221  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: December 15, 2022, 09:43:53 PM
Thanks for the free bets Steve, Sportsbet, and also Jeremy! Used it for two semifinal games, but lost the first one :/

Lost it. None of them got right Tongue
But it's still better for getting lost on all of our picks than getting one wrong pick in a multibet.
I have to say sometimes there are days like that and it bothers me so much because of confidence. I mean I get it and there is a good chance that we are going to end up with just having those days no matter how much of a betting "master" you might be, so we can have it too.

But, it just feels like... like am I not even aware of what football is? How could I know NONE of them right? It really screws with my mind and it takes a while to get out. I had this in UCL, wagered on favourites, and you might remember within span of 24 hours Real, City, and so forth all big teams failed to win at the same time, it was a horrible period, gave a break for 2 weeks or so.
222  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals! on: December 15, 2022, 03:25:05 PM
This time the odds boost promotion is quite different, Duelbits offer to double the current odds but we need to bet the first goal scorer. It's risky to be honest and I'm not sure which one will make a score, Mbappe doesn't always to become the first goal scorer. Now the odds for Mbappe is @3.50, that would be @7.00 and followed with Giroud @5.20, that would be @10.40.
The odds are very challenging, imagine if Giroud does it that means our money increases 10x but that's if it happens, unfortunately all the great strikers playing in this World Cup don't always score and also be the first to do it in the match because any player can do it when there is an opportunity, I will skip this one after my funds run out because playing in a slot that doesn't give big wins at all.
I really do not feel like those are good bets for me, I just bet on the winner and that's it, France in this case yesterday, Argentina day before yesterday, and for Sunday I will say France for sure and that's it.

If I know the winner then the bet is good enough for me and the return is good enough for me as well.
I am not saying that it is a big money, of course its a small return but the risk is a lot lower as well.

I did not want to wager on semi finals but couldn't hold myself and wagered again, and glad that I did, because Argentina won, if they lost then I would be very upset with myself because I said I wouldn't wager and still couldn't hold myself and did it, glad it worked out.
223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bloody Year 2022 coming to End on: December 14, 2022, 03:43:20 PM
The reality is that if we are following past years, 2021 was good and so was 2017, then 2018 was bad and so was 2022, which means 2023 should be more like 2019 and I feel like that's not bad. We reached from 3.5k bottom at start of 2019 to peak 14k and dropped to 7k by the end of it.

It means on average we were at around 20k, so we should go to around 80k, and then drop to 40k this year or if you take it even at lowest 15k levels then 60k to 30k is also possible as well. Something around those levels of movement would make it like it was 2019 and I feel like something more like 50k to 30k is quite likely and I feel like it will probably happen. Then the boom year will happen in 2024.
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will not become the world currency. on: December 14, 2022, 12:48:19 PM
Too many people are acting as if this is such a big step for bitcoin but in reality it doesn't need to be. We are aware that we could go as high a 68k so far, that means 100k is not that far away.

Let's assume for a moment that we reached to 100k and stable there and just not move too much, bottom 90 and top 120k and stay there for many many years. Would that be too bad? Does it have to be world wide? Does it have to be used everywhere? Or is it enough to know that some people use it and that's it.

I personally would be fine with that level and that should be good for everyone for sure, it shouldn't be required to have anything bigger than that for bitcoin to be doing good.
225  Economy / Economics / Re: Have Satoshi dream failed? on: December 14, 2022, 07:20:31 AM
Satoshi didn't imagine a world where we pay no taxes at all, he imagined a world where our money wouldn't go up and down because of bad moves by the government.

Fortunately or unfortunately the decentralization didn't prevented that yet, but it did helped a lot compared to fiat. Like look at USA, they printed literally 4 trillion dollars in the past five or so years, isn't that proof that bitcoin actually did good?

We are about to trade around $20k level right now, for many months we failed to see that, and for many months after we see it, we failed to recover that, and now we are seeing it as a bear run price, we dreamed of reaching 20k, now we think it's a bad price to be in. That's success.
226  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for December on: December 13, 2022, 09:23:03 PM
Things are just like previous months without any change. We are not in a bear market nor a bull market. And the price is not going to go down unless some negative event takes place like FTX crap that happened and caused a drop or the Russian invasion that was the beginning of all this.

