As this was your last post in this thread, I believe it's important to revisit your previous comments regarding the scam accusation, especially now that it seems to have been resolved positively. So I am echoing it here:

We take all such cases seriously, and made extra deep investigation of the user, ignored automagical authenticator tools and made manual investigation and as a result the bonus amount had been returned to the player;

So it turns out your initial assessment against the player was nothing but a mistake, huh? It's quite concerning to think about how many other wrong assessments have been made in the past, and only because this player decided to publicly state their case, you finally took it seriously. How many players out there have been wrongly accused and didn't have a platform to voice their grievances?

And let's talk about these so-called "automagical authenticator tools" that you ignored during your manual investigation. If they are so unreliable and prone to false positives, why even bother using them in the first place? It's ironic that you claim to take all cases seriously, yet you rely on tools that clearly can't be trusted. It's baffling.

This whole situation just leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, doesn't it? What measures have you taken to prevent such situations from happening in the future? Clearly, your current approach is flawed and has failed in this case. It's time to step up your game and ensure that players are treated fairly from the get-go, instead of having to go through the hassle of public outcry just to receive proper attention.


This concerns me the same. Their previous long and dragged situation which made me left my neutral tag also ends up with them falsely accuse and hold their user's fund. This below is their parting word for this case, hopefully they're talking about improving their system and fairness instead of just buzzing with new games.

i was scammed at this site. and today after middle of march i recevied official asnwer from casino that i was scammed Cheesy
i registred at beggining from march, and won about 3500 usd, then casino asked my to make selfie with document, i sent it. Got banned, no any email, after few day trying to get aasnwer in chat, one day they answered that i am cheating Cheesy cheating at slots gaming Cheesy nice1 Cheesy
They i got fully ignored, no any answer.
Just yesterday i waiting for hour to receve answer what a problem with my account.
BUT
BUT today i received it. I failed KYC, passed more that 50 days, so i can go to hell Cheesy account can not be reopened Cheesy
After i sent them proof that i sent photo at 12 03 2023, they asnswered, that they do not recevied it.... Cheesy Cheesy
SO WHAT Cheesy
today i will try to find some ways to influence this mess:D Cheesy

50 days is almost 2 months. It's long but I think there are cases which are longer to be re-solved than this like it lasted 4 to 5 months. I guess it only depends on how severe the case was but these people are lucky to recover their money because there are those who permanently lost their money because the casino doesn't seem to change anymore and they decided to be a scam than to clean their reputation.

For those who are having a problem maybe they can also complain on Casino Guru other than this forum. That organization seems big because casinos are scared of them. Maybe it's still safe to play on Wintomato and he might go back there because he was lucky to win there last time.

I have seen an aggressive stance in advertising from wintomato in faucetpay,in all paid to click section of faucets of faucetpay you will find this site.I don't know what makes them different than any other reputable sport book but if this is another trusted casino then it is welcome,the more the merrier as they say.Personally I have a lot of difficulties of moving from casinos I am used to play every week but I assume there are people who want to try their luck in a different casino when in their favorite one seems to be not found there at that session  Grin.

from what I see you will have a lot of work because the complaints that people have been making outside this casino are many complaints that I think to what extent this casino can still be considered a safe and reliable casino for a person to use even if it is to put a small amount of money, right here on this page of this thread has this case:

i was scammed at this site. and today after middle of march i recevied official asnwer from casino that i was scammed Cheesy
i registred at beggining from march, and won about 3500 usd, then casino asked my to make selfie with document, i sent it. Got banned, no any email, after few day trying to get aasnwer in chat, one day they answered that i am cheating Cheesy cheating at slots gaming Cheesy nice1 Cheesy
They i got fully ignored, no any answer.
Just yesterday i waiting for hour to receve answer what a problem with my account.
BUT
BUT today i received it. I failed KYC, passed more that 50 days, so i can go to hell Cheesy account can not be reopened Cheesy
After i sent them proof that i sent photo at 12 03 2023, they asnswered, that they do not recevied it.... Cheesy Cheesy

apparently the case was not resolved so I can assume that the casino took all that player's money, what is more interesting is that you mentioned the word "team" which means that there are a lot of employees working in the casino, that is why they stay a long time to solve people's problems? imagine the pain that people feel in seeing their money stuck in a casino and having to spend a week waiting for a solution and in the end the solution is a great disappointment for them, I ask myself: is this really the kind of thing that someone has to be proud of Why is the casino growing by stealing people's money?

We appreciate constructive criticism. Yes, We have a team and there are a bunch of talented guys working in our team. But, You have to understand that everyone doesn't work on the backend and everyone doesn't work on the front end as well. Only high-level management team members have access to the backend and they can check what's going on. I understand there was some communication gap between the players and the support team. Or players were unable to describe their issues properly. As I said, we are trying to ensure the best service on Wintomato. I am not talking about any specific case. But, most of them are bonus hunters! They use multiple accounts to take advantage of the generous bonus system that we have. I am here and looking forward to fixing any issues users may have. But, you have to note that we won't be able to satisfy everyone. I guess you know what I am talking about. We don't have to satisfy abusers!  Wink

I had a quick look at those websites. I will talk to my team about the complaint on askgamblers. Those accusations are just angry gamblers who lost by playing on our platform. However, I invite them to come up with any proof they might have.

If you look at the neutral feedback left on the wintomato account profile in this forum, you will notice that there were some complicated issues that took long to be resolved and when they finally got "resolved" the manner with which it was done was not transparent.

You can pick a leaf from that feedback and use it to improve on the way you could handle such cases in the future.

Thanks for your suggestions! I believe that feedback was due to miss communication, and I guess players did not inform the team about the accusation or did not want input from Wintomato.
