I'm sorry but for someone who's been on the internet for over a decade, I have to say the name "Mt.Gox" and the fact that they used to trade magic: the gathering cards was a huge red flag and screams "stay away". Anyone that traded on Mt.Gox didn't do their research.

And i would like for they to close , its stupid to have some exchange jumping with price to much up or down and they are doing it both. gox is since last 24h rising or pretty stabile, what is pretty suspicious too. pure manipulated price. there was no real reason that the price goes up. all attempts to get rid of payout problems didnīt succeed and price was rising. at this time it good for gox to not make any payouts: low btc-price, that means many people are feeding gox with fresh fiat! just crazy... soon they will close the doors and have made even more money. The reason that it went UP is because they Verified a HUGE bash of new accounts, which they began buying. Which push the price up again. |

How on earth is the price at 40% GOX BTC to real BTC? If that's the case, GOX price would be at ~$240 right now...if that's the going rate who are the idiots selling at $120 on gox itself?

So I happen to have lost my MtGox password (yeah, I know). When I turn to the lost password page, and enter my e-mail, I get the following error : "An unexpected error has occured. Please try again later.".
Does anyone else has the same problem, or experienced it in the past? Any insights in this respect? Is MtGox slowly falling apart?