In short if nothing changes we will continue seeing sideways with a little rise...
I have to say that price will not go down, but it's not like it's going up neither. By the looks of it, we are going to probably live a very calm month and the price will stay the same for sure. I am not saying that's the best thing neither, maybe that's good or maybe that's bad, but that is what we are going to end up living in for sure.

This is why I made all my financial arrangements according to what we have been living currently and as if we are going to end up with the same price range for the rest of the month. If I am somehow wrong and it moves up or down too much I will be fine, I am a long term investor but it wouldn't really be a great deal.
227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Future and perpetual (derivative) trading on: December 13, 2022, 08:28:11 AM
The biggest difference is that perp swaps have funding rates while futures don’t. Futures have premiums  or backwardation but perp swaps are usually at mark price but there is a funding you pay every 8 hours.

Basically if you want a quick trade, trade the perp swaps. If you want a long term trade then trade the futures. And keep note of when they expire.
In futures trading also, you need to pay interest on daily basis if you hold beyond the day cut off. In forex, if take long position then exchange will pay you interest (after 24 hours or next day) and if you take short position and if you hold beyond a day then you need to pay interest for your open position.

As per your explanation, we can say perpetual trading is a kind of spot trading with all other characteristics of futures trading?

On a side note I like recall one more definition I learned from other topic here: spot trading can be treated as zero leveraged futures trading (still we need to bother about price differences and expiry date).
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good days to bitcoin will be back soon. on: December 12, 2022, 09:54:49 PM
I am 100% sure that it will continue and there won't be any problems at all. Price will recover and we are going to be doing a lot better. I am not entirely sure if it will be seeing or not, but I am sure that it's going to be higher than right now.

People are looking at things too low, like I get it, there is a reason to be pessimistic about the price because of the whole year and the bear run, but that doesn't mean that it will continue to be like that forever. I get that we have seen it for a while, and the world economy is shitty but that doesn't mean that we should be expecting bitcoin to be under 20k for the whole 2023, that's not realistic o expect.
229  Economy / Speculation / Re: The world is not doing well on: December 12, 2022, 08:32:02 PM
I am a person who believes that every problem will be accompanied by a solution, it's just that we need to think more and find the right solution. Problems that come are not without reason, beforehand there will definitely be prevention efforts so that the problem can be prevented without waiting for them to really come, and also if they have already arrived there will be a solution to solve it.
An impending recession will definitely make people worry, that's a natural thing for a human being. It's just that some can handle their worries well, some get carried away with the worries that come to them. That's what causes people to be wrong in taking good steps to deal with problems that come.
Sometimes problems just comes because we create them, not because there is a solution lacking. Which means that we could both avoid the problem but also could solve the problem and yet we still don't. Look at politicians, they are the biggest examples of this, they could find the solution and yet deny to do it because it would give them more votes to just decline to solve it, and that could be personally done too.

Like I "know" how to lose weight, but I don't do it, I fail so far, hopefully one I will do it properly, not because I don't know how, I know how, eat healthy and do exercise, but I just fail to do it and that is why I am overweight. Not all problems are solvable, not because of lack of solution.

You just need to understand that as long as the business is moving and there are still gamblers who continue to play using the site you will continue to earn your share, the sample calculations will be used as reference though the actual will be on the site and the team who offer this revenue share for all the investors.

Understanding the concept and continue doing business by playing and bringing your friends to play will help if you are also an investor who's willing to take the long road.
That is always a good thing but this creates a dilemma that has been talked here before. If we are making a profit from gamblers losing, that means the creators of this website are earning less from it, doesn't mean they get nothing, it just means they don't get 100% of it back, we are getting some of that.

However, if we are talking about marketing, then it is not done by us, which means while getting less money because we are getting a share, they also have to spend some of their money to also do marketing as well, which means even less left for them, and promotions and bonuses and expenses to run a casino etc etc. All in all, it causes a bit of trouble for the team for sure.
231  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: December 11, 2022, 09:38:31 PM
France had a "bit" of trouble beating England, after all these were very close teams and we haven't really seen close level teams playing each other so far, it was either favourites winning, or the underdogs who were seen as much worse that ended up winning and shocking the world since day 1 it has been like that and still is even last night.

But, France and England was the first time two big nations that were close to each other in talent levels ended up playing each other, so it was obvious it would be hard.

