I don't think that Milan would lose their Verona game after beating much tougher opponents right before this game. Milan have improved their morale incredibly much certainly. They would find a way to beat Verona also. They must already have been thinking about that Inter would defeat Empoli easily. So they need to get prepared for their Verona game as good as possible. I just expect the point gap between Milan and Inter to be maintained.

Liverpool are going to have one of their toughest games indeed. But as long as they have their usual game plan and keep up doing a good work defensively, Tottenham wouldn't stand a chance against them. It is going to be crucial for Liverpool to win this game not to lose their chance for the title. Because Manchester City wouldn't lose points again vs Newcastle this time.

I must also admit that it will be a quite tough game for Betis on this week. Beating Barcelona is one of the most difficult jobs for them in this season. But they had better win this game otherwise the gap with Atletico Madrid might get bigger. And then, Betis would lose their hopes about joining the Champions League I'm afraid. I would like to see this rivalry continuing even on the final week.

Such an incredible night! Real Madrid made the impossible happen in the game. It is never easy to make such comebacks when you are mentally weak as you are 1-0 behind. But somehow Real Madrid made it real for themselves and brought themselves back to life. And Rodrygo's incredible job played a big role in this finale ticket for Real Madrid. But both teams were amazing so far so I'm happy to watch this incredible matchup.

The most enjoyable game of the night was Grizzlies - Warriors to me. It proved that this series would go on very competitively. After a really fierce competition in this game, Grizzlies lost by only one point, 116-117. Morant and Jackson were the most impressive players for Grizzlies but it must be a big disappointment for them to lose the game this close. Poole and Curry were the most impressive ones for Warriors. Poole has been a very attention getting player for a long time by the way. He has been scoring many points for some time. His role in the success of his team is not small now.

There were no surprises this week except the Marseille - Lyon game. Because for this game, Lyon somehow managed to literally destroy Marseille by 3-0. I have no idea about how it happened as both had similar efforts actually. It was an unlucky day for Marseille that's for sure. This loss cost the gap with their nearest opponents to be closed a little more. This is just giving a new hope to Rennes and Monaco now. The team at the second spot qualify for the Champions League groups directly in the end.

Everton were very good at defending Chelsea well home. And this solid effort helped them win the game by 1-0. Actually they could have made it 2-0 as they found a few more chances after that. But they wasted absolute chances. At least, Chelsea failed in scoring a goal and Everton won the game. They are in a better position in terms of not relegating from the league now. But they are still in danger of course. Some very difficult games are still yet to come and Everton will need to keep this level of effort there also.

Milan kept their lead by defeating Fiorentina 1-0. I was afraid of the possibility that they were going to lose or draw with Fiorentina in this game. Because the first half was really troubling for Milan. But thankfully they improved their game later on and got ahead also. Fiorentina couldn't play like they did against Napoli not much time ago. Milan were much better at defending and they did a big job about not conceding any goal here. 1-0 was a risky score but Milan managed to keep it.

Barcelona had a comfortable game against Mallorca today and didn't make any mistake. They won the game 2-1 and it would have even been a bigger gap as well. Mallorca should see themselves lucky that it didn't happen. It would be really humiliating for them. In fact, Barcelona would have got a result like that if they really wanted. But they are just trying to secure the second spot now so they don't play as focused as before now. Even if they don't end the season here, they will still qualify for the CL anyway.

It was a productive day in the Serie A today. There were two games that ended with seven goals each. Napoli destroyed Sassuolo 6-1 and Lazio got a tough win against Spezia by 4-3 away. Spezia - Lazio was a really competitive one and I was mesmerized by the performance of each team. Spezia are a really interesting team as they sometimes play big against top teams of this league. But Lazio still managed to get the win they wanted.

Benzema has been very effective in the La Liga so far and of course he has contributed very well to this title as well. But Real Madrid have had a much better team play this season too. They were not this much consistent and reliable last season. And I can't even imagine what they would be capable of if they strengthen their squad with players like Mbappe. We might see another Real Madrid era starting then.

