i load my card like 3 hours ago and dont work the website i contact suport and tell me try in 30min i wait more than 30min and he send me other email telling me now its wotking but lie nothing working you cant lie to people also you have always those problem with login and loading the card why always you have problems?
I have just logged in to my account and loaded a small sum to my card. It worked fine. Could you please advise what exact errors are you getting? And send me PM with your email address, I 'll check on the backend what could be potentially the issue. |

I have just got to know this.
Turned out the bank was out of stock (our E-Coin cards), and the expedited shipment was put on hold. The stock should be updated this week, and all the cards will be reshipped with DHL tracking numbers sent out to your emails.
I am sorry for such a confusion and a delay. We did not know ourselves, and for our requests to provide DHL tracking numbers, the bank just replied they still do not have it. Only yesterday evening bank rep replied to the escalation email the cards are actually out of stock.
To justify. The bank did notify us there were some cards on hold due to stockout, though they have never mentioned it was DHL cards.
I am going to send the email to all users who raised the tickets recently. And then will follow up once we get an update from the bank the cards are shipped.

Поддержу, идея замечательная. Сейчас вашей картой пользуюсь редко только потому, что вывод кодами BTC-e получается выгодней и быстрей. странно но на картинке сайта было нарисовано именно БТС-Е код ввод-вывод под 1.25% или это я сквозь пикселы уведил чего не было  Хм, не припомню такого. А можете ссылку или скрин прислать, если снова наткнетесь? |

В аккаунте E-Coin да, все это можно (в принципе, это основной источник для загрузки средств на карту). ОН, конечно, не такой расширенный, как у банков. Например, нет возможности оплачивать что-либо прямо из нашего аккаунта, типа ЖКХ, телефона и тд, нет возможности с нашей карты переводить на банковские аккаунты или другие карты. Все ваши загрузки средств и траты, баланс, конечно же, отображаются. т.е. получается что вирт карту можно только пополнить фиатом или криптой и просто использовать для инет покупок? для всех других операций (переводы с карты на карту, сепа переводи тд) она не погодится? как способ пополнения фиатом коды бтс-е или др бирж принимаются? Вы можете пополнить карту одним из следующих способов: - биткоинами (то есть вы посылаете биткоины на кошелек E-Coin, а оттуда грузите на карту); - банковским переводом (сепа); - при помощи сервисов-партнеров по денежным переводам (Alternative Payment Method) - но у нас лимитированное количество сервисов-партнеров, доступных не во всех странах; - с платежных сервисов типа PayPal, Neteller и др, которые принимают наши карты. Соответственно, вывести деньги с карты (виртуальной) можно при помощи: - покупок в онлайн магазинах; - на платежные сервисы (типа пэйпала, нетеллера и тд), которые принимают наши карты. По поводу BTC-E кодов, у нас они не принимаются. Можно оттуда (и из других бирж) выводить или биткоинами, или через банк-трансфер (но надо сначала проверить, принимает ли нашу карту), или через платежные системы (опять же, удостоверившись сначала, что наша банковская карта принимается). Хочу предупредить, что сегодня или завтра утром у нас могут закончиться доллары (и евро, возможно). Если вы планируете серьезные покупки или просто какое-нибудь ответственное мероприятие, лучше загрузить карту сейчас, пока валюта есть. Или иметь в запасе наличные.
Я надеюсь, этого не произойдет, но шансы остаться без долларов очень велики. К вечеру понедельника должны придти.

