Did anyone got his coins from Chaospool so far? I cannot unlock my account settings to edit payout adress, token I've recieved two hours ago seems not to work, I tried to unlock again but I haven't got any email since half hour ago, I wrote them via contact option on page and also I wrote directly ID Chaosagent here but still without answer.
I have but I setup last night before the front end blew up... I have however only got 1 block reward after finding 4 blocks. My payouts @ 100,000 and I've since swapped pools so I may need to switch back till my total ticks over that point  Cant change my settings atm and havn't heard back from an email I sent... very disappointing, looks like I made the right choice setting the donation ticker to 0% ;P - figured they'd get enough from people who didn't notice, very scammy advertising 0% fees and block rewards then defaulting a 5% donation. |

@albertdros it took a fair while mate,probably an hour or so,but that was at the start of mining,so they said they were backlogged. if it doesn't work try submitting another,i had to do a couple to get my settings changed. I will say it was a pretty dick move whacking the donations up to 5% before anyone started mining,and it must have cost people a fair few coins I was lucky enough to setup last night before the front end got mashed, it came up again briefly but now its frozen again... only got 1 block reward after finding 4 blocks too, best just to move on to another pool IMO, at least till its fixed. Better safe then sorry  |

I want to use it on windows.

What is the vertminer config settings for R9 280X? Its stuck at 210 khz where normal scrypt gives over 700.
You should be able to get 350Kh/s+, I use all the same settings as normal scrypt but had to drop the core clocks a couple of notches, getting 350-370Kh/s depending on the card. |

If it was a sure thing don't you think everybody would buy them? It can go every way but it looks promising. I'm wondering what it will do when multipools try to rape it. Oh well within 4 weeks the raping will end for sure. with 1 block retargeting, the difficulty will go sky high and what will that do to the price? It's already done, it doubled in the last 24 hours - nice! does the price typically go up after a retarget? or down? Down... coin gets hype over halving, price goes up pre-emptively along with hash rate due to drawing miners in from the prospect of high reward, reward halves, miners leave dropping hash rate and everyone dumps... that's the norm on an established coin anyway, this is a little different because its young and will see several halving's in rapid succession so hard to say what will happen here It also has the PoS going for it which will hopefully alleviate the dumping. |

Are there any plans for this coin beyond getting on a exchange? Seems like there a too many duplicate coins going round atm ( https://cryptocointalk.com/forum/671-platinum-pt/) if it cant even have an original name, doesn't fill a purpose and the only goal is to get on an exchange this screams pump and dump to me... so what's the plan/reason for being? or should I just ignore this coin and move onto the next? |
