221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Okay, Litecoin price needs to crash again now...... on: January 21, 2020, 01:56:07 PM
Feel sorry for you, man. As of today LTC is at $57, and I don't really much think that it would ever go back to $30, you trust your guts too much, didn't you? LTC is just bouncing between $56 to $58 in the last 3 days. Well, my least guess is that if it breaks its support level LTC might just stop at $40. Better yet don't hold back at that price though.
222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Waiting for the rise of all altcoins on: January 21, 2020, 09:29:40 AM
I believe that the time will come, slowly the altcoin starts to crawl up now and my hope is that by the end of the year it will be like this last year. The number of short positions fell to a historic low. This suggests that the bears have exhausted their strength, and perhaps soon we will see the growth! I hope so.
Everyone is believe that time will come that all altcoins will rise. Many are expecting that this year is year of altcoins dont stop believing I know that last year all altcoins become in red now I know altcoins will continue rise and their will be in color green. Expect and believe still be positive.

It is a tough call for all alts to rise though. But there are few who are making their way up on the stage, so I don't think we should have to recognize each of them as somewhat some of it are having their golden time pumping. Besides, you won't be investing all of 'em, and I bet you'll just pick among on the top list.
223  Economy / Speculation / Re: Monday Is the Best Day to Buy Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2020, 06:10:15 AM
I don't believe in such things, come man maybe it was just a coincidence that the marks had happened always on Monday. For me the best day to buy bitcoin is when you see it on sale and you have the money to buy at your fullest.

We would not know unless we take a look for at least a month? Chart sometimes could be deceiving but we have at least to take a look with ourselves. Besides, if this might be just a coincidence then these coincidences were good as we could take more profit by just buying every monday, and then sell in the following days that will arrive as long as the market gone higher.
224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we now confirm that he's Faketoshi.? on: January 20, 2020, 01:30:22 PM
From the start it was already the being questioned to him.
He cannot provide, that just means he is fake.
Many fake satoshi's will pop out. This is just the start.

But we all know how they can prove it. Move something out of that wallet and then maybe we could consider it.
It still needs investigation though.

Agree, besides he can prove himself anytime he want as long as he is the real one. He's just toying with people, talking non-sense to have an excuse or what. I already believe that he ain't no Satoshi, and I bet everyone did the same, no confirm needed. Because once again he can himself anytime he want, if he really is the real one.
225  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin hit 15K in 2020? on: January 20, 2020, 09:33:01 AM
Still, as the market has finally recovered (I believe), it’s now time to see where things could be heading up to the end of the year.

As for today the market have gone healthy better than what  it is before. Market grew from 7k to 8k and luckily it even hit 9k but stayed for a short time. Well, it is quite steady at 8.6k and I do think we might able to see 9k once again, however it might be temporary as well, the thing is, can the market hit 10k? Or it would just fall at 8k once again when it hit 9k?
226  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Just Plunged $700 Upon Reaching $9,060, Correction or Reason To Panic? on: January 20, 2020, 08:25:11 AM
Hitting the $9k mark seemed to have triggered massive sells since buyers from lower $8000 or even $7000 have taken their profit. There's nothing to panic, and no FUD to feel, it's just because of normal volatility and trading activity that sets off these dumps. As soon as it hit $9k, investors must have flooded the sell orders in hopes of getting out of the market at gains of over 12%.

They fear of losing the opportunity which indeed happen. $9,000 was somehow close yet quite tough achieve for some reason. That is why there are massive sell when BTC hit it which leads to downfall. Well, anyway we are quite steady and strong at $8,600 mark. We might be able to see again 9k may be after few weeks.
227  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is on its best start-of-year streak since 2012 on: January 20, 2020, 06:11:28 AM
The best milestone that happened to bitcoin price since 2012 is it reaches the maximum price of it which is 20000$. By that time, all of the bitcoin holders sold their coin and they be able to earn profit into it. I am hoping that sooner or later it will reach its peak again since halving is gonna happen in April of 2020.

Looks healthy, I think we would be having an entire healthy year, or if not may be it will just take a few weeks or months. Anyway, can't wait any longer, man. I am not expecting but I am hoping that at some point we will break ATH. I will take every opportunity I could get 'cause I disregard 2017's opportunity, however it is still long way to go though.
228  Economy / Speculation / Re: Have we been entertained? on: January 20, 2020, 02:57:25 AM
On my study and analysis, I discovered that the bull runs like four years interval, and with this too,if you observe it is planning to confirm my analysis. Now, all the news about baktt advances breaking and all the likes, are they just crypto-drama or arranged news to keep us busy and entertained?

Four years interval in terms of Bitcoin bull runs? Or are you referring to the entire cryptocurrency market bull run? Either way, you missed measuring that the last strongest bull run happened in 2017. That is only 3 years ago. And after that, Bitcoin has actually climbed from $3,000ish to $14,000 plus. That was considered a bull run for me although not as strong to break the 2017 ATH.

Agree, however the OP seems to state that at exactly four years there will be a bullrun. Which is not since bullrun could happen at anytime means randomly. I bet he want to state the halving's bullrun, instead? Or which can be considered to have 4 years interval.

Anyway, hey OP, would mind sharing us your studies? For us to discuss it further.
229  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there formula for bitcoin price ? on: January 19, 2020, 03:49:24 PM
None. All are just prediction.
Coinmarketcap is just a basis.
Even with mining, bills, electricity, tax or whatever financial issue. They are all just putting a number there without accuracy.

Mostly I see calculation with miners but who knows who can really move the market.
You will just be shocked at the price dumps and pumps which is out of this world.