С недельку попользовался виртуальной картой, в целом всё гуд, но несколько вопросов есть.
1. При пополнении Neteller не видно кода, который шлет neteller в примечании и поэтому карту не верифицировать. Это у вас такая договорённость с nrteller или просто недоработка? В других системах верификация проходит, код виден.
2. Сколько виртуальных карт можно выпустить на одном аккаунте? Пока, как я понял только по одной в каждой валюте.
3. Можно ли как-то перекинуть баланс с карты на другую карту или обратно в систему.
4. Что будет с балансом если карту заблокировать, вернется на баланс или зависнет?
5. Есть ли положительный опыт пополнения данной картой различных РУ платежных систем - ЯД, Киви, ВМ и т.п?
Добрый день, 1. Код Neteller мы можем уточнить с банком. Его действительно не видно в транзакциях (даже на нашей стороне), но представители банка могут эту информацию предоставить. К сожалению, это может занять пару дней. 2. Да, вы поняли совершенно правильно - три (по одной в каждой валюте) 3. Пока нет. Но в течение этого месяца мы точно добавим функцию покупки биткоинов (то есть вы сможете с карты перекидывать деньги обратно в биткоиновый кошелек). А с запуском Wirex должны добавить функцию трансфера средств с карты на карту. 4. Баланс останется на карте. Карта будет в статусе Suspended и не видна в вашем аккаунте. В принципе, мы можем вам вручную (пока функция покупки биткоинов не появилась), перекинуть деньги в кошелек или на другую карту. Ну или разблокировать вашу карту. 5. Если честно, я не уверена. Могу спросить у русскоязычных коллег, которые ими пользуются. Но у меня есть подозрение, что эти сервисы принимают исключительно карты российских банков (а наша выпущена гибралтарским). Я пробовала только привязать к WebMoney - точно не принимает. Так же как и российский пэйпал (берет только карты российских банков) - хотя пэйпалы других стран карту принимают. Payoneer карту принимает, но там жуткая комиссия, как я слышала. Про Киви и Яндекс-деньги спрошу у ребят. |

We may potentially experiencing issues with FIAT this weekend. Specifically, dollars are running out. So if you were planning something serious for this Sunday and have not loaded your card yet, please make sure you have a backup plan in case we are out of them.
Euros are still there, though not much as well. We reduced the limits down to 500 per load.

You meant the delivery time? We do not have very accurate ETA, as it might be pretty unpredictable sometimes. Well, with standard delivery it might be about 4-5 weeks (+- 1 week) DHL will take no longer than 7-10 days. |

Waiting for the start of bank's business day. We were promised to get it fixed in the morning (Gibraltar time), however it can be a bit unpredictable. For the same reason we have our limits lower than usual (for other currencies). I hope everything will be settled today and the service is back to normal. I'll keep posting news in this thread. |

Hello, To get verified you need proof of your identity (ID, passport, or driving license) and proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, etc..). Once I've seen the card was blocked due to the fraudulent activity. You can use the card on gambling sites to send/receive money, some of our clients do - and it is fine. Neither we not bank have no specific limitations of that kind. |

i am really disappointed in the service this time and want to say your customer support is not good at all.. everything was working fine, i deposited coins on 28th feb and they never showed up in my account even though they are long confirmed on network .. i contacted customer care and no reply ... i left a message on live chat then i got a reply only twice stating the tech team will look into it and till now NADA my money is still not in my account sent msgs on the support and no reply at all since 48 hours this is really disappointing.

We recently had issue with synchronization: the bitcoins arrived to your BTC wallet, however the balance in the account itself was not updated. I would check whether this is the case and sync it manually. The funds return may happen two ways: - transaction remains Authorized and once the refund is made will be settled as Failed in 14 days; - transaction was settled as Successful (e.g. if funds return was made after some time, like you did not receive the goods you paid for) - then refund will be just an additional Card Load transaction. Rarely happens, that there is no indication of refund apart from your balance being increased (I am not sure how this happens, but I've seen it once - a bit confusing). So just keep an eye on your balance. In any case, if you requested a refund and did not get it in 14 days - we can always send the dispute to the bank and ask them to investigate. |

Technically, it is possible to purchase few cards for the same shipping address from different Wirex accounts, however once again - the bank monitors suspicious activity (and for them few cards in the same currency ordered to the same address is suspicious) and block such cards on monthly basis. For unblock they require ID and address proof in such cases. So, be careful.