Thank God, I wagered on France, to be fair I wagered on France for every game they had, and I have been losing money left and right during this world cup, sportsbet.io could probably pay their hydro bill from just my losses alone lol Cheesy.

That is really nice winnings from just 72 spins,I have already 78 which I collected by exchanging RP to WoF bonus in 3600 or 4 WoF for roll and still have not used them.I found out that a perfect strategy is to use them just before the bonus days in reward points when gambling for example x4 or x5 as I only play at that bonus and to increase your satoshi stash,as a gambler I have also the bonus which I can get double my initial amount to play during the bonus window.Last time I had 6600 Satoshi, also used the bonus to 13200 and in wagered amount this was translated to 276.000 Satoshi,so tons of RP earned by doing this.
Honestly tickets do pay out not that bad if you collect them enough. I usually let them go to waste most of the time unfortunately, and I should know better, it's my bad and I will try to do better in the future. I did follow through once, and got good returns. I just see this place as a place where I come in once in a while and have great fun and then leave, not something I check every single day, it's more like a bank and casino combined for me.

I get affiliate income and also interest and have RP that I hope to turn into cash one day, I don't do faucets anymore, and I gamble once a month or so all of that away, and then next month I come back and do the same, so these wheel stuff is still a bit newer to me.
233  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: December 11, 2022, 03:19:22 PM
I think bigger returns based on how you gamble. There are too many people who abuse stake, so they limited it as much as they can to newer accounts, but the more you gamble, even if you win, the more you will have a limit. After all, if you ever win 1 million dollars total, they should be letting you wager a whole million dollars so that they could get that back from you right?

It means it is not just the people who lose that gets a bigger limit, they specially take care of people who end up winning as well to make sure that they are doing fine. I personally care about the situation a lot because my limit is high and I am quite proud of that.
234  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > Millions of bonus monthly < on: December 11, 2022, 05:16:31 AM
Idk whats going on bitsler nowadays, haven't been logged since months especially when they aren't active anymore on this forum, seems they are focusing on their own site.
Anyway, bitsler isn't jamyr's site. AFAIK the owner is Baryom (but not sure if the owner has changed to other person or not).
They were very active on offer many and huge promotions back then, about leveled up account, deposit bonus, hunting roll and many other promotions
Well, sometimes websites just take a bit of break as well, it's not just gamblers that take a break from gambling, its websites and casinos who take a break from everything else as well.

This allows two things for them, first of all an understanding what would happen if they did no marketing and just let it run, do absolutely nothing but just support in case anything goes wrong, and let the people who gamble here end up gambling, bunch of money in the account anyway, so to see how it would go, and secondly they could gather some more money from the ones who are left to play here, and then collect it to a huge amount so they could come back with a big bang if they ever want to from all the money saved aside.
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins future is Bright on: December 10, 2022, 09:40:40 PM
13 years is a short time we can see the development of bitcoin for the community, although there is a lot of negative news that attacks, this shows that bitcoin has a good future and always has a positive effect on its owners
Negative news the effect is temporary and has less effect on the long term. On the other hand, hacks and takeovers lead to severe drops in price. There are people who know to capitalise on this by buying at the low.

Development is ongoing, but that rarely has much effect on the price. Rest assured that Bitcoin will always be the top crypto but the prices will vary as per many factors. The growing mainstream acceptance of crypto means the future is bright. Keep stacking bitcoin till the next high.
The great thing about the drops due to hacks or scams is the fact that the money is still there and that means we are going to see it again pop up somewhere. Like lets say someone stole 10 thousand bitcoins, those bitcoins are still there and that means if that person wants to turn that money into fiat ever, or even wants to use it ever, they will have to move it, and even if they don't move it, they make all the other people a favour by making it locked.

All in all, the temporary drop after these are perfect times to buy, because in the end we are not going to see it do any worse long term, in fact it may actually do a bit better in the long run because of it.
236  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this Satoshi? Did he sign that message? on: December 10, 2022, 08:46:32 PM
The simplest answer is that if Satoshi was back, and he signed messages on bitcointalk and shared it, I am sure that the whole world would be talking about it and that would be the way you will hear about it. You are not going to see a topic started about it, you are going to see news articles written about it and twitter going crazy about it, you wouldn't ask if it is him or not, you would see proof all around the world.