A great day for Liverpool and Manchester City it was. They both showed very good level of performances and won their games. Manchester City still keep their lead in the league table but they are feeling the pressure over themselves surely. Liverpool take the lead temporarily when they play first. And they aim to increase that pressure over Manchester City to push them to make mistakes. But things are still going the same for now.

The most difficult result to predict is going to be the result of the Real Madrid - Manchester City game obviously. Because the first game in Etihad ended by Manchester City's 4-3 lead. And Real Madrid will have no other choice than winning this by at least a one-goal difference to maintain their chance or eliminate their opponent directly. It is not impossible but it is quite hard. Manchester City are very strong now and they can still do their best not to lose this advantage.

It was such an incredible game between Strasbourg and PSG. I didn't expect PSG to be this much hungry to win this game frankly. But they were really eager to win after seeing them bringing the score to 3-1 from 0-1. But Strasbourg were still not intending to let them win easily and they drew with PSG by 3-3 at least. They still did a good job though but they would make use of a victory more here. Because they are competing with a few teams to finish the season at a good place in the league table now.

When it comes to Marcus Rashford, I don't think either that Manchester United will need him anymore. But it will depend on whether they sign a very good striker in the summer. Because they will really need to do so to get more effective. I don't want to overlook Ronaldo's performance of course but I hope you get what my point is here. Ronaldo might leave the team too as the team haven't been successful in the league. But even if he doesn't, he is still not the old Ronaldo in the end. They will need a top quality forward player as a result.

Exactly. Villarreal won't stand a chance against Liverpool undoubtedly. I don't even think that they can win the second leg by one goal. I must state a fact that Liverpool are a far stronger opponent for them compared to Bayern Munich. Their game plan wouldn't work against Liverpool I'm afraid. I can feel how much worried Unai Emery is now. Because they have a big chance ahead this season and they have already done an incredible job in this tournament. If he doesn't decide to take big risks, then they will just play for fun in the second leg.

We had a 1-1 draw at the end of the Sevilla - Cadiz game. And this didn't make me astonished or so at all. Because it was already known that Cadiz were battling for not relegating from the La Liga. And they were ready to give their one hundred percent for this game too. They had no reason to fear Sevilla. And their bravery brought them another critical point. But they must be still unhappy about the result as they would prefer to win. Because Granada can push them into the drop zone if they defeat Celta Vigo this week.

Leipzig - Rangers game didn't end surprisingly to be honest. Leipzig just found the winning goal quite late in the game but they still won by 1-0 which was the most important part for them. It is a decent advantage for them before the second leg. However, the other game ended by a very surprising result to me. Because I was feeling confident that West Ham would beat Eintracht Frankfurt home and capture a decent advantage as well. But the opposite case happened and Frankfurt became victorious by 2-1. This is a huge advantage for them before the game in Frankfurt but there is still nothing finished for West Ham of course. We will see next week how much they want to reach the finale.

Manchester United performed poorly and they deserved this point loss in Old Trafford. And they deserved to even lose this game too so they must be thankful that Chelsea couldn't score the winning goal later on. And Ronaldo scored another goal in this game even though the team in general were bad. He is trying to do his best for the team and he has had a productive season so far too. But he can't carry the team by himself in the end. Manchester United should be prepared to say goodbye to the Champions League. And they shouldn't lose their Europa League chance at least.

I think that Liverpool have already ended the semi finals successfully. Because there is no way Villarreal are making a comeback from here. I don't wait for Liverpool to struggle too much in Spain next week. Villarreal might be more effective as for attacking but Liverpool would still play their usual game there too. I don't think that Liverpool lose the second leg. But it is really difficult to predict the second leg of the Manchester City - Real Madrid matchup. Both teams have a serious chance to advance but Manchester City are technically one step ahead of course.
