I lost some $ and some token on my wallet, can anyone help me return my assets?
Which wallet you were using? MEW? yes, I use My Etherwallet and verify it with Private Key? I think it will be safe You have been a victim of phishing and there's no need to use that wallet anymore with the same private key. And crypto transactions can't be undone so when you have sent it to someone, there's no way to recover it. And as the hacker stole your tokens the only way to recover it if he's too good and will volunteer to return those tokens that he stole from you. Well, thanks for the advice, I will not use that wallet for the future. then if I create a new Wallet is there anything I need to do to prevent this from happening again? Double check/verify the security of your current device or wherever you're basing your new wallet from, and jsut be more cautious of phising in future, always check the sites you're on particularly the url for https and a known url that matches the site you're actually trying to use check the .com/co.uk/.org etc section as well. Sorry for your loss

No, Lets NOT add re-up posts to a bunch of fear monger fake threads about "THE END OF THE WORLD" type posts.
Also please respect yourself enough to complete your own sentences.
Yes, please, fake news should be just that. New...s

I don’t know how much more. My $1350 investment is worth $526.78 as of this moment. My coins were BTH, LTC, and ETH.
Remember that each coin has a market cap value due to the limit of coin that can be produced this sets a hard limit to the amount it can be worth which also means that atthe end of this road bitcoin could stabilise at a high price hope that helps

Bitcoin is essentially an asset like gold, or a car or a house, it has a monetary value that it can be converted to be used for. Another commonish use is online gambling.

Not everyone will be a winner in very race, same is applied to every investment. Some persons will sell their bitcoin due to panic, finical constrains, these are classify as weak hands.
What he said, honestly not everyone can win big in this case some will pull more out than others and some might even lose outright

i think yes high fees and confirmation delay are killing btc
This is going to be fixed. Devs are considering these problems for a long time. Actually we are paying lower fees now compare before. I really believe on cryptocurrency and since ETH is a good alternative coin, i think it will soar higher this year but of course bitcoin will do the same thing and will remain on top. Invest on great coins which you think have a great future 1-3yrs from now. I agree with you. Since there is a race in replacing bitcoin. There are some altcoins that has great potential too. Today would be the great time to buy and hold them. The problem is, which coin? That would be a personal choice though. But honestly so far the year hasn't been too kind to alts

It is not too late yet, especially with alt coins still on the rise. Bitcoin may have been around for years but it is still gaining ground! Read about the technology and don't be stressed about the crashes. If you know the tech, you will know why it is not too late to support bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
Honestly altcoins are struggling a lot more in general but I agree with the sentiment there's no lack of opportunity.

"Bad guys" are also paid in dollars and other currencies, realistically everything the so called "Good guys" use can be misused.

Britain, Japan and so on are tax on Bitcoin, China's behavior such as Bitcoin transactions is not tax, which is why? What will happen? If Bitcoin needs to pay taxes, what are the taxation links? Which taxes include?
You'll have to check on a case by case basis some countries wont tax it others will not sure in what manner though.

In general Bitcoin is a hodl most altcoins are day trade. For the most part you should aim to do both leaning more heavily towards long term but spend some liquidity on day trading and bank the profits.
