Did we reached the limit of 280x? Is there still headway for the rx 470/480?
It wouldnbe great if these questions will be answered so we can invest on that gpu

is there something wrong with the dashboard cant see the hashing power of my rig
|
|

I can't see the GPU temperature and FAN speed in Claymore (not just in v8, in older versions too). I also can't see or set any parameters in WattTool (and only see the GPU temperature and is jumping randomly between 0C and 1924761C). What could be the problem?
I use WIN 10, Catalyst 16.10.3, I have 6*RX470 and 6*RX480 rig, I get the same problem.
This is because RX4x0 cards need at least one monitor connected to the rig. You can use an hdmi dummy plug (from $9 to $15) or get teamviewer and access from another pc. you still need a plug to see the gpu temperatue and fan speed even if you log in with teamviewer

v8.0:
- improved speed by about 15-25% (depends on card model). Up to 300H/s on stock 390X. - added "-i 5" and "-i 6" values, 1-2% speedup, but can be unstable in some cases. - now remote management is working in read-only mode by default. - some bug fixes and minor improvements.
Wohoo going to test it now with my rx 470 and rx 480

How do you completely turn off this MSI light
is that to remove the light and unplug it Just take those little screws out. Must be a wire behind it. You can also do it with MSI gaming App if all of your cards are the same

i feel 280x the cards Claymore loves the most - will have 200 sols per card i nthe update ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) ) I like 390-390X the most - I'm going to reach 300H/s on stock clocks. RX480 will show about 190-200 I think. 280X - about 200 or a bit more. What Hashrate will a R9 Nano have on v8? Is it even possible for a rx480 to get a hashrate above 200 H/s? I'm trying to figure out whats the best investment for another rig.. Btw. good work! Somebody analyses the hash rate of the RX 470. The limit is around the 170 H/s. So it will not be too high. 170 for a 470 how in the world are you going to achieve that without getting ridiculous high wattage? Im hashing with my 470 at 150 with a decent wattage

It would be awesome if we receive the benchmark function like zec miner 7

Rx 480 4gb 156 sol Rx 470 4gb 145 sol
It is a good boost and the wattage is still the same

v7.0:
- improved speed by about 15-25% (depends on card model). About 230H/s on stock 390X. - added "-benchmark" option.
Wow this sounds great! Downloading and testing it!!
