Portugal advance in their typical fashion, barely holding on a tie vs inferior opponent. Hopefully they will get slaughtered by Uruguay. They absolutely will get handled .Their back line is going to get shredded by Suarez and Cavani. This was a huge oppurtunity wasted they are struggling to get a win against Iran. Most of today games results were surprises. Especially when Saudi won over Egypt i thought that Salah will at least win a game for them since there was a lot of hype over what he will be adding for his national team but at the end he failed to carry his club for the next stage.
After watching today matches I believe these winners cannot advance in last fours specially Portugal and Spain as they fail against very weak sides but biggest upset was Saudi Arab beat Egypt still have shock what they done very good fight and good end Uruguay done very good job they have good potential to advance more in this cup |

I was disappointed with Australia's performance yesterday. They had the perfect opportunity to win at least one match and save their dignity. But Rashid got stuck in there for a good 60 minutes or so and allowed Jos Buttler to score the winning runs.
England will be delighted with whitewashing Australia 5-0. Even without Warner and Smith, I would have expected Australia to perform better than this. 205 was not a fighting total, but Australia should have won after they reduced England to 50/5. Full marks to buttler for taking his side home. We have to appreciate Adil Rashid if he does not stand for a long time England will lose this match he almost played 8 overs. it's a low scoring match but it entertained us a lot. I thought when ENG lost half team just for 50 runs they will lose this match but Buttler and Adil Rashid changed the match result all credits go to these 2 players. Congrats England. This was one of most worst performance from Australia in last 3 decades after watching last match I believe they are mentally too much down and their all new bowlers not performing as they need to do which is very bad for them now less then one year and they have very tough task hopefully they will recover this all and have good in defending their world cup title In Third test West indies doing good in Sri Lankan first inning and have 50 runs lead but their own second inning start is not good just 13 runs on board and they lost 3 wickets this could be very interesting match |

Today we have 4th ODI match b/w AUS vs ENG. i don't think Australia will come back in this match. England already won this series and leading by 3-0 if it goes 5-0 also no surprise.
Suppose if England play first batting today also we can expect a big score.
Very dull start by Australia. They are 38/0 after 7.2 overs. I am saying this again and again... If the Australians want their team to perform well during the 2019 World Cup, then they need to replace at least part of the old guard with fresh blood. Australian batting is not bad today they scored 225/2, 39 overs completed. Aaron Finch got out for exactly 100 runs. head and Marsh also scored half century it's a good sign for aus team. I think still 11 overs left and 8 wickets in hand so we can expect 100 more runs. 330+ is not a bad total may be today aus have a chance to win this match what you say guys. Finally Australia scored 300+ on this Series and give a target of 310 to England, but now the England team scored 144 for 19 overs with any wicket loss sure they are going lead the series with 4-0 today and very bad show from Australia team for this series. Australian bowling line up is not good enough as most of bowlers are new and they need time for settling sadly they have right now one of best ODI side against them and have worst records which is not good indication as world cup is also coming and they need to do some hard work for preparing as they are going to defend title |

Yup.. looks like Ireland is going to win this match. As of now, they're on 77/2 after 9.0 overs, with another 110 runs needed for a win. I don't know what happened to Scotland after their famous victory against England. Surprising results these days:
-Afghanistan whitewashed Bangladesh
-Scotland beat England by 6 runs in one-off ODI
-West Indies literally crushed Srilanka
Did anybody follow today's Scotland ODI match against England? It was an awesome performance by Scotland and it'll be interesting to see them against Pakistan in Edinburgh on 12th of June. It'd be a T20 match though.
Performance of Afghanistan is not surprising as they already beat West Indies two time in Zimbabwe and now this Whitewash proves this was great work by them Scotland win was really good and stunning we can say they done great job now Pakistan is also going in Scotland look like these could be very interesting matches |
