so any help would be massively appreciated ... i hope you have a granite address Wink ...

0 connections found. God there endless problems with this coin. Will it ever actually end and just work as it should.
What happens on 25k blocks that you talking about now ?
Make sure you added nodes ... B3 have 13 active connection.

the seednodes should be recognized as the first in the list of nodes to be accessed ...

hence the reason for the DONATIONS ( which we still have not got any of ) for the nodes ...

@josh - it looks like we need to recode the dns / seednodes part of the source ...

unless of course this is the older wallet - in which case you can just add the seednode addresses to the .conf file ...

What software do you use to gpu mine this coin

how do you get from home to work? ...

that is a very similar question ...

you need to explain what you mean by that question - as there are MANY ways of mining this coin - and MANY different types of equipment to use mining this coin ...

do you want to mine it yourself? ... what equipment do you have currently? ... are you willing to buy equipment - or want to use what you have? ... considering renting to mine? ...

you are asking for software with gpu ... what gpu? ... amd? ... nvidia? ... other? ... operating system? ... versions of os? ...

be specific with your question - and you will get a specific answer ...

What happens on 25k blocks that you talking about now ?
I just opened my wallet 1 minute ago, and I now have 13 active connections to B3 network.

POS rewards increase to 5000% per year, between blocks 25k to 30k.

We are currently at block 23847, so we have less than 1200 blocks till the big rewards kick in.

I have also 13 active connections and waiting for HI POS to kick in  Cool

That is great and very well done ! Most coins dont have anywhere near that. Maybe they habe about 5 but 13 that is good. The wallet staking is slow and I'm not sure I get s full reward I can't see the stake time and the weight is equal to the coin count. Anyone else noticed ?

all the seednodes are fully functional and serving the network ...

i had to mine my own coins to donate into the seednodes - as only one donation ( and we are VERY appreciative of that ) was given from the community ... the other larger donation was given by greedyjohn ...

this is quite disappointing from a community that says it gives a damn - but SHOWS that it does not want to act as a community of giving members ...

our infrastructure costs quite a bit of money evry single month of the year - and without support from you all - we need to make decisions based on what the communities prove as being the important areas of the project ...

it seems that THIS community believe that the hipos area of the project is more important than the stability and backup of the network and blockchain - so be it ... i am quite disheartened by this ...

if this coin and community is to survive and continue to grow - the 'community' need to be just that - a community ... banded together - working together - growing together ...

Please remember to bring some volume to C-Cex, everyone.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately C-cex again has a bug withdrawing EGC. The following transaction didn't appear on the block explorer:

d78e953a270c5a2407ecfbf948876f74f5a464d6372dc3dc23875c8fd8642a32

I'm waiting since yesterday for the support to solve this...

I will get ahold of the C-Cex admin on Skype and get this resolved. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.

I have verified with the admin their blockchain is correct. I have brought your specific issue to his attention. I do hope he does promptly find a resolution for you.

ccex? ...

he is VERY efficient ...

if there is an issue he can fix right away - he will ...

hope this is fixed quickly also ...

Synthetic glass

Another variant, more elegant and partially transparent

These will be Limited editions, due the absence of an upper plate of ordinary steel

DRZ marked for delisting  Shocked

yup ...

and i have spoken to ccex over that - and due to the lack of volume ( almost NONE ) the delist will stay unless we can produce about 6btc worth of volume in a month ...

thats a small amount per day ...

but i have said my piece earlier - and stand by it ...

i have yet to find the passwords for all the setup - so im still looking also ... ive just been too busy with the other developments ...

Hi all guys

Right, if you can come to Lazio region or Turin, in north Italy, you will be able to pick them up directly. Better Rome in the current stage

We're finishing the details because we had an internal delay due some key elements, but we're on track. I hope that I'll be able to give you the final details of the units in a couple of weeks.

I can show you a preview of the latest units, which are NOT representative of the final model, due the absence of the key elements mentioned above.

This unit it's still in beta phase, 50% handmade, but the concept it's this.

What you see it's a GTX 1070 ZOTAC AMP EXTREME, the longest VGA you can purchase right now. An AMD HD 7990 should fit correctly, an R9 290/390x with custom cooler at 100%.

