100+ for the croud though. But I will not waste my time to argue with you or convince "crowd" or your potential buddies how trustworthy or scammy you are. I have tried many many times without succes. So if you are good enough to convince them and scam them go ahead and do it. If they are stupid and dum enough to go for it even warned many times it is their fault and blame
I am done with this topic also
Good luck with your venture
Ps:
On my ex solo pool closed recently,  a miner with 2th found two bloks  during the year. So do not loose your hope miracles still happen especially arround Christmas  Grin
222  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Introducing Tricky's Mining Pools on: December 18, 2015, 05:42:33 PM
I am not buying your excuse mate Wink
You do not know Con but we know him and we do not know you. I personally tried to warn people in Nexious pool but nobody listened. So this time I do hope they will listen. Starting a pool from nowhere these days is a sure loss  for the pool OP. I am wandering where your energy is comming from... Huh
Best
People be warned and be careful what you do!
223  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: SPV Mining and how to slow it down ... if you care to ... on: December 15, 2015, 02:35:38 PM
I have started long time ago on my own if it matters. The point is that to change something as a whole in btc all of us shall act as ONE and SPV is no exception.

Peace...
And because I know MacBook Air greatest fear is block withold once again block withold attack against any ppps pool in our case CHINESE will kill it for sure Grin
224  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: SPV Mining and how to slow it down ... if you care to ... on: December 15, 2015, 01:28:09 PM
Well, the discussion goes to SPV Mining.
F2Pool is improving, as I can see it, so it is fair to say the message come through and they try their best.
AntPool still produce 0 Blocks. They do nothing, just counting their income.

Sure and the discussion goes how to slow it down remember?

At the end Chinese brothers will do whatever they want and how they want it. It is their style of doing business in general. That is a statment  from my expirience with them in all fields unrelated to BTC.
1. Stop to mine there immediately!!!
2. Stop to mine there immediately!!!
3. For fighters who want to stop them even loosing some money.
a:) Rent and point Petahashes to their PPS pools(via patched proxy Wink) and do block withold. Be constant and they will feel the pain Grin Grin Grin Grin
225  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: SPV Mining and how to slow it down ... if you care to ... on: December 15, 2015, 11:59:28 AM
The solution is quite simple
Everybody has own good reason to mine in CHINESE pools.
So just fuck them and stop mining there. If you do believe they are destroying Bitcoin there is no such Good reason to justify YOUR OWN will to mine there.
But unfortunately it is not the case...
....
Ps: if any one speaks CHINESE please translate it Grin

I'm curious how many people and hash power outside of China mine in Chinese pools.  Even more curious as to the reasons why they do this.  (If a majority of mining were in Antarctica I would be asking a different question.)

A surprising amount. I've even seen quite a few respected members on bitcointalk say they're mining on f2pool/antpool. Pretty sad when you've got great alternatives like this pool.
I will add that it is pretty said that so called "respected members on bitcointalk" do use Chinese pools....

PSA BIP65 is now active, should probably shut off the stratum servers right away since v3 blocks are no longer valid.
Pool has been shut down. Home page has been updated also!
Once again I want to thank to all of our miners and supporters. Please use solo.ckpool.org instead!
Best

231  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [ANN] TBDice.org BTC/LTC solo pool Technobit DICE 2 BTC blocks solved on: December 11, 2015, 09:03:48 AM
FYI the block this pool found a few hours ago is v3. Those blocks will start to get orphaned likely in a a few days when BIP65 activates. This pool should either shut down or upgrade to bitcoin core version 0.11.2 before that happens.
No shit sherlock Wink
I state this clearly pool is closing read. please read my post just above.
I am not going to invest from my time anymore into this. I stated clearly that all of the miners shall switch
To solo.ckpool.org
congrats to lucky winner this is his second block for the last year with 2th only. Miracles still happen though
Marry Christmas dude!!!!!!
232  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [ANN] TBDice.org BTC/LTC solo pool Technobit DICE 2 BTC blocks solved on: December 04, 2015, 06:07:05 PM
Guy's
The pool will be operational by the end of this year.
It was a personal challenge for me to make MM solo implementation. Unfortunately ruining a pool with low hash rate in a professional way is the luxury which I can not afford any more. I need my server resources for other unrelated to Bitcoin projects.
I want to thank to all of you who mined here. It was my pleasure!
Please make sure you switch in time. I will advise you to use solo.ckpool.org for solo mining and avoid all CHINESE pools at any cost in general.
However our litcoin pool is doing grat and will stay  open. For any further information about ltc.tbdice.org, please post in the litecointalk.org pool thread.
Keep mining folks Wink
Best
Loshia

To admins:
Please lock the thread and change topic to something like BTC pool closing litecoin is staying operational if you can of course. The other way is to give me appropriate topic permissions to do it personally.
Thank you

We need to support each other and stick to the most reputable persons here. All is about trust that is how i do things...
234  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Nexious.com WARNING POOL OPERATOR IS NOT PAYING NOR RESPONDING on: November 21, 2015, 05:09:52 PM
I don't think it's the 0% fee that becomes the red light, since there are a number of pools from which you can choose that have no fees.  However, the "coming out of the woodwork" newbies who have supposedly been mining for 3 years and just now decided they want to be a pool operator so created an account here... now those are the ones you need to investigate.  And yes, Con called him out, and even offered him what I thought was a very generous deal to prove himself.
What about 5 BTC block reward? That was enough for me to know the truth. 1 BTC promised in the beginning was almost enough. My comment about it can be found in this thread. I do think that 0% fee is enough not only for the newbies though. I have pointed out here and there that such thing like free lunch never exists. Someone pays the bill at the end...

Does anyone find this new thread a possible ripoff.

asking for you to pm him to join a private pool. see his sig

Message me to join FIZTONIC 0% fee private mining!

He opened his account on the 20th of nov. 2015
Precisely why I didn't feel any inclination to give him the benefit of the doubt. Looks like the same guy trying to repeat the same offence.

Just on spot Con as always.
I am wandering what the block reward finder this time will be. 10 BTC maybe or even more. And magic 0 % fee shall be used as a red light for all folks
236  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Nexious.com - 5BTC Block Finder Bonus! - Pays Tx, PPLNS, 0% Fee Promo on: November 15, 2015, 07:37:42 AM
Promotion Extention!

Sadly the elusive first block is yet to be found. Some may call me crazy but I have decided to extend the promotion for another 24 hours! Here's what you can win;

5 BTC for the first block finder
1 BTC for the top 5 hashrates

So get in quick because an offer like this won't come around again! Remember to let your friends and family know as the more miners we have the faster when can find that first block.

Regards,
Nexious
Almost 2K euro for charity? I am fan of technology also but it seems too much.for instance my pool has found two BTC blocks for almost a year now with constant 10-20 th and even though first one was pretty quick and I was expecting it will bring more users it was not the case.
But that are yours money after all....

Guy's
There are enough threads in HW sub forum  about Technobit. I am not marto. I explained many times what are my relations with him. I do not wana be a judge and I do not know your stories. I will appreciate if we keep this topic clean and discuss pool related things only.

Folks,
Upgrade went smoothly no issues. The home page BTC stats are ok now. There are bright and shiny new NMC stats with best auxshare and stuff also. The instructions how to MM are there too.

Please do post here if you have questions or issues or whatever.

Make sure you hit a couple of refreshes on each page in the beginning Wink
