221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] POLYMATH: The Securities Token Platform on: February 10, 2018, 09:41:02 PM
When I read their post today about security tokens being the next big thing for blockchain, I couldn't help thinking to myself how different this all way in 2012. What a time and movement to be a part of. Securities make so much sense. https://medium.com/@polymathnetwork/are-security-tokens-whats-next-for-blockchain-cb587337bc3c
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IoT-Chain on: February 10, 2018, 09:39:36 PM
Hi, I own a discord server for discussing DAG coins. Every DAG is listed and has its own channel.

https://discord.gg/auFsMSD.

Feel free to join us ! See ya.  Wink

Thanks for the info! I think ITC is the best out there in terms of DAG. Since they launched their test network, we will see this for ourselves.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]GBX-The Crypto Harbour.Gibraltar-based Crypto Exchange&Token Platform on: February 10, 2018, 09:33:03 PM
Can we get access to rock tokens right now? Looking to buy more.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Telegram the new measure of ICO success? on: February 10, 2018, 09:31:50 PM
It's a builder of credibility for sure. Polymath was a great project that caught a lot of wind. I wouldn't be surprised if their group grew to the 75k limit. I think the ones that grow that much are the good projects. https://t.me/polymathnetwork
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of crypto markets/exchanges? on: February 10, 2018, 09:30:26 PM
But what about projects like GBX where they are a token sales platform AND exchange? Looks like they navigate the regulation climate. pretty credible imo and their crowdsale is coming up in a few days too. https://t.me/GBXCommunity

Thanks for the link to their group. So many fakes out there. I think the future of exchanges will be blockchain-based. Looks like GBX is going to be the first to venture into that realm.
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin for year 2018 on: February 10, 2018, 09:29:14 PM
Already know IoT Chain (ITC) is going to dominate this year. Test network was launched a few days ago. Security for IoT and they're known as the IOTA of china. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/iot-chain/

229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polymath with fastest growing Telegram group?? on: January 14, 2018, 10:31:39 PM
Any thing that offers an incentive for people to join the group will always get a much bigger group, while size of the telegram group is often a good indicator for ICO success things like that prove otherwise. I've seen absolutely garbage projects with thousands of members compared to some absolute gems with a few hundred.

I agree, but I think Polymath is different since they skipped their ICO and went straight into an airdrop. As a project, it's a good one. probably one of the best this year. I would watch this one closely in the upcoming weeks/months
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA Blockchain of China?? on: January 14, 2018, 10:29:40 PM
Why every successful idea needs to be copied by Chinese?? Chinese ETH, bitcoin, now Iota. Why we need this copy of a copy and all those forks??

ITC is not a copy of IOTA.

ITC will use its own Blockchain, not the Tangle. Furthermore, ITC and IOTA have completely different aims. While IOTA seeks to facilitate microtransactions within the Internet of Things, ITC is geared towards improving security within the Internet of Things. Rather than being a copy of IOTA, or even a competitor of IOTA, ITC can work alongside IOTA.
They are really slow with their updates, if they fix that then people would reconsider. I think that the price of IOTA can get to $20.00.

I don't think they're slow with their updates...they posted one like yesterday lol. https://medium.com/@IoT_Chain/itc-project-progress-update-2018-1-6-2018-1-12-dbb8d6e0db49

Overall a very good project that deserves the attention. I'm sure that will be the case in the upcoming weeks.
231  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the success ladder. on: January 14, 2018, 10:27:00 PM
Bitcoin is a great vehicle to another world o gain wealth. However my concern for crypto would be that as a community we are not giving this tech enough runway to develop and have a proof-of-case.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Polymath ICO??? on: January 14, 2018, 10:25:49 PM
Great project! Thank you Polymath team for answering those concerns. very excited for what's to come for Polymath! Keep the stampede coming.  Grin
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] POLYMATH: The Securities Token Platform on: January 14, 2018, 10:19:21 PM
How crypto goes from less than $1 trillion to $100 trillion with Polymath

To facilitate this mega trend — Polymath is building the world’s first decentralized protocol that empowers corporations to launch their own securities token.

Thanks for posting! Great read. There's still lots to bring to the blockchain (contrary to popular belief). Polymath is a solid project. I can see why they have the KYC verification for the airdrop. I would totally use all of my wallet addresses to apply lol
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] IoT-Chain on: January 14, 2018, 10:16:09 PM
Very good project I've been watching. Really hoping you guys hit other exchanges though. Security for IoT is a big concern for me personally as an amazon alexa owner that owns phillips hue lightbulbs and smart cams lol.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: These dips and rises are more than just people cashing out and buying. on: January 14, 2018, 07:19:07 PM
First we have whales, then we have pump and dump groups, panic sellers, panic buyers, number of newcomers is increasing every day - and believe me, even they are brand new in trading they all have something in common - they all think they are professional traders but they are just bunch of panic sellers and buyers who are panic selling every time they see that their profit didn't increase in 5 minutes and on the other hand they are buying coins just because everyone is buying, +FUD, +FOMO.
Put all that together and you will have you answer.

Agreed lol. Lots of activity and everyone sort of follows the same pattern. The only time you win is when you HODL and buy low, sell high. Never panic sell or buy. That's my rule of thumb
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] POLYMATH: The Securities Token Platform on: January 14, 2018, 07:16:08 PM
I'm interested in your project.
Does your project have a bounty or airdrop?

very good project imo. they have an airdrop, but a waitlist for it since so many people signed up for it. I would also join their telegram announcements channel for live updates: https://t.me/polymathnews
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / IoT Chain (ITC) Contest for FREE ITC tokens on: January 14, 2018, 07:13:56 PM
Update of those following IoT Chain (ITC). This week they're running a contest to win free ITC. Here's their post: https://medium.com/@IoT_Chain/one-week-with-iot-chain-27c23d5f14ea

This is an easy way to win free money and it's a very easy contest imo.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: By far one of the most UNDERRATED coins of 2018 so far on: January 14, 2018, 07:11:54 PM
Thanks for sharing! Heard about ITC somewhere, but never got the chance to look into it. I joined their telegram group and found this FAQ really helpful: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UUQFGav30bdT1nwlBbb4bEsnqkAMVWAr2N1fV_Nh9jY/edit#heading=h.drqwrxyo9gfz

I've always been interested in IoT and there is a huge need for something like IoT.
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polymath Airdrop Updates on: January 14, 2018, 07:10:00 PM
Thank you for sharing! Hopefully they clear the backlog and accept new applications. Very exciting project. Not in it only for the airdrop, but the implications of a project like theirs. The fact they they would be creating the stock market on the blockchain means 24/7/365 trading. Will be following this one closely
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polymath with fastest growing Telegram group?? on: January 07, 2018, 12:36:38 AM
Was a part of their group when it was like 600 members. Now it's like 25,000+ plus. Crazy that there are so many people behind this and they didn't even have an ICO.