Those tells me that it's not, there is a way to do this, and that person did it, that is how you know it's a fake. I do not even have the talent to confirm or not based on signed message, and even with lack of that skill, I just used common sense to realize it's not.
237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would be an ideal KYC solution? on: December 10, 2022, 06:00:32 PM
KYC will stay as a big problem won't it? I mean it is not clear why, but it is clear that we are going to keep having this for a long time and that upsets me for sure. I wish that it never even existed, that would have been a lot better. I am trying to make sure that I play in places that doesn't offer such a thing, and not have KYC at all, but unfortunately it is getting more and more common these days.

I get that people want to make sure that they are playing in legit places and most legit places have KYC but that doesn't mean that all places that doesn't ask KYC is shady, Stake doesn't ask it and they are as legit as it gets, and I like it that way.
238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: December 09, 2022, 09:26:03 PM
even Aubameyang has not been able to make a good contribution on the Chelsea front line this season so if Chelsea officially gets Ronaldo I think Aubameyang will be Graham second choice in the second half of this season.
It is going to be a really smart move for Chelsea should they sign Ronaldo, the only problem i can forsee now is just the bad image that the media have given Ronaldo, they have made him look like a petulant individual who is concerned only about himself and not his team, that can be the only worry that Chelsea would have in making this deal possible, they would consider that if these reports on Ronaldo are true, then he might bring disunity into their team.

Having said that, Ronaldo is a great goalscorer, and Chelsea need that atm, Aubameyang and Broja are not exceptional footballers, they are very good players, but they cannot produce the goals in numbers that Chelsea require to win trophies, Ronaldo on the ther hand can come into Chelsea and help them win trophies with his goals, i'm pretty sure Todd Boehly would be really considering this move.
If Chelsea is going to sign Cristian Ronaldo then surely it's going to be big boost for them as his presence is going to have big impact on their performance and quality but sadly right now media is playing negative role for the player and creating feud with his last statement against Manchester United coach Ten Haq but here now if Chelsea is looking for the better results in the future then surely they have to ignore these all things and bring him in their squad because Graham Potter is fail to handle few big players those were doing good in other clubs but fail to create good results for the Chelsea under this management.

Now here big advantage is Chelsea is not having to pay big fees for this player as he is currently free agent, and they can take good advantage of this all and if he plays good role for the team then surely in next season they could be able to qualify for the Champions League and able to have better results in this as well because Ronaldo is having good experience for the Champions League as well.
239  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 09, 2022, 06:49:00 PM
Don't forget the last surprise in the round of 16 was how Morocco beat Spain on penalties, Spain controlled more than 60% of the ball positions but couldn't score a single goal and what's even more strange was their 3 penalty takers missed including a penalty from the captain of their national team's bad record and just like Japan which doesn't have a sharp penalty shooter.
Penalties are a bit based on luck as much as scoring, if you are not doing some panenke or whatever it is called, then you are going to shoot the ball, these are million dollar valued players and can shoot the ball we all know that, but sometimes you just fail to put it where you want to, between the stress and the tiredness and indecisiveness, there are many factors to put in.

Many people joked about Ronaldo and how he scored plenty from penalties, but I hope all those people realized why it is important to be consistent at scoring from penalties and how every team needs at least one guy like that. Spain lacked a proper striker, and that caused their elimination.

Any of you guys going to bet on Brazil vs Croatia match ?
I really think Brazil will take it away easily since their performance is really good.
The odds are quite decent. But I am not able to find any timer until which we can place the bet.
Anyone has any idea about that ?
On average Brazil should be able to beat Croatia in the majority of the games they dispute, but since everything will be decided in a single match then this game becomes more difficult to predict since Croatia is defensive minded team and can be a very uncomfortable opponent.

So I think that if the odds are good, a bet on Croatia to win could make sense as I think a great deal of gamblers will bet on Brazil, and casinos will have to improve the odds on Croatia to encourage gamblers to bet on their favor.
I still think that Brazil would probably have an easy time to beat. Croatio failed to even easily beat Japan, and I know Japan managed to beat both Germany and Spain before they faced Croatia so they are not an easy team, but Brazil is definitely much better than all of them and I am guessing that it won't even be a close game. They have great players and they are going to not only play a joyful game to watch, but also dominate it all to make it evident they are much better.

I understand we had many shocking results on this world cup, but that doesn't mean that we are going to keep having these kind of unexpected results on every single game, this one is not that possible.
