Seems that you are accusing that bitdice is lying about their instant cashout but in fact you got it very wrong. Instant cashout here means instantly after your withdrawal get confirmed while in fact you get stuck on confirming.
Why was his cashout didnt get confirmed in the first place? Well this is just an issue of wording and by instant it should means that the bitcoin will be sent directly to user bitcoin address after a single click. I dont really accuse bitdice as I know that there is probably something wrong with withdrawal confirmation and such however that wording issue ( if it is the issue ) totally is not right at all His withdrawal was processed. We still unsure what's the problem, however his mobile device didn't send a request to server. There's no way for him to tell us about any errors on this device, we will try to check later what could be the issue, however at the moment I can clearly say that this problem is on the client's device, not server. Message that this request is being confirmed is default when you open that page, so it can lead to misunderstanding that request was actually sent, which we will try to adjust. Regards, Alex. |

I'm running into some issues when I go to the site using my iphone. I can't tap in to play the games. Do you have any plans to get an IOS app made? It would be great to play some games when I'm commuting to work or something.

Whole thing was to prove default settings. As I've mentioned it in the first post, I did not set any additional security settings. This is security by default, which each user gets after registration. You can lower it, if you feel comfortable, or increase. It's up to you. But by default you should be as safe as your email provider.
Regarding security problems with email, your account still can be safe even if your email has been compromised. Just set 2FA. You can also set IP address lock, or withdrawal address lock. We provide as many options as you can possibly use.

If you're offering Endorphina games you should stop promoting your site as "provably fair".
If you want to have "provably fair" and "not provably fair" categories I think that would be reasonable. But to just say "we have provably fair games" and then listing a bunch of games that aren't provably fair is misleading at best.
(Endorphina games are very non-transparent, as I'm sure you're aware.)
I already asked about it  , and they said that they have plans to make categories and I assume make the needed changes in the Help section. -snip-
Soon, as we will finish integration of other 5 providers, we will do a review, game tags, and ratings so players can easily choose games that are Provably Fair and "trustable" by BitDice.

And no, we are not licensed under softswiss and not affiliated with them by any way. I personally decide which provider we integrate. We HIGHLY do not recommend doing so, as you can lift this requirement by activating 2FA. However, if you do not store coins on site and you are hundred percent sure that your device is bulletproof, you can do this now. Old and new users still have this option activated by default. [NEW] Can turn on\off device confirmation. [TEXT] Fixed text, to explicitly state that 1% HE and PF applies to games developed by BitDice Casino. Also we put a notice about Token reward delay.

I noticed now that you are not giving players % of their money back, but instead you distribute something called BitDice Tokens.
So what is this exactly, it is your altcoin or something more like internal virtual currency of your casino? How much 1 BitDice Token is worth in BTC?
We use BitDice Tokens, they are instantly-convertable to BTC with a rate 1000TOKEN = 1BTC. The thing is currently tokens are useless, but I would not recommend to exchange them. We will start a special weekly events and other on-site mechanics based on those tokens. You can't buy tokens nor you can't tip them. The only way to get them is to wager.
