221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin at 25000 possible? on: July 22, 2018, 04:37:13 PM
Bitcoin is currently trading at 6k but there has been a  consistent prediction that before the year ends it will be up to 25,000. I want to know how many of you share in that optimism because at present, it's all bearish and nothing more.
I do buddy. The history have proven that the second half of the year is always the best time for the bullish season. Maybe this could be it because we're already im the seventh month and we see some hope as well. Maybe we're going to get to the $25,000 and even pass over it.
222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price increase trend? on: July 22, 2018, 04:34:45 PM
I also do believe we'll hover above the $7k price that it is now, but I have a small issue with why you think we're going to hit back at $5000 and then the rebound will start. Haven't we got there already, I thought it was suopoasd to even be $6k but we moved slightly into $5k. Well, to me I think we're already in the rebound. ATH on my mind now. Grin
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: coin marketcap on: July 22, 2018, 04:31:39 PM
As for some of the coins, they really need to remove them from their data. They are virtually inactive in their real market price and hence I don't see the need for them to include such coins there.
224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should There be a body to regulate Altcoins? on: July 20, 2018, 04:34:19 PM
The rate at which different Altcoins are spring up, I think there should be a body regulating it.
Regulations should be for crypto generally and I believe many countries are working on that. The technology was initially supposed to be great until the bad actors trooped in making everything a mess. So as for regulations, we can not do away with that.
225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: cryptocurrencies vs world cup on: July 16, 2018, 09:14:53 AM
Does the world cup affect the price of bitcoin and altcoin in the market....?
How do you think...
In my opinion I don't think so. Price fluctuations were happening way back before the world cup started and so I don't think it's providing any impact on market price. Well, if Bitcoins or any altcoin were actively marketed at the world cup for any purpose, I think we would have notcied a major impact on market price.
226  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin the time last year, bitcoin this time this year on: July 16, 2018, 09:11:30 AM
This time last year, bitcoin was still around $1000+ and nobody could think or imagined bitcoin is going to rise from 1000$+ to like $18000+. There was a huge market rise of it when closing July, August up till December
You're right but te expectations are high thsnear because we have from from an ATH to a very low pruce, comparing to the ATH. If Bitcoin had not gone to 18k, 19k or 20klast year, no one would have build hope at a higher peak as we are now. We would've still predicted a rise but we wouldn't have anticipated for a very high one.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is a game of whales on: July 16, 2018, 09:06:34 AM
The whales of every coin controls a major part of the market situation. The same analogy happens with the coins. For instance, Bitcoin has the highest dominance and hence takes chare of the whole market. The same thing applies, whales hold the largest portion of the coin and hence can control the market with that holdings.
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: July 15, 2018, 09:40:40 PM
I also do believe a moment of such sort shall arrive one day. All these depends on regulations set by the major central banks. Once the go ahead is given, the banks will follow suit and provide necessary support. One thing I believe is that atime shall come that banks and crypto, BTC to be specific, shall coexist.
229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Property? What might be the best investment? on: July 15, 2018, 09:33:22 PM
To me I consider Bitcoin another great asset that can represent a property. Anyways it wouldn't be a bad idea to invest in Bitcoins as well as in sone other physical property. They can both give you value, but in my opinion Bitcoin will provide the better value in the future when you compare the two
230  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin must come back to its original use - currency ! on: July 14, 2018, 10:06:31 PM
I also believe the same thing. Until we come back to yhe full realization that Bitcoin is supposed to be a currency that will serve as a medium or portal of transactions, we'll be pondering about the market everyday. Though market value has influence, if we're able to make the use case realistic, we'll rather use the use case to determine a better market value.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Smart contracts and the legal profession on: July 14, 2018, 10:01:17 PM
The smart contract is providing the convenience of not putting into trust, the donor's property to the trusty but also directly to the beneficiary/descendants.
Wow, a nice analogy you did. Very true, with the smart contracts the idea and motive is to try as much as possible to take out the middleman. The middleman or portal is subject to so many vulnerabilities that the smart contract can take care of. That's the power of blockchain.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Question] What should we do ? on: July 13, 2018, 03:33:08 PM
You can see Crypto market was red yesterday.

