I can't see the GPU temperature and FAN speed in Claymore (not just in v8, in older versions too). I also can't see or set any parameters in WattTool (and only see the GPU temperature and is jumping randomly between 0C and 1924761C). What could be the problem?
I use WIN 10, Catalyst 16.10.3, I have 6*RX470 and 6*RX480 rig, I get the same problem.
inhave the same issue...for me it's between a card going bad or drivers or motherboard. The temp most likely is card going bad or thermal paste not making good contact. After that is drovers. My mobo also has issues running more than 2 cards unfortunately :/

This is because RX4x0 cards need at least one monitor connected to the rig. You can use an hdmi dummy plug (from $9 to $15)

Tahiti cards, 2048 sp ~ 200 h/s Ellesmere, 2304 sp ~ 200 h/s Pitcairn, 1280 sp ~ 100 h/s Tonga, 2048 sp - only 140. Why so nerfish? Claymore, fix this issue with Tonga cards pls. Just a correction: pitcairn have 1024sp, as i know. Someone can confirm the power draw of r7 370 @zec? and, there's some way o reduce it? (undervolt, mem straps?) Thanks.

Pitcairn and Tonga have same 256 bit membus, almost similar hashrates but very different number of sp's. I'm sure Tonga can be close to 7950 at least.

Claymore v8 Windows 7 Catalyst 15.12
.....
It would be interesting to see what my HD 7750s would manage but it looks like they don't have enough RAM to run this?
Cards with 1 Gb running since version V8.0, but only with 2 threads ! My rig (6 *7790 1GB) is getting 405 H/s with round about 450 watt, so you should try it with your 7750 ! Have a nice day

Proof r7 370: 1024sp - Pitcairn r7 370x: 1280sp - Pitcairn XT Mining Pitcairn XT is slower than Non-XT.. atleast in ethereum & zcash The only 370x (pitcairn XT) availabe is the "vapor X, from sapphire", with a 1075 core, 1450 mem, and a higher TDP (180w vs 110w). I had one, and always it was the slower one in the rig.... you can't underclock it... it's "locked" at 1075mhz core... overclocking it only gets worse... reducing hashrate. All 370s in the market (sapphire, xfx, asus, powercolor, etc) are non-xt, with 110w tdp and 1024sp, core clock from 9xx mhz to 1050 in OC editions. Maybe XTs in gaming are better. http://cdn.wccftech.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/AMD-Radeon-R9-370X-GPUz.jpg

Hi,
just to know: who could tell me the hashrate for 7850 and r9 270 not overclocked and undervolted.
Since Version 8.0 i'am thinking about to switch my rigs from ethos (ethereum) to W 7 64-Bit and claymore (zcash)
thx

r7 370 currently 110h/s stock 985mhz core. 7850 is the same? r7 265 too.... right now i'm confused (thanks amd) Let's mak it more easy: r7 370 is a rebranded r7 265... r7 265 is a rebranded HD 7850.... TDP 110w, doing 110H/s (Trinidad / Pitcairn pro) r7 370x is a rebranded r9 270x... r9 270x is a rebranded HD 7870 XT... TDP 150-180w, doing a bit less than 110H/s. (Trinidad xt, Pitcairn XT) Why a r7 370 (7850) beats a 270x? I don't know... theyre the same "chip" in different editions (pro vs xt)...somehow it does, thanks to the drivers, and AMD. note: R7 265 overclocks like a motherf*cker. It's one of the weirdest cards AMD has ever made

So for my two little rigs = 5*92 H/s + 2*110 H/s = 680 H/s round about 1 kw For ethereum i get 70 MH/s round about 1 kw........ hmmmm Maybee i stay on ethereum since the dag-size reaches my 2GB Cards have a nice day

Happy mining, currently ZEC (and for the last weeks) is being more pofitable than eth, better point your rigs to a zec pool. (If you want to hodl eth, exchange zec for it)
