Well, sometimes websites just take a bit of break as well, it's not just gamblers that take a break from gambling, its websites and casinos who take a break from everything else as well.

Bitsler didn’t change ownership since then. They just become less active here after they stop there signature campaign promotion. I knew @Jamyr is working for Bitsler as freelance bug bounty hunter on the website but I don’t know too what’s there deal now that Jamyr is actively posting Bitsler promotion with there representatives absent here.

Bitsler decided to focus on there own giveaways in there casino such treasure chest but forum users is not always active here since there is a lot of casino here in the forum that giving away a lot of bonus for free for forum members.

Bitsler didn’t change ownership since then. They just become less active here after they stop there signature campaign promotion. I've read his first post about his complaints and there's no someone that's replying to him, it is according to him.

I think that's where his grudge against bitsler is coming from. And it seems sort of a deep grudge against bitsler with all of his complains and negative words about them.

All of what he's said were negative and that's what makes him think it's a failed site, maybe he just lost big on them.

It might be right and they may think that bicointalk forum is not helpful as helpful as their own forum. And also from their last campaign on the forum, they may not get enough good results. Bitsler is a big casino and running a signature campaign is not a big burden on their marketing budget but I agree with you that they perhaps want to focus more on their own forum. Some big casinos run promotions on their forums like PrimeDice, WinDice too.

I have no idea Which World Cup promo you talk about but for chests you have to take related Key to open it. For example, Gold accounts get one gold and 1 platinum chest per rank. After getting platinum rank you can open the chests with your new platinum key.  The level up prizes don't worth so far and I have stopped doing it long time ago. Other platforms have better offers to wager $150k, I don't want to be stuck for smaller nitro or low rank chests on Bitsler.

but the conclusion is that the two gambling platforms that you mentioned are equally good. both have different bonus promotion methods.
