I was thinking the same thing. I really like that algo. Not crazy about verts. To think that we can save on gpu electricity and have an asic defense, might be the holy protocol(im sure there is a down side with darkcoin -i really haven't researched it thoroughly). - I just sold half at 0.001 to lock in gains gameplan- I will sell the rest if it hits 0.0015 If it hits 0.0005 i will buy a half position -nice simple strategy that changes on the fly- As ppl deposits confirm on mintpal - we should see it sink |

Ok so we switch to another algo. Its still not LTC. LTC will be the one going up in price because it will have big money flowing in. Any alternative to asic scrypt coins will have to compete with LTC for big money traders. And guess what those traders do'nt give a crayp about decentralized coins, only profits. LTC was unique because it had traders and miners all in one, now anti asic coins will be filled with mostly miners only.

There cannot be any copyright issues. WOT abbreviation is not under any copyright. The only thing, that can cause questions is logo, but if we will get any prohibitions from Wargaming about logo - we will change it!
This is what scares me. I'm not in the legal field but I do pay attention. Once you show any kind of link to the official WOT company(by placing the logo and referring to war of tanks), you have given them all they need to enforce. A real legal expert should let us know how this works exactly. If it doesnt come up again then lets ignore it(this is crypto after all, and im looking at it as an investor and community member standpoint).  |

Ok I'm rooting for this coin, but because its associated with WOT + LOGO a legal team has everything they need to go after it. It should be hinted not blatant if you wanted a chance. The only hope is the WOT owners do not care to take legal action or it will be another coinye/redditcoin. Maybe im wrong and it will work out, but im not risking much until there is resolve.

Best put together coin i have seen in a while. The devs really have a finger on the crypto-pulse.
If you want to be a good Investor in the crypto-coins market. The best way is to create your own coin. You will learn so much and be able to spot innovation when you see it.
My advice is to work on the IPCO side more. Come up with a better business plan where ppl will have an incentive to buy in. Eveyone is me me me. They want something for themselves, and dividends are for chumps.
I haven't come to a conclusion on this coin yet, but will be watching.

if their store release then with reasonable gpucoins heck the value will skyrocket!  The prices are going to be the market value of GPUc for BTC. In other words, the CEO could have opened his ship and just sold his video cards via BTC instead of stringing us along into mining his crapcoin to trade for the BTC equivalent of GPUs  What's really going on here is the CEO has raised venture capital for a business startup. This business can be traded now by means of coins/shares. It should become volatile just like a stock on the NYSE. I prefer to buy shares/coins in a business that I believe will succeed than a pump and dump coin gimmick, -actually i like both and am enjoying everything about the cryptocoin community. |

Does anyone know how many BTC was invested in the IPO? 325,000,000 GPUC is going to be paid to the IPO so that should tell us about the value the CEO thinks GPUC should be. And it should give a rough estimate as to the cost of a GPU. Right now, one 290 at $525 (GPUC store price) is .86BTC.

Something that maybe overlooked here. Value is derived by work. The harder something is to achieve. The less people that are able to do something. The more value that article will have. In this case no one does anything to get coins and they are widely available to anyone strolling by. Maybe they will become rare if distribution is cut off, but more likely animosity will be created toward existing owners. -Its hard to expect value to increase in this system and that is the name of the game.
