221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Focus on value, price will follow on: March 22, 2018, 03:29:35 PM
i think its not the investors are the problem why the price of a token eventually drop after it is listed in an exchange, its the bounty hunters like us that always asking where can be exchange the token after the ICO ends, some bounty hunters are eager to sell off their tokens after they receive it not knowing the value of token when it is fully develop by its platform, thats why many investors get more profit because they wait for the project to develop and then sell the tokens when it reach the potential price of the token.

yes I agree, bounty hunters are very specific group of people but they're not trying to double their investment overnight, they're trying to get paid and dump the tokens asap. That is also hurting the projects because of ridiculous discussions in chat rooms instead of real talks about how to make the projects successful.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Focus on value, price will follow on: March 22, 2018, 02:34:07 PM
Being a member of quite few crypto projects groups on Telegram, I had to notice recent trend of many community members who think they will invest in ICO, then after the ICO end the token gets listed on Binance and the price doubles/triples, which lets them to sell the tokens and earn 200% over night. If that doesn't happen immediately, as ridiculous as it sounds, they start complaining to project owners why their investment didn't at least double and start blaming them for that straight away.

I would like to ask these people to come to senses and let the projects to develop the platforms for which the funds were collected. That way the project can really bring the value to communities and once that happens, there is a good reason for the prices to grow significantly. But let's not lose common sense by putting too much pressure on ICOs which will cause the projects to focus only on marketing and hype instead of proper project development. If you do it this way, you will thank me in a year or two.

You are absolutely right, but I see nothing wrong with that. Usually people who want to get rich overnight are the ones that are making big mistakes and, in the end pay the price. There are some lessons that can only be learned the hard way.

I agree with your point that it is in human nature. But what I'm trying to prevent is that impact it has on the projects when you open the telegram group and see all those complains that are taking the devs from working on the projects. That can cause harm to some extent.

That's the common cases almost all investors wants big pump in price after ico and earn money. No one eants to invest and then to loss. Certainly not all ico has a chance to make double or triple after it was added in exchanges. In my case if you are an investor you are not looking only on the hype of the coin or its price whats more than the price is the involvement of the team on the platform and their actual activities that is not only for short term.

not everyone wants big pump after the ICO. I personally prefer steady growth once there is certain part of the project delivered. My goal is not to double my investment in short term, as I know that if the project works well I can make 10 000% in 2-3 years.

225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best Airdrop and Mega Bounties!!! on: March 20, 2018, 11:30:06 AM
In this thread, we debug the best airdrops and the most "fatty" bounty campaign. Profit to all!  Shocked

  Attention!
Among the airdrops many scam projects but there are also many working projects and this does not mean that information about airdrops is not needed
  by anyone!

- This thread does not call for anything actions!
- All decisions about participation by this or that airdrops are accepted only by you!
- I do not advertise anyone!

Do not forget to mark of merits a profitable airdrops! Wink

keep in my mind that huge bounty often doesn't mean that the money you get is good. Often smaller portion of bounty but from good project can mean much better profit for the participants
226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good airdrop. on: March 20, 2018, 11:28:20 AM
WE all know that airdrop is good, and we can earn money from that  airdrop campaign right?  but we also knows that there are a lot of scam airdrop so, my question is what is the best way on how to determine a good airdrop campaign?

We can earn money more from airdrop if we know what is the proper way to distinguish which is the legit airdrop and which is the possible scam.

airdrop is not good in general. Majority of airdrops are just useless, some of them scam attempts. best airdrops are Telegram airdrops for the ICOs bounty campaigns, I would focus on those being you
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is market going to bounce back before September? on: March 20, 2018, 11:27:01 AM
Looking at fresh news surfacing every week about some negative progress in cryptocurrency. The news we have lately:

1) Goldman Sachs saying BTC will dip to south of $5000

2) G20 possibly looking at cryptocurrency regulation.

3) Japan & HK regulating cryptos

4) Overall Alts being REKT at lowest prices since last September

I ask a question to myself, Will the market bounce back until September this year ?

Lets have a healthy discussion

depends on what you mean by bouncing back. But I see it as pretty doable that bitcoin will reach $12k by September and Ethereum going back over $1k. Rest of the currencies should also grow accordingly
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some great discounts in the market! on: March 18, 2018, 11:38:22 AM
Hi all,

With all the g20 fud arround crypto is at a low once more, and now is a great time to do some shopping with fiat
I am wondering what bargains you are eyeing and why?

Here are some of mine:

#1 Cardano

At the time of writing at 0,14 cents with a ATH of 1,26 dollar and with all announcements coming up this year i think this will be a solid buy

#2 IOTA

There has been some fud around iota suppressing the price , allthough not falling as hard as the others last few days and holding at a support lvl so it seems i think this is still a great sale with Q coming up.
Allthough one can only speculate what Q is , it promisses to be big and is sure to create some movement( hopefully upwards)
(Edit) just heard the g20 blockchain expert advisor is from iota
#3 NEO

Had some fud recently due to a news article which i believe is no need to be alarmed , that together with the market being bearish caused the price to fall greatly from a ATH of 180 dollar to 56 dollar currently
Which is a great discount and if you are able you should def scoop some up.

