We need a regular update on development. Once a week at least.
How about letting the devs work on the code instead of devel updates? Let me rephrase that: more time devs invest in updates, the less time will stay on development itself. Do you want rather words or features? :] The fact is a successful coin needs good development and good PR. Do you think Dogecoin is innovative? Daniel Peled isn't by his own words a developer. I'm sure he is busy but any great CEO has to be part salesman. The stakeholders will be the ones who make or break this coin, they will catapult the app as the first adopters. My experience is if coin lacks activity people lose interest, sell and walk away to something else. I'm not worried at this stage but you should understand my point. With the private VC investment, I'm sure Peled is working is ass offline developing and pushing Gems forward. I have no worries, Daniel will update when appropriate. He has much more to manage than just the Bitcointalk thread now  |

Koinify Update 1/12/15:
In recent developments and user feedback, we have decided to enable instant withdrawals from your Koinify wallet. With many of our users now using 2-factor authentication, increasing security, many of our users wanted to expedite their withdrawals. All withdraw requests should be immediately processed from here on out, aside from the block confirmation times (10-15 minutes on average).
Please do note that each token withdrawal costs Bitcoin transaction fees, which Koinify subsidizes for up to 20 transactions. If you use up your free quota, you will need to send BTC to your Koinify wallet to cover the transaction fees.

(normal behavior) It should be visible on exchange, since they've clearly been sent through the blockchain. If they are not available in poloniex contact support- as it is a problem on that end. the staff are excellent compared to many other exchanges and it should be resolved relatively quickly Correct, that is Poloniex, nothing to do with our withdrawal system. Poloniex has been having delays with accepting deposits, as per previous posts. They have a hot wallet its sent to, then goes to another address. I waited 3.5 hours after about 4 support emails to Poloniex to get mine to clear through. |

It seems we are no closer to answering the original question: How will presale participants will be determined from non-participants? I don't see how it's possible without Koinify supplying this information. For instance, if I withdraw pre-sale coins from Koinify into multiple getgems accounts, only one should be eligible for the perk, correct? Else, there's no such thing as a pre-sale perk. Not to sound rude, but now that the coins are unlocked, this should have already been answered. I hope Daniel can chime in when he can spare a moment. Let me correct myself, that message was a bit misleading. My apologies. Tokens stored in your Koinify wallet will not be eligible for the airdrop/reward, that is what I was trying to get at. Uninvited users are attributed to random pre-sale participants - this will be based on the Koinify token sale pre-sale addresses. I'll let Daniel answer the questions regarding how it will be tracked, but yes, you are marked as a 'pre-sale participant' due to your Koinify wallet address. |

You can withdrawal to your Counterwallet via your Koinify wallet by sending to your CounterWallet public address. |

There are zero pending withdrawals, they're being processed much quicker now. There are no withdrawals pending for any period of time, especially not ever 24 or 48 hours.

We've been approving for the past 24 hours. Please check with where you sent your tokens to, or, alternatively, PM me your email address and I will pull the TX on the blockchain of our withdrawal for you. I've sent you a PM with my email address. You should check your system because the withdrawal is right there in My Wallet on Koinify, Pending status. I hope we get some answers. I messaged Tom too and there has been no response yet... Anyone else having issues withdrawing from Koinify to Polo?
All withdrawals are processed, there defiantly was no 24 hour delay in approving and processing (at the time or writing, we haven't even had withdrawals open for 24 hours), we have a team around the clock 24/7 monitoring these. I'd suggest checking you sent it to the correct address, but there are no hanging or pending withdraws that ever sat in queue for anywhere close to 24 hours. I sent to Polo yesterday, it took 3.5 hours to hit my account. Its Poloniex, I have chats from the customer support team saying the "GEMZ network is very slow today"... whatever that means. Regardless, I had a similar experience with Poloniex yesterday. As for anybody else, you're being approved and processed when we see your 'YES' email. Is there a time limit how long gemz can stay at koinify or doesn't it matter? Nope, you can keep them in your Koinify wallet for as long as you want. We'll be exposing your public keys to you in your wallet soon, so you can send Koinify wallet to Koinify wallet if you wish as well. |

I am trying to withdraw the remainder of my GEMZ from my Koinify wallet. When I enter in the exact amount I have remaining, I get a pop-up telling me that I don't have enough funds. Am I supposed to deduct the fee for sending? If so, what is that amount, and why isn't Koinify doing this automatically?
I got around that block by subtracting 0.01 from my balance. That request went through, but so far I haven't got a confirm Email from Koinify. For my test withdrawal, I got the Email almost right away. My test withdrawal went through just fine, too. Let me know whether you accurately calculated the sending fee. If so, I guess I'll deduct 0.01 as well and send it on. Okay. If you want, you could try subtracting 0.005 instead: that may work too. I believe any amount under the absolute total will work. Again, I can't say for certain, we're still trying to replicate it in a controlled environment. |
