed.

IEO has the same problem with ICO at some point, one of which is the problem of fraud, so we cannot say that IEO is better than ICO, I think ICO is still good in some places, ICO drives prices to remain stable at the time of listing, but many IEO loses prices when they register, because their investors are not well controlled, ICO is more controlled, because they can pump prices when prices fall, and investors can also enjoy profits properly.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China’s Cryptocurrency 'Protects' Legal Currency Yuan on: September 06, 2019, 12:40:05 PM
It has always been more interesting to me to observe the Chinese cryptocurrency than the Facebook coin. I think China will come to world domination in the field of cryptocurrencies. The Chinese economy is very strong and their financial capabilities and goals will lead them to success.

absolutely right, at this time China is one step ahead in terms of cryptocurrency, they created various Exchange, Coin, and started to create a Crypto-based Yuan currency, one of them by using a stable DAO platform, in this case they seemed to want to conquer world trade by using crypto , I think with the use of Crypto-based yuan, China will rival the USD as the strongest base in cryptocurrency.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is whitepaper important in the project? on: September 05, 2019, 09:51:22 AM
The whitepaper is an overview of the whole project, from concept, team, disclaimer, but we find many whitepapers that are almost identical in various existing projects, this is influenced by several factors;
1. because the project in cryptocurrency has the same concept, for example about security, methods and so on.
2. Whitepapers usually use the same image, this is because a cryptocurrency has links to one another.

to find out the authenticity, I think it needs a thorough identification, such as reading their disclaimers and abstracts, because there we will find differences, if the abstracts are the same, then the possibility of copypaste is very large.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LiteCoin or ETHEREUM? Best Investment option. on: September 05, 2019, 09:36:48 AM
I do not currently invest in Litecoin, I still use ETH as a future investment tool, but I want to analyze from two of your statements:

ETHEREUM - My Main concern is Supply is a little bit high & Price is already over $150 which is -1 point against LiteCoin.

First: in terms of ETH prices can still be said to be stable and still in the safe category for some time to come, this is an important point of analysis in investing, but supply is still very high in ETH, I think, as a result, ETH prices will be difficult to rise, in my opinion, prices ETH is still $ 150 because ETH is a platform that is used in many coins/tokens so that demand for ETH remains high.

LiteCoin - supply is less than 64M & price well under $70.

second:
Lite Coin, the supply is only 64 million, so that will greatly help the price of LTC in the future, why? because in theory, in my opinion, the less supply, the price will continue to increase, along with increasing demand in the market. then here I see an opportunity to invest in LTC, also very promising, because the potential can be like BTC if one day LTC has a small supply left.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: not a rule! but it's about your common sense to avoid scam projects on: September 05, 2019, 09:03:03 AM
Regulasi aren't a golden bullet against scammers.

Regulations cannot guarantee a project is a scam or not, but regulations provide guarantees for us about the security of a project, for example, we choose projects whose regulations are given by a country, then the possibility of the country providing regulations also protects the security of the project, so why do projects that have regulations have fraud? I think it's because fraudsters instill rules or even the names of public figures to make their projects as if they have legitimate rules.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: September 04, 2019, 12:20:59 PM
in my opinion, the advantage of bitcoin is in their limited supply, so bitcoin is still in demand by investors, and prices will continue to increase because bitcoin is becoming increasingly rare, while altcoin as an alternative to bitcoin or cryptocurrency, still exists in the introduction period, and the problem lies with many so altcoin inventory will be very difficult to rise, I think altcoin which will increase prices in the future is altcoin which can manage market supply and demand. so, if altcoin has a future, then the future of altcoin is in the hands of the developers themselves.
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Real World Use Cases on: September 01, 2019, 01:58:01 PM
Hello community, investors, devs and just ordinary people. I've been thinking of some real world use cases other than the generic commerce etc etc and come to find out I didn't think i came up with too many. I would like to hear maybe some real use cases that the community thinks would be helpful, innovative and useful implementations to a new coin or token. I would love to hear some of your opinions and thoughts. Thanks.

In my opinion the use of blockchain in the real world today, namely in various internet applications based on artificial intelligence, and it's not really real in public places, I think blockchain applications need ideas to trigger cryptocurrency that can really be used to buy and sell , like altcoin-based credit cards, and there are many banks that serve cryptocurrency in various places in the world, and that hasn't really happened.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Ether become an Independent currency like Bitcoin? on: September 01, 2019, 08:57:24 AM

additionally ETH is not even a "currency" which is another reason why the answer to your question is no. and all those who understand the mechanics of it know that already which is why this token has never been used for anything other than ICO scam and trading speculation for pump and dumps.

I think it's logical that if you say Ether is not a currency, I think, ether is a platform for altcoin, so it's very different from Bitcoin, bitcoin stands alone in the use of the blockchain network, whereas Ether as a platform will greatly affect other altcoins, the opposite can be said Ether can be influenced by other altcoins, so don't expect Ether to be adopted by a country, even if a country wants to adopt Ether as a currency it will cause inflation, because Ether is very massive on the crypto market.

238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: artificial intelligence can be dangerous on: September 01, 2019, 08:38:49 AM
The internet network is the basis of the use of artificial intelligence, when AI technology uses the internet network, the possibility of hacking will be even greater, because as we all know, the internet network leaves a problem leaving messages coming on the parent server, if the parent server from AI technology is hacked then all it will be in vain, and until now there is no solution, AI technology is widely used in Blockchain and cryptocurrency now, the application of AI technology in crypto is still very vulnerable to hacking.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After Hack Binance Exchange to Launch Futures Trading in September on: August 31, 2019, 02:53:27 PM
Binance is still a trusted exchange for now, moreover they dare to recover the losses suffered by traders when binance is hacked, this cannot be done by any exchange that has ever existed except Binance, so, hopes in the future of Binance give birth to new ideas in the world trading, such as applying various Fiat currencies on the exchange, by taking the base currency in Asia. so, I see binance has the ability to continue to improve their platforms for the better.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about blockchain in the freelancing community? on: August 31, 2019, 02:00:13 PM
Use of blockchain tech generally improves the overall efficiency, transparency of every business or service also it helps in automation and cutting costs so specifically of we talk about freelancing such platforms can really go to next level if they upgrade to blockchain because there are just too many benefits of blockchain tech like i just stated above.

very smart, in addition to helping the development of the Freelance sector, adoption of blockchain in freelance will also increase the development of blockchain in society, predictions about the world will be controlled by blockchain which will soon happen and can become real in the future. blockchain and freelance can go hand in hand and complement each other, the similarity between the two is the use of the internet as the main network and it is very useful for all.