The final models will have these features:

1) extractable plate, with EAXT support, 2x 2.5" drive bays (2x SSD) (I am pushing to add even a single 3.5" bay, common 4TB HDD), a single ATX PSU (Up to 1700W platinum)
-a) a variant with a custom power delivery ****

2) extractable and exchangeable dissipating unit, with these configurations:
-a) 4x 92x38mm server, very high CFM (very high reliability) *
-b) 4x 92x38mm server with general fans, a bit less CFM *
-c) 3x 120x38mm fans, server ones *
-d) 3x 120x25mm fans, consumer models, silent mode but weaker CFM *
-e) 3x 140x25mm industrial fans (high reliability and compatibility) *
-f) 3x 140x38mm industrial fans (maximum CFM possible) *

3) extractable and exchangeable VGA plate, with these variants
-a) 5x 2.5 Slot VGA's
-b) 6x 2.25 Slot VGA's
-c) 7x 2.0 Slot VGA's
-d) 8x 2.0 Slot VGA's***

*: these variants will be purchasable in our ecommerce portal.
***: not yet made, but possible due the width of the 19" chassis

You will be able to purchase all this stuff in our portal, pay with a SEPA or BTC and even pay with a financing on a monthly basis, especially if you purchase the complete package, ready to use with up to 6 VGAs. We'll be able to ship in EU and USA. The MSRP of a chassis it's being evaluated, but it will be much more affodable than the current options (425/450/650$ in the USA) having a 19" RACK 4U compatibility.

We will offer 2 year warranty, brand new products, and product lines. You will remember this name "Cryptenergy SRL" when we'll start offering our custom solutions.

Other than the mechanical products we are in the development phase for these products:

- a new tipology of 16x PCIE Riser, with a new design and MUCH MORE reliable than the chinese ones, very high quality with TOP-of-the-line components. Tantalum capacitors, very strong PCB, 8/6pin PCIE connector and 4pin MOLEX (as you wish, maximum compatibility), advanced thermals (integrated heatsink in the PCB, to cool passively the components). The part number will be MSC-1, where "M" it's Matteo, my name. Under patent**

- a new tipology of motherboard USB-to-PCIE adapter, with and horizontal terminal instead of a vertical one. It will be fantastic because of the integration in our venus prime concept, because of it will be possible to obtain a wonderful cabling, more reliable due a fixed holding system and mainly without electrical or connection issues. It will be under patent**

- custom cables with 12AWG wires, GOLD terminals, very high quality. With these you can forget about cabling and fire issues, in our solutions

- a new tipology of secondary motherboard, that will support up to 7 dual slot VGA. Think about a general motherboard with risers on it, our risers. The MSC-1 in series, but integrated probably on it. It will be inserted in our VENUS PRIME chassis. Under patent (so we will use it in our solutions first, obviously under patent**)

- a custom power delivery up to 2400/2600W with a platinum certification (92% efficiency), inserted in the ATX slot in this unit. It will be possible to purchase a different kind of plate. We're working on it, we'll have another DCDC converter for such solutions but it will require some time due complex electrical prototypes ****

** we're evaluating to start an operation in Iceland, so we'll be able to host phisically these units, with competitive housing prices. Something like genesis mining, but with your phisical solutions based on REAL VGA's, not ponzi-scam mechanics and shameful cloudmining contracts (I have no words to comment what happened with the cloud mining services like genesis mining and toomim brothers https://forum.z.cash/t/toomim-bros-gpu-mining-software-and-cloud-mining/2080/1075, pretty shameful mechanics).

sounds good ...

237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]B3 Hybrid POW/POS [X11] - ANTI-INSTAMINE, NO PREMINE, NO ICO, NO IPO[ANN] on: November 13, 2016, 08:02:09 PM
hi all ...

as you know - a lot of work has been going in to the backend of the b3coin network ... and im happy to say ( yes - about time ) that all is well on the code and compile side of the coin ( pardon the pun ) ...

the compile is being tested again currently - and if all goes well - we will push it to the production servers for the seednodes to start ... this will make it a great deal easier to sync for everyone when the devs decide to merge the code ive changed - or at least just hardcode the seed addresses into the wallet - then compile windows / osx wallets with the core changes for the next version ...

for those of you that cannot wait ...

the seednodes will be setup as dns addresses so they are easier to remember than ip addresses ...
the seednodes will be completely dedicated to the network ...
the seednode addresses can be placed in the B3.conf - instead of hundreds of ips ...

they will take the following form ( and these are the same addresses that will be hardcoded into the new wallets ) ...

