Raptors are completely destroying Knicks now. There is a point gap of more than 20 points now. Raptors really needed a this kind of win actually. Knicks are so bad at defending now. And so far, VanVleet has been the star of the night. He scored 35 points so far. And he has a 11/17 field goal made. This is his best performance so far in this season I guess. I saw him scoring 31 points the most so far.

I think that Bayern Munich have another comfortable match ahead of them now. Five days later, they are going to play home vs Monchengladbach. Gladbach are one of the problematic teams of the season now. They have got really terrible results lately. And after having bad results like this, I don't think that they will have much chance against Bayern Munich also. Bayern Munich have a nine-point gap with Dortmund in the league currently and they'd like to keep this gap in the worst case.

According to the news of Mirror, Newcastle are preparing to make a loan deal for Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. And there will be an option to buy him for £20m in this summer. It looks like Newcastle are going to be in the race for him with bigger clubs like Barcelona for example. Newcastle have much more funds than Barcelona now actually. But Aubameyang might not want to stay in the PL. And maybe he'd be really beneficial for Barcelona too.

As long as the number of players who have got coronavirus doesn't increase too much, Juventus still would be able to fight well against Napoli. It will be a really difficult match for each side I assume. There is no team as being a few steps ahead of the other one. Napoli started to the season the best but they started having terrible results recently. And Juventus are in a much better shape than them clearly. They didn't lose in their last 5 matches in the Serie A and won 4 of these matches.

I think that Juventus won't be the losing side but it seems probable to me that we can witness a draw by goals from both teams.

I was really disappointed to see Arsenal losing that match after seeing them performing that much awesome. Gabriel shouldn't have got those yellow cards. It was really amateurish from him in a critical match like this. Because after this red card, Arsenal were really helpless against Manchester City. They still did a very good job by keeping the score at 1-1 for a long time but the goal came in the stoppage time devastated Arsenal. And I hope that Arsenal don't get affected in a bad way by this loss too much and they can continue to win on the coming weeks.
226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: January 01, 2022, 07:56:27 PM
The first match tomorrow is going to be Getafe v Real Madrid. Getafe are not a very big competition for Real Madrid in this season. Maybe Getafe haven't lost any match for five weeks in the league but Real Madrid are still being favoured highly for this match. Their last head-to-head match in this stadium ended in a draw by 0-0. Real Madrid would revenge on them I think. I expect a win for them by one goal.
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Primeira Liga (Portuguese League) 2021/22 Season on: December 30, 2021, 11:30:33 PM
It was another win for Porto even in this tough match against Benfica tonight. Porto finished the first half 2-0 ahead and got a nice advantage first. But in the first minute of the second half, Benfica decreased the goal difference to one. And they got a red card too only two minutes after the goal. This was a big problem for Benfica but they still didn't let Porto dominate the rest of the match. Porto still were able to score their third goal and won by 3-1 too. They are the leader by sharing the points with Sporting. And it is a big hit to Benfica as the point difference has gone up to 7 now.

We are going to be back with a really competitive game I would have liked to say. But Lyon are really far from their old times now. In this season, their performance is so inadequate that they are having big problems. They are at the 13th place now. Actually they lost only 5 times in 18 league matches which is a good thing. But they got so many draws like 7 times. They need to do something to fix this. This time, they are even facing PSG. Maybe they will lose or draw with them in this one too but I hope to see them starting to recover later.

Finally, this is the Manchester United I want to see. It is halftime now and Manchester United ended it 3-1 ahead. Their very effective football helped them capture a big advantage in the first half already. Ronaldo's performance also has been fascinating so far. He has scored one goal and made an assist too. Rangnick is preferring the same tactic in the Newcastle match. But this time, the players are also in the mood.
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: December 30, 2021, 08:14:30 PM
I still don't understand why FIFA took the world cup to a tiny country like Qatar.
Yes, I'm being ironic, because in fact we all know that the issue here is purely FINANCIAL. For what other reason would be so strong for FIFA to allow it to host the most glorious event in world football in a DESERT???

It's easy to see thermometers go down to 50 degrees Celsius there, but organizers promise the temperature won't go above 27 degrees, will it have that much air conditioning to handle it?

There were many players who complained a lot about the heat of the Amazon in Brazil, what will they say about the next ones?

I also think that this could be one of the worst choices FIFA have ever made for the World Cup. It's like there are no other countries to host this great tournament. Qatar is one of the hottest countries in the world. Because of this reason, it was speculated that the tournament would be held in November. And I assume that they will do this for real. Because there is no way they can hold this tournament in summer. I hope that we can still watch an enjoyable tournament and it wouldn't be a disappointing one.

https://football-italia.net/tottenham-arsenal-and-bayern-eye-juventus-outcast-kulusevski/

Juventus would be open for offers around €35-40m at least for their winger Dejan Kulusevski in the coming transfer window. And it seems like there are three serious teams about signing him. These are Arsenal, Tottenham and Bayern Munich. To tell the truth, it is interesting to see Bayern Munich in this race. Because I don't think that Kulusevski is qualified enough to be able to play there at least for now. But he would be a great choice for especially Arsenal.

