221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin see $200 on: October 08, 2014, 11:58:05 AM
Dropping and dropping - that is now the trend. What do you think will happen to bitcoin? Will it see $200 by the end of the year?

in 3 weeks time. Smiley Bitcoin will be worth $200.

lets hope so.
222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it possible that 1 BTC be worth $2,000 by the end of 2015? on: October 08, 2014, 11:57:17 AM
Bitcoin is now what? $470? Is it possible that bitcoin will reach that kind of worth a year and half from now?

if top1000 btc holders suddenly die and all their wallets gets lost.
223  Economy / Speculation / Re: The bottom is in. on: October 08, 2014, 11:49:13 AM
The most stupid theory I've ever heard.

Like I've said previously, the dead cat will now bounce to 370-380, before crashing to sub 250. All of this will happen in less than a fortnight.

you said on 5 october that we will bounce back to 200

where is your stupid prediction now?

OP, thanks for sharing your vision.

The most stupid theory I've ever heard.

Like I've said previously, the dead cat will now bounce to 370-380, before crashing to sub 250. All of this will happen in less than a fortnight.

Please explain your point of view, instead of just making an empy statement. I am intested in your arguments though.

Nothing has changed about the fundamentals. Miners still have to sell coins to cover their expenses. 3600 coins are still created daily. That's a lot of sell pressure. Meanwhile, Average Joes still stay far away, due to the complexity, unsafety and lack of utility of BTC. Average Joes have safe, fast, cheap, reliable payment services, like credit cards. They don't need an unstable, incredibly slow, cumbersome, unsafe, expensive, uninsured payment system, still being beta tested after six years. Whales, early adopters and industry insiders know this. That's why they're getting rid of their coins.

And that's why Bitcoin will continue towards double digits, as soon as this particular dead cat bounce is over.

Please remember that every previous Bitcoin bubble was fueled by Willy, Markus and other Gox bots. Those bots are long gone, so there won't be any more rallies.

miner aren't the problem

early adopter are, because they control a large amount

miner amount is fixed(and also tends to a periodical halving), they can't be never the problem get over it

There was always problem early adopters, that will cripple Bitcoin forever ever.
224  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do I have cheap coins? on: October 08, 2014, 11:46:23 AM
I bought 10btc at 470 dollars , are those 'dem cheap coinz' ?
Will I be a millionaire one day?
Kind regards.

You will never have 1 million bitcoins, unless you are really rich guy.
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: moon? on: October 08, 2014, 11:45:09 AM

If dead zombie will bounce to the moon, we will be all filthy rich.

Some English university of Lancaster made a research, researching how Ebola spread so far and with airport connections worldwide. They calculated that till end of thsi month, there is 85% chances Ebola will spread to France and 50% chances to spread to UK.

Just dont say i did not warned you on time!
227  Economy / Economics / Re: Who owns and controls the Federal Reserve? on: October 08, 2014, 11:34:16 AM
I hope people who master and control the federal reserve is the right person, the master how to regulate the distribution of bitcoin precisely and evenly, the current price of bitcoin is in decline, the Federal Reserve should be able to control this, so the price of bitcoin can back up ...  Roll Eyes

They could use all the reserves and fight Bill Gates gets majority of Bitcoins. Unless Bill and Federals will work hand by hand, there will not be centralization but dualization.  There will always be two centers.
228  Economy / Economics / Re: I SAW 21000 BTC SELL WALL TODAYT on: October 08, 2014, 11:31:31 AM

229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Is cryptsy the only legitimate altcoin exchange? on: October 07, 2014, 01:14:57 PM

BTER has proven themselves there have been "support issues" but i can't recall any theft etc or anything like that

There was lot of millions NXT stolen on BTER, a month or 2 ago.

Hmm, i never heard about that. Then again, i haven't been around the community for almost 6 months. It seems alot has went down since i left. Typical altcoin drama, but boy was i shocked to hear about the Vericoin incident at Mintpal. that one totally caught me off guard, i thought Mintpal looked and felt like a solid exchange, but maybe it was just a polished turd like i had heard from inside sources.

I think Mintapal did something much more catastrophic than that just recently.

Is cryptsy the only legitimate altcoin exchange?

Yes

232  Economy / Speculation / Re: What’s happening with the Bitcoin Price? on: October 07, 2014, 01:05:35 PM
BTC is meant to be a very volatile currency now, its still a baby currency.

This is true now, BTC is decreasing in value.

At least more people will be able to afford it.

So this may increase the price?

No but will make price more stable and make coin more stable, and give him chance to survive.
So many here are just 100% convinced Bitcoin is the currency of tomorrow.
Ye sit is, but is not certain. If things go wrong will not be for sure.
233  Economy / Speculation / Re: A public Thanks! on: October 07, 2014, 01:01:40 PM

234  Economy / Speculation / Re: 25k btc's are about to be dumped on just bitstamp on: October 07, 2014, 12:59:50 PM
some old whale got his btc stolen, and the thief now is dumping

case resolved

But thief should not cash out, since will get caught,  but put them into some anonymous coins and cash out from there. And all anon coins had low  volume last week.
