Should drop the diff when KGW kicks in, this price drop has timed just right for when my rig finishes its rental period!

Do you guys have calculators?

Just wondering if this coin is profitable at the moment...

Number of coin per day =

Code:
24/(difficulty*2^32/(HashInMega*10^6)/3600)*BlockReward

Short answer - Yes.
223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [GUIDE] How to rent your rig on LEASERIG.NET - Scrypt & SHA256 on: March 12, 2014, 10:32:58 PM
Proxy window said it disconnected from LeaseRig, same as it did before the upgrade to d

2 times only?

Only saw two on the proxy window and the graph said the same - though one for a longer period than the other.

Might be my rig, updating a wallet and its taking ages!

I just had two disconnects for some reason, any idea what might have caused them?

Do we have any stratum p2p pools?

Would it be possible to use p2p pools; im thinking not with the proxy?

We can keep the pool.conf and the run.bat, right? ^^

Yep worked for me!

Having a bit of an nightmare setting this up. I have my GPU rig mining away though the speed isn't measure (Method A) So then I set up:

Quote
--api-listen --api-allow W:89.212.242.33 --api-port 7777

and added 7777 to the proxy run.bat.

I've turned win firewall off to eliminate that.

I keep getting the error:

Quote
WARNING: cgminer API (127.0.0.1:7777) Closing connection - is IP allowed?

HELP?!

Disconnects from the proxy too even without the API commands... Could be similar issue to above this post?

PLEASE LEAVE FEEDBACK!

One rig "Lexie" running the following:

Scrypt: 3600Khs
Scrypt-N: 1750Khs
Scrypt-Jane: 700Khs

If there is any other type of coin/algo you wish to mine please message me!

QQ: Installing this new wallet will over write the old one but not touch the wallet.dat? (Obviously I'll be backing it up before)

Hey guys/girls.

Trying to figure out something with my miner. I've got 5 x 7970, powered risers, MSI mobo (Z77A-GD65) 8gb ram on win 8.1

One of the x1 PCI slots on the motherboard runs at a lower voltage than all the others - so the card runs at 1.10v as opposed to the other 4 that run 1.17v. Which ever card is in that slot runs at 1.10v. I'd like to undervolt the card but I can't (Hardware locked) but it seems that the motherboard ports could give me what i'm looking for. Has anybody had similar experiences?

Any help appreciated!

Not too sure what this means for me - all coins mined so far = pointless with re-launch??
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CREDITS: Marketplace ¤ Custom Wallets ¤ FAIR ¤ KGW on: March 06, 2014, 07:28:44 AM
i think this coin got quite a good start... however i think the scaling up block rewards are not a good idea.

I used to think that was quite a good idea, but microcoin kind of didnt do as well as it should because people kept saying i'll mine it later when the rewards pick up a bit. Then they forgot and didn't come back

Could be a good idea to fork this now and pull back the rewards to staying steady or even decreasing a little. Need to push up the demand for the coin or lower supply, increasing supply is not a good idea i don't think.

One of the better ones of this wave for sure so be nice to keep the demand exceeding supply.

Either that or it needs to get to a big exchange quickly and get noticed there.

+1.

Increasing block reward will kill the coin. There, I said it.

"Why should I mine now when I could mine much more next month?"

^this. Mining Execoin until the reward increases here.

Hey Martin, you closed and re-opened the wallet after config, right? Maybe add the port into the config too..

That clock goes off your local PC time so timezones will not work...Unless you're on EST it's pointless.
