Yeah sure bull run will come if SEC will approve the ETF been presented on it's table at the moment, if they will reconsider their stand and get it approved then we might see a great bull again but if they rejects it, we might see one of the worst bear market of all thing.

In my own opinion and from my recent observation, I think the next best competitor to etherum now is EOS, since it's launch of main net, it been doing great in term of network performance because they have reach 1000+/TPS, but i won't finalize until EOS have a lot of users like etherum.
