With your arrival, I do hope the resolutions of issues gets done in a much more satisfactory and quick manner. If you look at the neutral feedback left on the wintomato account profile in this forum, you will notice that there were some complicated issues that took long to be resolved and when they finally got "resolved" the manner with which it was done was not transparent.
You can pick a leaf from that feedback and use it to improve on the way you could handle such cases in the future.

Thanks for your suggestions! I believe that feedback was due to miss communication, and I guess players did not inform the team about the accusation or did not want input from Wintomato.
