221  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bet On Mt Gox's Survival With Zentrade on: March 01, 2014, 09:59:34 AM
Thanks for the comment and the concern. We are currently looking at multiple avenues to prove our reliability to the Bitcoin community. In our minds, this is extremely important, especially in the wake of the Mt Gox debacle.

The point is that this needs to be done before you open and excitedly announce things, not as an afterthought.
222  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bet On Mt Gox's Survival With Zentrade on: February 24, 2014, 04:13:55 PM
We're excited
We've just gone live
Our first trading event
We also wanted
Zentrade team

That's an awful lot of we and ouring from someone with absolutely no reputation or establishment of competence.

See here.
223  Economy / Securities / Re: [Cryptostocks]Coinex.io they just removed all traces about there offer at CS on: February 24, 2014, 03:22:08 PM
English isen't everyone's first language you know, but there's nothing wrong with my education you can't get much higher actually, but that really has nothing to do with the fact that some of us actually like to prevent newcummers from making huge misstakes in the btcworld.

You seem to live under the spell of the notion that English being one's first language somehow magically bestows upon them linguistic competence. This is utterly false: even kids born in England have to go to grammar school.
224  Economy / Securities / Re: [Cryptostocks]Coinex.io they just removed all traces about there offer at CS on: February 24, 2014, 12:19:38 PM
Then you have Mpex where you can buy 4 of there own stocks if you first pay them 30 btc to be allowed to trade there,

This fundamental misunderstanding of yours was passed off as momentary idiocy the first time, but now I see you're bent on preaching it whenever possible.

Failing to understand the marketplace, or the difference between bitcoin's actual stock exchange and the various failed excuses for such passed off by people not at all capable of running such an operation, along with preferring an immediate emotional response to new things over actually reading and learning are all exceptionally shitty ways to go about things.

That you've noticed cryptostocks' well-documented failures is fine. That you're demonstrably making an effort to elaborate on the topic is potentially useful. That you stop short of understanding bitcoin finance is your loss, but it doesn't particularly matter. Don't for an instant imagine, however, that your failure qualifies you to present a few soggy scraps as anything other than that.
225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women have to take the lead! on: February 23, 2014, 04:18:19 AM
Really! We have to get Women on Board.

You know, i consider myself a Feminist, and its just unfair that nobody helps Women to get into Bitcoin. We will all suffer, because there are no Women around. And I'll tell you the Reason why: I've just read that Thread about if Women use Bitcoin or not and I stumbled over some quote from some Woman-Reporter. She mentioned, that Women are responsible for so and so many sales (Like Trillions) and it is a missed opportunity if you don't have them on board because then they will spend the money elsewhere.

Now we have to realize that a Woman will never bother to buy a coin, because that is nerdy and Women don't like nerdy. And Woman SHOULD not buy the coin, they should WANT the coin because of what you can DO with the Coin. Women will help Bitcoin, because they wont hoard it. No Woman hoards money. They will spend it as fast as they can, thus finally giving Bitcoin the possibility to be a real currency. That is one MAJOR problem solved. With Women - Dont make it about the coin, make it about the amenities you have have with it. Women want to buy stuff that is A) expensive, B) fun, C) makes their girlfriends jealous and D) sparkles. Bitcoin has NONE of these qualities and - lets face it - wont ever have. So we can state, that Bitcoin is not apealing to Women, which is a shame, because Women are very important.

It is right, what the Woman-Reporter said. Women do buy lots of stuff, they spend so fucking much money. But they like things to be easy and smooth and to sparkle. It MUST not be complicated, it must not be necessary to think about what you're doing and it must not feel nerdy or creepy, but super-awesome. It must be as easy as opening your wallet and take the money out. As of yet you will have to help a Woman to make a transaction with Bitcoin every time, because they can't be bothered learning how to do it, be it one transaction, be it 1000. You'll alwasy start at step one. Bitcoin-Transactions are just something no Woman wants (or should have) to learn, because she really has other concerns, like dressing nice and going to the Prom and be an actress. As a Feminist I say, we as a community are doing WAY to little to help Woman come to use Bitcoin.

