It is not really necessary for  minor bond holders to be involved at this early stage, if this reaches the stage where a class action is filed that will be the time that you need to join, right now all that is necessary is for a handful of the larger holders to come to an agreement on the best way to proceed which should happen over the next few days.

I believe the recommended liquid cooling solution, corsair 80i, is designed cooling a single, very complex chip and supports a few very high end package types that Intel and AMD are using. Which ASIC package type is used by this proprietary mining chip? Somebody who needs to install his own liquid cooling solution would perhaps like to know that.

The board size at 4"x12" also sounds extremely large if there is only 1 single mining chip on the board and so there must be huge empty areas? That gives me the feeling that I must completely wrong in my guesses as it does not seem to make any sense. Maybe I am not alone and somebody else is also baffled and a picture of the board would help to understand what is really needed and essential for the cooling that the customer must build by himself.

I think you are correct I actually use the corsair 80i in one of my PC's to cool an AMD FX-9590 Eight-Core, I don't see how it could be used on the boards Ken is selling but maybe I am missing something. I'm sure Ken wouldn't state something that is false . . .

Can we get a pic of one of these boards set up with the 80i installed please Ken?

I would bet a large amount that lab rat had no pre knowledge of the IRS ruling and it has nothing to do with the issues he has supposedly been working on for months. The IRS simply does not pick favourites to pre release information to.

That doesn't tell me anything. At best it just means "for this year" not "for all previous years". My tax guy said this:

"Yeah since there's no reporting coming into them from any outside source yet, there's really no way for them to even know anything about mining or bitcoins being bought and sold prior to this year."

That is just plain wrong, some exchanges already report and hv been doing so for some time.

Ok let presume that Lat Rat is not a fraudster

He's more along the lines of an overoptimistic kid who's about to get a gigantic, spiky, dose of reality shoved up his ass.

Yeah I agree, I think he honestly thinks his LLC is gonna protect him but in reality I think the corporate veil will be pierced very easily.

This is worse than the satoshi poker offering. Speaking as a peofessional online player of 7 years with extensive inside knowledge of this industry, please don't waste your money.

If labrat already has the new hardware, we likely won't be seeing any dividend changes yet.  I doubt labrat will give an update on the hardware until after the contract issue is resolved.  If he publicly announces that the new hardware is mining and people aren't getting paid for it yet, all the pitchforks are going to come out, yet again.  There's no reason to stir the pot in this manner when it is known we can't receive the dividends yet.  So my guess is the announcement will come with the announcement of the new contract, and it will contain all the relevant information for a large back-pay of the backlogged dividends we are due.

There are good reasons to believe this to be the case - just thought I'd share a little light in the darkness.

What good reasons? Zach certainly hasn't offered any either publicly or privately to anyone else, not even grngb, so do tell please?

At this point after seeing ken dodge the most asked question, it seems clear these are not ActM 28nm full custom chips but instead yet another non profitable stop gap solution. Would hv been so easy for ken to silence all critics with one photo if these were indeed ActM designed chips. Instead of waiting until some idiot posts too vague a question and he pounces on it to try to make people think they might be ActM designed chips.

@Ken are the chips in the prototype boards ActM full custom 28nm chips?

Some hardware mined for two weeks last time some for three and I think some of it was even close to four weeks of premining. Zach never disclosed how many coins were mined he also kept the hardware in a secret pool. Whilst I am not saying I hv proof of any wrong doing it most certainly could of happened and investors didn't seem to care about the total lack of transparency. Again this time round people just seem happy to trust a guy that has never been open and upfront about anything except when he is trying to hype bond sales.

We will likely never know the details of coinseed deal now zach refuses to answer anything about anything and unless this changes he is going to end up in court one day and judging by the advice his lawyer has given him in the past I don't like his chances.

Development board running here:

Early Prototype Development Board

@ken Nice to see some progress, can you please confirm these are AMC/VMC prototype 28nm full custom chips?

And yet last time he pre mined the results were not public. We hv no idea exactly how long he pre mined or how many coins he mined in that time or how much he actually spent on hardware etcetcetc zach has kept everything at as low a transparency level as possible from the start till present day

I told you all already zach is gonna mine with the bit fury hardware for two to three weeks then pretend like he found a solution but can't pay back dividends but will promise to reinvest in new hardware. Of course there will be no proof provided

Mark my words

I would be more okay with that than being stuck at 100mh per post split whatchamacallit but less okay with that than contactmike1's scenario where we get back dividends for the hardware that was delivered, if it was delivered and has been put into service, once all legal issues are settled.  Between the previously announced dates plus about 10PH somewhat suddenly appearing on the network over the last week or so, seems reasonable to presume that -something- new has arrived.  That 10 PH is probably a combination of a few manufacturers but bitfury probably is in there too.  It is possible it has not been put into service, however, because of the open legal issues.  Perhaps with the old structure, LRM -can't- legally run over xx TH/s.  Who knows.  Not us, that's for sure.

I guess only time will tell.  I do hope Zach and his lawyers come up with something good and soon.  They're only going to get one shot at it otherwise risk some serious consequences from stakeholders.

If you think zach has had hardware delivered and it's just sat around in a box not mining you are insane. Either it's mining for zach's personal benefit or for LRM but it is certainly not sat idle

We are currently running one of our Demo boards on BTCGuild and our total hashing rate is:

Team AMC:

 211435   926.93 GH/s

Whose chips are in those boards Ken?

My lawyer has just responded to the MSD with the information they requested.  I think that due to the couterparty risk with these bitcoin exchanges, that we will be using colored coins.  CC is getting very close to being usable.  I do want to get everyone where they can trade; however, I need to consult with my lawyer before doing anything.

So why haven't you frozen trading on CT so at least all shareholders are in the same position - it is ridiculous to allow some shareholders to trade and not others. Either halt trading for all on CT or get everyone trading there until such time as CC is ready.

@ken Which companies chips are in these 600Gh/s boards you speak of?

@ken why are you so deliberately vague and pick and choose the questions you can give the most ambiguous answers to?
238  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: March 19, 2014, 08:23:24 PM

Here's a thought: The shares on CT are being transacted on CTs platform in China where the MSD has no jurisdiction. Ken issuing shares back to shareholders would take place in Missouri, where the MSD has absolute authority over the matter.

and where was Ken when he issued those shares on CT, he was in missouri just as he would be if he were to give us our shares back now.

2-3 weeks after the new hardware order arrives lab rat will have a solution, but the solution will mean that back dividends can not be paid. Lab rat will vow to use those 2-3 weeks of mining income for re-investment in more hardware.

Just my prediction - let's see if i can go 2 out of 2