Code:
addnode=b3-seed01.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=b3-seed02.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=b3-seed03.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=b3-seed04.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=b3-seed05.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=b3-seed06.chainworksindustries.com
addnode=b3-seed07.chainworksindustries.com

these are all the seeds you need to remember to add into the conf file - before the new wallets come out of course ... from the next version onwards - you wont need ANY addnode address in the conf file - and it is preferable none are added to reduce issues in the network ...

further to this - as a bonus ... we have built a pool for b3coin - with both low difficulty stratum ( lodiff ) and high difficulty stratum ( hidiff ) - as a welcome addition to our setup of pools for chainworks industries ( cwi ) ...

for more information on the details of the pools and their designations and colour coding - please visit our official thread on bitcointalk ( which is also being redesigned and updated in the coming weeks ) here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1563601 ...

to access the pool and start mining - go to the landing page for cwi-pools and just click the b3coin pool ...

you will find it loads within the page itself - not opening a new browser window ( your feedback is always welcome if you dislike this way of access ) ...

register - and wait a few minutes for the confirmation email ...
confirm via email ...
login in with the credentials you registered with ...
setup you profile - which includes your workers - payout address - payout amount - etc ...
you are ready to start mining ...

due to having two difficulty stratums - there are two different ports to access ...

lodiff port 8003 - for cpu - gpu - smaller asic miners ...
hidiff port 8503 - for larger asic miners - farms - nicehash - miningrigrentals - and other sites you can rent hash from with a high hashrate ...

below is the addresses for the miners ...

Code:
http://pool.chainworksindustries.com:8003/
http://pool.chainworksindustries.com:8503/

ALL cwi pools have a very low fee of 0.7% ... thats it ... it will not change - whether testing or production ...

when the b3coin pool is tested for the qualifying 7 days from its official launch in a few minutes - AND any issues ( if at all ) are fixed  - then the b3coin pool will be designated production - and also change colour ... this will NOT affect your mining in any way when this transition occurs ...

as always - we hope that the miners of the community will help use the b3coin pool - and thrash the daylights out of it to make sure it is solid and stable ...

please remember to use the correct ports - otherwise your miner will end up with many rejected shares ...

if there are any issues - please contact as soon as an issue occurs ... i am in australia ( though cwi is spread all over the world between us - 'theteam' ) - and it will be me handling any issues that may arise ... so please be patient ...

access to the b3coin pool ( and the other pools we areslowly building in our arsenal of mining pools ) is here - http://pool.chainworksindustries.com/ ...

all your donations are always helpful ... especially for the seednodes ...

by the time this is published - i will be getting to bed ... and its already almost 0600 monday morning ...

tanx ...

Thank you for the new nodes. I bought even more b3 so I hope the staking talks much less time. What difference does it make how many nodes you have ? I have always wanted to know this.

Thank you for the new nodes. I bought even more b3 so I hope the staking talks much less time. What difference does it make how many nodes you have ? I have always wanted to know this.

finally fixed some of the compile issues ...

removing secp256k1 dependencies ( for expternal dependency on openssl instead ) ... changed the makefile.unix ( others will be changed by josh ) ... created missing directories ... testing compile now ...

the most important out of all of this - is the seednode build and hardcoding in the wallets / daemons - so no one will have this issue of no sync - and messing with the .conf file adding nodes ... it will just run and find the seednodes automatically ...

which is the preferred way to sync - reducing the risk of forking or any other issues in the network / blockchain ...
w
remember these are FULL nodes - not just open wallets on occasion ... the seednodes are designed to be online ALL the time - supplying the FULL blockchain to the entire network ALL the time - in datacenters that have a 99.9% uptime - and strengthen the network by maintaining a good weight for consensus on the blockchain ALL the time ...

yet not ONE donation for these seednodes at all from anyone so far ... i hope this changes and the community can band together to help the devs - and chainworks industries to keep supporting the seednodes and the upkeep of the backbone ...

all your donations are a massive help - so no matter how small or large they are - please donate ... if ALL community members donated just 70b3 - the seednodes would be covered ...

so please donate as much as you can to this address - SVmEwG8oYt2FRvuXquUGwoYH3X1Ab3QreG ...
