I think a group buy like this would be really cool, except i don't live in America... I think if someone could get these at good prices they would be a great investment log term that would work well with mining hardware.

3% is not too bad, to be able to buy bitcoin with my bank account in my country cost me nearly %15 above market price! It is not great but I should be able to make this money back easily when I go to sell more.

Made a little bit extra fiat money with the price rise It's always nice to see your purchasing power go up, hopefully it doesn't stop.

I think the idea of doing a parlay for a few of the upcoming games will be good as you can make a nice tidy profit betting on games you should be able to pick fairly easily However as for pakistan ireland my money will be on pakistan.

So what's going on in here? Is this thing still running? Can one apply?
yes you can apply into this signature campagin yes its still running check OP and you can see all the details!! Why does he need to know my phone number? Weird. Same, this is the only thing putting me off joining... Bitcoin is meant tobe anonymous..if someone has my phone number.. i am no longer anonymous.. You can easily buy a sim card for like a dollar or two and recieve a new phone number you can use for many things or even just use an online service.

I don't think a price change would change someones negativity that much in my opinion. Jut because somethings cost goes up does not mean it is any more effective, it is the same bitcoin as before with a few more buyers than sellers.

If one bitcoin is worth one million dollars, how is it remotely imaginable that these exchanges will not just run off with the coins?
Assuming that trade volume would be on current level, BTC-e for example would earn 15396*0,2%= 30,7BTC = over 30 millions $ of daily income. Still tempting to commit robbery? But volume in single exchange couldn't be as huge as it is now, because: - in most cases people will change some satoshis only - world's BTC exchange volume would be dispersed on much more places and services than now, because such valuable asset surely will attract everybody's attention I think by that time that happens the volume on many exchanges will fall massively, we may even go back to the talk of using mBTC for everything rather than whole bitcoins.

Did you really expect him to payout? He was a member with not a lot of credibility who can easily just leave and never pay... In these situations if the bet is serious escrow is a must... Atleast this is a lesson learnt for next time

I guess I will start you of with 0.15, this is pretty cool. What kind of shipping do you use? Goodluck with sales.

290 on bitstamp. I hope we see it going up a bit higher and remain optimistic but honestly I think it will settle around this price for a little while or maybe even dipping a little bit. Although I don't really trade much.

Each day we see the world looking more and more like it is headed to another big war... For all we know we are already half way there and it is only a matter of time. it is quite sad to see...

Honestly anything you can find pretty cheap are good, you will find it easy to learn how to pull the most out of the hardware. Are you looking to profit well or just get started and hope for the best? (It may depend on what miner I recommend based on wattage etc.)

These are cool but I think they would be better in like a capsual thing where it springs up and goes everywhere, from what I can tell this will just fall in front of them and be a small annoyance

It is generally to serve the masses. You may not get the full use of your money but others do, Is this fair? Maybe not but it helps your country you live in. It reminds me of a story of a farmer who's whole property got destroyed, when people came they gave him money for it all and he said he did not want to take charity they replied have you been paying your taxes all your life? If so this money is already yours, you've been paying for it all your life.

You can if you wish but from what I can see with most people if you are in it for the money you are unlikely to make to much for a bit of time and effort.

There are many big sites that accept bitcoin but are not related, an example being dell and dish who both accept bitcoin.
But I guess those sites accept Bitcoin as an experiment, but make their living out of fiat money. The whole point is that when I think about bitcoin, the only people I know who admit to make money out of it are gamblers and speculators. And their final goal is to use bitcoin as a temporary method to increase their fiat money. That is a symptom of failure. Small companies like shops are really skeptical and some of them declare to have lost money by accepting bitcoin, If real and honest work is being exchanged for bitcoin, for me that is a symptom of success. Most wil keep cashing out in fiat due the fact Bitcoin is still in its infancy. As merchant adoption arises it will be more and more pointless to cash out for deprecating fiat. Exactly, especially when a business needs to pay for things such as tax they will need to hold enough fiat to pay that of along with other costs that arise.

It looks like it is going to happen finally. This I think is great news for bitcoin to see the price going up over time since the last major bubble.
|
|

I think some people were fearing that the silk road bitcoins would be instantly dumped however this has not happen and there is a number of buyers now.

Unfortunately I do not think you will be a millionaire however I think you might have a fair amount of money by that time. It is not impossible for that to happen, I guess this is like when bitcoin hit $150 for the first time and I thought that would be the highest price we would see for a long long time