I had no ideal for it. Stoploss- Buy- Hold. what did you do?
Share with me and some newbie other
Thank you because shared!
Well, when the fall us higher in rate, or when the high is high in rate, don't ever panic to jump in and sell. Especially when it is falking at a higher rate, if you discover it early, well you can sell, but if you dont realize early find out why it is falling and then you'll know what to do later.
233  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Other uses of blockchain technology? on: July 12, 2018, 02:31:39 PM
From my own understanding , blockchain is used to support cryptocurrencies and verify  transactions made from cryptocurrencies but what are other uses for blockchain technology besides crypto?
Aoart from that there are variant nonfinancial usage of blockchain technology, but tbe problem us that almost everyone is vexed into the financial usage. Anyways, it's not the fault of the developers. Some people have ideas but the funds to startup these platforms become a problem and so they attach the financial features to help raise funds.
234  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I keep my cryptocurrency safe? on: July 12, 2018, 02:28:14 PM
I think the problem is safe to store the crypto is very difficult. In addition to personal protection measures like privacy. used for hardware is the best solution. but be careful and meticulous that is the main problem.
Yep. And also one needs to be vigilante of the kind of websites we visit, the olaces we tyoe our passwords, using the same password to perform so many different forms of activities and so much more. Security is always an individual's duty and so we need to be very careful.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM WALLET , BE ATTENTION on: July 11, 2018, 10:18:22 AM
Thanks for the warning buddy. This shows that we really need to be careful of what we see and the kind of places we go to get coins. Scamming in crypto keeps on increasing each day and so we need to stay very vigilante anf also protect our passwords.
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should stay off from market prediction on: July 11, 2018, 10:01:50 AM
Totally agree with you. I stopped following any kind of predictions many days ago. Because We every crypto people already have seen lots of prediction goes to the wrong. There is no one who knows the crypto market exactly, It is not possible. No one controls the crypto market. Following the prediction always gives a false hope. After breaking that hope people become lost too. So, don't run before any kind of prediction. Do your own research.
Are you sure you can stay off predictions completely? To me, everything based in crypto markets are mostly vased on predictions. We all predict the market to increase in price by the end of the year. We don't have any strong fact that it will rise today, tomorrow, or any other day. But where I'm in support of your point is that we shouldn't be vexed in that or we might follow a wrong group who will entice you to join their pump and they might dump on you.
237  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Regulations For Cryptocurrency? on: July 11, 2018, 09:51:48 AM
Oh yes indeed. I do think so. My reason being that most countries are silent on this whether to make it legal or illegal. And as they say, silent means concern. Meaning those who haven't made any stand on it yet are thinking about what to do next to regulate it. In the same way, those who have already regulated are also planning on making it more regulated ,and so I think we can no more run from that.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thing to do here in crypto world. on: July 10, 2018, 02:16:20 PM
What is other thing to do here in crypto world rather than particapating in a bounty campaign and airdrop?

There are so much packages for yoy but each requires certain characteristics from you. For instance if you're good with coding you'll get a job in building websites, contracts, algos, etc.. You can also indulge in active trading if you're a good trader. So what you need to do is to learn your way around and acquaint yourself with what you do best, and you'll get something to do other than bounties and airdrops.
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to move on, and ignore the BTC !!! on: July 10, 2018, 02:11:13 PM
You have a point though but you also have to knownthat it's not easy to give up everything just like that.Bitcoin is down, the market is down but we're still around buddy. Also, I think this is the time we need to realize that BTC and the cryptos are less of investments. Use them to perform transactions as necessary, but don't dump or think about elimination in your life forever. You don't know what's coming from above.
240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins BETTER than BITCOIN? on: July 10, 2018, 02:07:09 PM
It can't happen that way. Bitcoin can rather make or unmake Altcoins. The reason being that BTC dominates the whole market and so it's somehow a price decider for the alts. Just consider today, Bitcoin went down and so it dragged the alts along.