Yeah there are some nice discounts nowadays before the prices will skyrocket especially with upcoming regulations and instituional money flowing in the industry. I believe 2018 is the year of the regulation.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best country for crypto? on: March 18, 2018, 11:36:48 AM
Estonia is really cool country when it comes to modernized public systems. But I'm not sure about their attitude towards the crypto regulation. It's interesting to see Gibraltar stepping up the game re ICOs
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Cryptocurrencies? on: March 18, 2018, 11:34:26 AM
Hi guys =D  May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?
Actually, there is no much places to invest, and we can see the prices in these days. The price has been falling slowly, also we can see a lot scams related Bitcoin etc.
We may can discuss about the coins there. Wink

I definitely do plan to stay with crypto until the end of my days. The recent decline means nothing, we're still at the early stage of the industry when the best money can be made

today devs announced that block explorer is deployed and synced on 3/4 so once it's fully synced they will launch it for public. Then you will be able to check what has happened.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PoS Coins on: March 15, 2018, 09:41:58 AM
Does anyone have an updated list of PoS coins? Everywhere I look online has some outdated list of shitcoins.

I'm looking for something a bit more updated and really want some that might be able to offer something that most others don't.
Shill em.

with the huge amount of coins it won't be easy to prepare that list. Just see how many are there on coinmarketcap. Also there are already coins with hybrid consensus that would need to be included
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is buying ICO now is a good time? on: March 15, 2018, 09:40:13 AM
I have a small amount of ethereum in my wallet, I want this to purchase a small amount in the ICO . But when i see the market was so bearish, I have doubt. Is buying ICO now in time like this that the market is dropping a good time?

usually the best time to purchase ICO tokens is during the pre-sale. It happens though that after listing on exchanges the price falls below thtat level, especially when it comes to projects with massive bounty. It really depends per project
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in NEO ? on: March 15, 2018, 09:39:06 AM
Hello all,

I'm currently holding some coins (50% NEM). Now I have about 350$.
What is the best choice in your opinion? Should i invest in NEO or other coins like GAS, IOTA, XRP, ICX ... ?

NEO is the best one in my opinion from those you mentioned. They're still building their product though, so when everything is ready the price could easily skyrocket 1000% and more
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Waves! on: March 13, 2018, 03:09:26 PM

Question to the English-speaking representatives of this forum.

In my opinion, the currency of the waves is underestimated, transactions are faster than ETH wallet convenient and without glitches, own decentralized exchange and release of tokens in two clicks, on the approach smart contracts in Rideon's own language, it surpasses ETH in everything, why is not it interesting to anyone?

wavesplatform.com

waves is something completely different than eth. you need to recognize difference between smart contracts platform and mostly payment currency. Waves would be an alternative to bitcoin
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STOP AirDROP SCAM! on: March 13, 2018, 03:06:55 PM
STOP AirDROP SCAM!
Lately there have been too many airdrop-sсams! I propose to add to this topic all Airdrops who do not pay, as well as informing about those that paid!
And yes, I understand that Airdrop is a charity!

airdrops are really turning to shitcoins and scams mostly. That doesn't apply to all of them, some of them seemed to be also right, but % is low. If you get something for free, you can't expect much in return anyway
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coin now you think had a good future on: March 13, 2018, 03:00:33 PM
Like the title, what coins do you think will have a good future because now it's a lot of coins and not a few of those coins that fail
What do you think ?
What coin do you think will have good future ?

I trust in ethereum, litecoin, eos and bitcoin cash. those are the projects with good communnities around that can achieve a lot. Plus some more small projects which I am monitoring
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ⚛️ [ANN] Bitcoin Atom - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Atomic Swap Powered ⚛️ on: March 13, 2018, 12:40:56 PM
Team is so slowly. I doubt their capacity

based on what i have seen they delivered everything they promised so far. If you're saying the team is slow i am wondering what currencies have you created with your capacities?
239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: March 07, 2018, 08:21:12 PM

I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.

just choose the token or coin you think it's the right time for as it might be pretty different with each coin. Now i would have invested in promising coins that are in ico presale
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes a altcoin valuable on: March 07, 2018, 08:20:10 PM
I'm developing an altcoin that is based on social sharing. What foundational technologies are going to make it the most valuable? What makes an altcoin valuable? I'm wondering if it is just how much people hear about it? Thoughts?

you need to get people wanting to buy it and have it. Usually the reason behind that is those people believe in the grow in the price in certain period of time. If you can you can manage, do it
