Le problème est ce qu'on en fait, des pixels ça sert à rien, par contre pour en faire des tickets inviolables ou des preuves de propriété c'est très intéressant je trouve !
preuve de propriété... qu'est ce qui fait que cette preuve de propriété vaut 1 000 euros ou 100 euros ? ou 0,01 euro ? quand je veux une preuve de propriété sur un bien immobilier, je téléphone au service du cadastre de ma ville et le lendemain, je vais chercher le papier. que la propriété soit un garage, un hôtel particulier, 15 hectares de forêt ou tout autre chose, le papier, la preuve de propriété n'a pas sa valeur indexée sur la valeur du bien immobilier, le papier m'est donné gratuitement. Sauf que tu pourrais toujours te faire usurper... que ton bien passe à la vente par un ou des usurpateurs ! Ou encore que le registre du cadastre soit détruit dans les flames ! Là ta preuve ainsi que le total contrôle est entre tes mains dans ta poche.. nulle part ailleurs ! on the ToS I shared on my first post here on the thread, stake considers what OP did as abuse, they tried to bypass the betting limit restriction by creating a new account which is also most likely the reason why their account got banned. as for the funds, on the Terms and Conditions they also mentioned that stake will be "entitled to retain the funds", not sure if they are only talking about the winnings or if the deposit is included too. Could you quote the paragraph of TOS saying that please? Because as it has been explained before by several people, ToS don't prohibit it obviously. So the casino has obviously taken an illegal action against its own rules by doing that. If you open an account from the same residential or professional network as someone else you don't even know, your account would be banned and your funds locked while you have been not even aware of doing something that could be wrong in any way. This kind of rule would be totally unfair and abusive.
Few members already quoted the rule from ToS stating that multi-accounting is prohibited on Stake. In fact, it's common sense. OP's husband made some huge wins and his account got limited. They created a new account to curcumvent this limitation and be able to place big bets again. So, it's normal if the second account or even both account will be banned for trying to cheat the system. 1/ So if his wife was playing too, it makes they are two individuals playing there.. so thay have no right to have two accounts then ?? 2/ Which limitation? is this is stated on TOS ?? Limitation of players is (unethical) weird practice that sportsbooks do but without admitting it directly.. they always hide behind fake justifications when they do that! So as I told earlier this will be really weird if ( " Stake " ) starts making such practices! |

No, it is perfectly legit according to the TOS [also as quoted by qwertyup23] to own two accounts one of her and one of her husband, even from the same IP.. the prohibited thing is if the two accounts are serving to a same single person (multi-account). Both serving to the husband for betting! Just to add another question, when you created that new account, were you able to submit KYC documents to prove that you are not the same person? If you submitted the KYC documents of your wife, I really think that they made a genuine mistake here.

So you aren't even aware that this is against their terms and conditions? ... They did not break any rules. There was just suspicion of multi-accounting related to IP/Localization following OP's statement!
My husband was winning and losing around the same at first. Only the last few days he hit a lucky streak and won around $12 000usd. After that he couldn’t bet and this is when we made my account. " Stake " imposing limits after winstreak ?? ! This would be the first time I heard about such a case. Stake is a reputed casino and is not known for this kind of "unfair" practices! It will sounding very bad if Stake really started making such practices/maneuvers! I will see what happens with this case first before registering to another site. For sure I will never make the same mistake in the future.
Every each individual has the right to have an account. There has been nothing wrong so far, and submitting ID verification from both of you should easily resolve the issue. It is rather flagging by the system regarding to the the IP/Localization.
Unfortunately you have not read the terms and conditions before. In online gambling it is a common thing that you can not create more than one account from one IP, household, laptop, family etc. There is no explicit mention about IP/Household on the TOS ( https://stake.com/policies/terms ) I think! |