After nagelsman left leipzig, leipzig performance continued to decline significantly even a few weeks ago leipzig also fired their coach again after getting a pretty bad result, now Tedesco is the new coach of leipzig, but I don't believe he will be able to make leipzig back rose like the era of nagelsman, I think no matter how good the coaches and players are in the league but in the end they will definitely move to bayern munchen, having strong finances is one of the reasons bayern munchen is able to dominate the bundesliga now and i think in the next few seasons it won't there will be a club that is able to break the dominance of bayern munchen in the league.

I think that this also proves Nagelsmann's quality despite his very young age for a manager. His system was working like a clockwork when he was at Leipzig. After leaving a wonderful season behind, Bayern Munich didn't want to be deprived of a great manager like him and they have signed him. And we see now that Leipzig are having big troubles in the Bundesliga. And it looks like Nagelsmann has already adapted to the Bayern Munich players very well.

And it is over! Manchester City had a big difficulty against Brentford to tell the truth. They were away from their usual performance here. But they still somehow managed to maintain their 1-0 score advantage until the final whistle. They actually scored the second one but it was disallowed by VAR due to offside. And now, Manchester City have increased their win streak to 10 matches in the PL. And also, they are in a very advantageous situation in the standings now as Chelsea and Liverpool both lost points.

Here's what Kylian Mbappe does is professionalism.  One of the few football players the world has spoken to.  Yet instead of talking about the contract, he focused himself on Psg's achievements.  He will wait until the end of the season for the contract.  Maybe it will re-sign with psg.  The Paris team must be convincing to keep Kylian Mbappe in the team.

Kylian Mbappe has already said that he wants to wait for the end of the season before being transferred by any team. I assume the reason is that he doesn't want to leave PSG without him in the competition to win the Champions League title. But after the end of the season, I think that he won't be signing a new contract with PSG anymore. He already said so many times that his dream is to play at Real Madrid. And he has a big opportunity to actualize this dream as Real Madrid also wants to sign him so bad.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 29, 2021, 07:02:03 PM
A big upset with Leceister City injury ravaged squad defeating a full strength Liverpool squad in a very embrassing defeat, thus gradually dashing their EPL title hope consequently allowing Man City to extend their lead by six points could reach even reach nine points tomorrow if they defeat Brentford to add more trouble for Liverpool title aspiration, the trio of their keys players Mane, M.salah and Keita are leaving the club to represent their respective countries in African Nation Cup billed to commence next January 2022.

It was a really huge disappointment for the Liverpool side. They did their best but it seems like it wasn't good enough for turning the game around. And this result really paved the way for Manchester City to increase the point gap with Liverpool more. But if Chelsea manage to defeat Brighton today, they will still keep a point gap of six points with them. And I think that Chelsea and Manchester City both will win their matches tonight.

It is like Liverpool are all-out-attack right now. Leicester found a great goal by Ademola Lookman and they are making a big effort to keep the score until the final whistle. Leicester are playing a defensive football now of course and looking for counter-attack opportunities to finish the job for good. Liverpool are trying to do their best to score. Salah is trying to take bigger responsibilities but it is still in vain. We are in the last three minutes of the stoppage time. We will see if they will be able to get at least a draw.

Leicester were able to do nothing against Liverpool in the first half. By a big dominance, Liverpool got really close to get ahead so many times actually. They even got a penalty also but Salah missed it unfortunately. And the half ended by 0-0. However, Liverpool's effort was too promising. If something doesn't change about Leicester's game in the second half, I think that Liverpool will finally score and get a decent win at the end.

https://www.sportbible.com/football/ralf-rangnick-tells-man-united-star-to-forget-about-january-move-20211227

According to the source, Ralf Rangnick indicated that there is no club that are interested in signing Anthony Martial now. But there have been so many rumours like he is on the radar of some big clubs already now. For example, Barcelona are said to be one of the most serious teams about reaching an agreement with him. And Martial should definitely leave the team in January I believe. There is no future for him at Manchester United.

What do you think about the Napoli team? Will we see Napoli in third place in the table after the next 10 matches? I think Napoli will lose more points in the upcoming matches. Juventus is playing well now. They may be able to take the place of Napoli. But I'm not sure about Atalanta. They are a good team, a stable squad. However, they have lost points in the last two matches. If they want to play in the Champions League next season, they have to improve their performance.

Napoli have been one of the greatest teams of the season. They made a great start to the season actually. They had a great winning streak until some point and led the standings for a long time. But interestingly, they started a very unsatisfying form. And this caused them to go down to the third place. They lost points many times in easy matches. They are having a big problem these days and I wonder what they will do against Juventus in the next match.