An Example: You know why Apple has had its huge success? WOMEN bought it because its easy. You basically can't do shit with an Ipad, because its so locked up, but its oh sooo easy to use. Everything that is hard is not for the Women! It really is not. Women are the real driving force in the economy. They have the financial power and often the say in spendings. Big commercial hits have all been EASY. Same with EVERY major thing in the last 20 years. Look at the adaption-rate of the Internet. The Women only started to come in after the modems died. Modems virtually scared the Women away from the internet, made strange noises and just did not feel right. Why should a Woman have to wait for Internets, feeling uncomfortable and scared by those strange noises? Dial-up was way to complicated, like 10times to complicated. But we managed this problem and made Internet as easy as 1-2-3 and then even easier. And -bam- came the Women. They all came! To make things short: If you want something to suceed - WOMEN must want it and then it HAS to be easy.

Bitcoin is NOT easy. Its just not. You know that. Think from a female perspective. Bitcoin is not funny, it does not make you laugh or feel good and there is nothing to feel. But these are the core-assests for Women. What is being done to enable Women to handle Bitcoins? We must motivate them and find a way to make it so easy to use, a 4-year-old Boy could handle it without a problem. Thats an exaggeration, but you get the point. I think this is one MAJOR direction we have to go with Bitcoin to really arrive at the Mainstream and get the money flowing in.

So lets make things easy for the Women, we'll all profit from it.

Edit: Had to clarify things, it was a little to feminist, I toned that down a little.

Get fucked and read more, you clueless twit. Women don't need idiots like you "helping". Go learn a trade.
226  Economy / Securities / Re: [QUINTO] IPO on cryptostocks on: February 23, 2014, 04:16:03 AM
Sorry to post such an offtopic answer, but MPOE-ER, who are you?
I keep reading your posts on almost every important thread in BTT, and i see you roaming and policing(mildly Grin) other minor threads.
Some of your comments are so bright and funny at the same time, you make me think you are some kind of eddie izzard.

Thanks mate. You provided this noob here with lots of very useful intel and that was by your questions only..
I would love to listen an analysis from you on almost anything.

Cheers.
227  Economy / Securities / Re: [ANN] [EasyBitzz] IPO Announcement on: February 22, 2014, 02:53:44 PM
We are hoping for owners who believe in our greater mission of promoting the mass adoption of cryptocurrency.

Believing in someone's mission may be a fine basis for charity, but on its own it is not a basis for investing. See here, and listen to the folks who are bringing objections instead of trying to argue your way out of it.
228  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How Bitcoinbuilder and mcxNow can save Mtgox users on: February 22, 2014, 07:39:29 AM
Here it's a practical suggestion (entirely based on free market) to Mtgox users so they can "withdraw" their bitcoins from Mtgox and recover their losses:

1) use Bitcoin Builder to withdraw your bitcoins from Mtgox with a loss

2) transfer what you get to mcxNow to earn interest from deposit. Just by depositing in mcxNow, you'll be paid interest every 6 hours. Another option is to buy mcxFEE and earn dividends in all cryptocurrencies traded there every 6 hours (each mcxFEE returns 0,001% of all fees paid in mcxNow). Other option is mcxBUX, which is the "virtual" dollar of mcxNow (1 mcxBUX ~= US$ 1). If you think bitcoin price will go down, buy mcxBUX and profit.

3) mcxNow is growing like never before. With a higher volume, everyone will benefit from using it. And off course you can trade and recover faster your losses, but I just want to show an easy way, so everybody don't have to wait until Mtgox returns (if it will really return one day...).

There's better ways to waste your life than affiliate spamming for known scams.
229  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Help MtGox on: February 22, 2014, 07:36:12 AM
So my question is: what can we do to help mtgox? Can we help?

If you want to help the incompetent, those established as incapable, the liars, the posturers, and the vain, stop imagining that a third party stepping in is "help". It's enabling, it's face-saving, it's a childish unwillingness to accept the basic facts of life, and it does not belong in bitcoin.

230  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcoin42 ATM on: February 22, 2014, 07:25:04 AM
We are a dedicated team of experts and Bitcoin enthusiasts based in Mexico and Germany. Currently we are undergoing the process of establishing Tijuana’s first Bitcoin ATM which will be located at the Bitcenter, the machine will use two currencies, US dollars and Mexican pesos; our main goal is for everyone to have access to Bitcoins and can therefore easily and safely store value or make instant worldwide low fee transfers.  If you would like to know more about us please visit our website www.bitcoin42.com , or drop by the Bitcenter Tijuana to check out the ATM.

Some good ideas would be to get yourselves in the WoT, clean up or better yet scrap and rewrite your site copy if that's going to be your source of public info (from a bio: "Deeply rooted knowledge about the entire Bitcoin scene, years of expertise in mining and in general very computer affiliate."), and in general to see here.

Good luck to you.
231  Other / Meta / Re: Ponzi world taking over gambling section on: February 20, 2014, 12:26:35 PM
regardless of the content of the ponzis, they are breaking the "one site per thread" rule by copy-pasting the scams to new domains almost daily.

I'm all for "games and rounds" housing them all for now also if making a new sub is too hard.
Hmm... I did not notice that! If it's truly the case that they are buying a domain just to bypass the uniqueness rule, then clearly they are violating that rule. I'll look into this.

Good luck.
232  Economy / Securities / Re: OpenCryptoMining.com pre IPO announcement on: February 19, 2014, 09:39:24 PM
Hi OP. Re cryptostocks, see here. As for the IPO process, see here.
233  Economy / Securities / Re: [QUINTO] IPO on cryptostocks on: February 19, 2014, 09:30:11 PM
I have had a bitcointalk account for sometime.  I just created the QuintoBTC account not to mix my personal and business.

This is why you get a WoT account.

As for the rest of your vague claims: they're vague, and they're claims (coming from someone with no reputation, mind you). Even leaving aside for a moment the issue of whether a lottery is a thing to invest in, what you've presented so far is simply an amalgamation of your personal goals (which are fine and dandy, but which don't belong in an IPO presentation) and your confidence in a plan which has not actually been put together (which is meaningless for anyone but you). All of this, thrown up on a scammy exchange, and with the nonsensical posture that people kindly pointing out your mistakes are "negative" and "bantering".

See here.
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin startups on: February 18, 2014, 09:22:27 PM
I don't see what the funny part is?

Let me make it plain for you then.

Quote
Aside from the amount invested, this investment round is also notable for the number of investors involved. The firm lists 15 in its statement announcing the deal, which would mean an average of $40,000 each (although the investment is likely to be unevenly spread).

Bitcoin is getting bigger and that means more scrutiny.

And assorted derpage on this thread. Hey look, fifteen people scrounged together fifty bitcoins each, this is Bitcoin getting bigger, check out how much the SEC matters and the usual pipe dreaming.

Yes, Bitcoin is huge, and growing. Not here, not with you.
235  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Calling out CasinoBitco.in on: February 18, 2014, 09:22:16 PM
[ ] accusation of a scam
[ x] accusation of poor business plan
[ x] hand waving
[ ] strong call out

Usually when you quote more than you actually write, your argument is dead on arrival.

good try mpoe. You should just continue to be the gate keeper of obvious scams. Your ability to analyze anything more sophisticated, as clearly demonstrated here, falls flat on its face.

Sophisticated? What are you, specially gifted or something?
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin startups on: February 18, 2014, 07:44:21 PM
Remember bitcoin startups there are others people who are accredited investors other than Erik and Roger. I really feel they get every deal, and I get invites to invest in a silk road marketplace. So bitcoin startups remember there are many investors who can bring a lot of talent and money to companies.

I nearly fell over laughing. Carry on, this thread delivers.
237  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Scammer] Amongst us ~!! on: February 18, 2014, 06:02:00 AM
Learn to WoT, OP.
238  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CrazyRabbi abusing Trust-System on: February 18, 2014, 05:49:49 AM
Hahaha, someone ate some bad gefilte fish.

Don't worry about it OP, no amount of that guy's derping will coalesce into meaningful feedback. Save yer herebys for stuff that matters.
239  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Organic Olive Oil for bitcoins on: February 18, 2014, 05:37:17 AM
Neat. You might consider setting up a WoT account to help get yourself established.
240  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone having problems with cryptostocks.com ? WE ARE on: February 18, 2014, 05:23:19 AM
Why you can't invest with Cryptostocks.

Yes, people are having problems with cryptostocks. And have been. For a very long time. Research the services you use before using them.