Agree, besides if you have a formula you would have just a poor lead as price changing from time to time. And there are too many factors that must be considered upon formulating such calculations like the major events that sometimes temporarily influences the price changes, and such whales who are behind from sudden pumps.
230  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Will Reach $400,000 After Halving, History Dictates on: January 19, 2020, 02:17:57 PM
But I could be wrong too. Who knows? We just have to see if $400,000 per BTC would actually happen after the halving. However, it’s not good enough to save John McAfee’s d***!  Grin

Nobody cares about McAfee, I do think so. Well, $400,000 is close to real if the only basis would be the history itself. However considering some fundamental factors, some other people might say we won't be able to see bullrun. I am not a fan of prediction either, but if this would be real, 400k was so huge. But isn't it just a FOMO trap? We must be careful as well though.
231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 19, 2020, 09:13:09 AM
Conor been polite lately, I don't think it is still necessary for us to talk down to him. Well, in this case the fight could be possible as Conor had his boxing debut to Mayweather but the thing is, it is not about professionalism anymore it is just about money and fame. Because if it would be, and the battle would be in boxing ring Conor has yet to finish battle with someone for him to be eligible to battle Manny.
232  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did Elon Musk cause the massive bull-run? on: January 19, 2020, 08:26:40 AM
That's not it. Whatever the accomplisments of Elon Musk, it doesn't necessarily mean that he was the  founder. I dunno but they are still who believes on that. And whenever there is a price pump, people need reasons and pointed at some fuds, etc.
Agree, whoever been on the top stage then people are going to point something unreal to them. Elon Musk indeed had a lot of accomplishment, and going to accomplish but that doesn't mean he could be the person at everything. We must refrain on doing something unnecessary as it just brings false rumors.
Let's face the reality, it is something to do with how many people sold and bought btc not this some kind of videos.

233  Economy / Speculation / Re: Return of the bull? on: January 19, 2020, 07:14:53 AM
The most talked now is the halving.
Yeah, it is getting viral. So where else could we give the reason for all this hype of demands. Yeah, the halving only.
May be the major factor since it is the mainstream new at crypto space. However halving may play a huge factor here we couldn't eithet deny the fact that some small factors does contribute to such price changes. Besides halving is yet to come, so as for pump today it might be some manipulation of Whales out there to trigger FOMO because of much hype in incoming halvening.
234  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What bitcoin ideas do you have? Share it! on: January 17, 2020, 12:03:48 PM
I couldn't think of any better idea than having them experience the benefits that bitcoin can offer. Having such idea itself isn't sufficient as they would tend to half believing it since they may take it unreal or a fool's idea especially those ain't a techy one unlike if they have the experience itself they may even make an importance to it, or will grind more for them to get the benefits.
235  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people debate so much about BTC value? on: January 17, 2020, 09:02:54 AM
I agree to your stand point however, for people a piece of Btc does value upon on its market which price which happen to be in currency value. Besides they are competing whether will it pump, dump for them to validate their stand point with others. In addition, you cannot totally buy something out of bitcoin though there are few who accepts it as a payment but majority aren't thus, people ain't living with btc itself but on how much it values in currency.
236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here dream of achieving their financial goal in life through gambling? on: January 17, 2020, 06:01:35 AM
For people who does not have enough income to live a comfortable life, we try to find ways to end the struggle, we take big risk to gain big rewards so if we will be successful, we don't need to work anymore and just enjoy the rest of our life doing the things that we can't do due to lack of money.

are you one of the people who dream like this?

On the other end, yes. But the main purpose of gambling here is for entertainment in my opinion. Well, it ain't bad generating income in gambling however the chances are 50/50 as always compared to real life industry which you could earn totally fine however ain't much bigger compare to gambling. Well, if you wanna risk such income then it is fine, but you must be aware on the downside or else it could lead for further loss.
237  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the real reasons of recent BTC rally? on: January 17, 2020, 03:28:53 AM
Thing that had been tied up into this bitcoin price rally.

-Bitcoin halving
-US-Iran war
-CW issue

But to give out conclusion about the real reason then theres no one would able to point it out.Market is always been like this
even if theres no news, it can soar nor increase that high without even knowing the reason behind.

I agree, truly there are so much factors that must be considered in concluding market price rally. Not only the major events that occur but as well the minor factors out there happening without having so much notice. Or else, may be, the most common one is the Whales who manipulates the price just to drive our attention to major events.
238  Economy / Speculation / Re: How is the situation with Iran affecting the price on: January 16, 2020, 12:39:42 PM
So what about the sudden price increase lately, what could have contributed to it? Could this be because of Rouhani recent threat to US and UK? I believe things are tensioning out lately yet price is increasing.
I personally still don't think the previous price increase was as a result of the imposed war. It could be normal market activities or some investors are using this means to signal more buy.
I don't really believe that the price increase was just normal but a reaction to the tension between the United States of America and Iranian government. This is so because, there was rumours of price increase in Iran local crypto currency exchange  and that led to higer demand of Bitcoin followed by other altcoins.

I agree though we don't know real circumstances behind. But the most obvious part is that the major exchange happens may be triggers other people to join the possible hype not knowing that it is just one of the many factors. However we couldn't blame them, could we? Still they drives the market at some spot though.
239  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No one ever sells, nor buys anything in BitCoin.. Think this is wrong, read on! on: January 16, 2020, 09:24:17 AM
As Bitcoin adoption grows, more buyers and sellers may opt to transact in digital currencies, including Bitcoin. This provides many benefits such as ease of transfer, low costs, and decentralized commerce. The vendor may also opt to convert into stablecoin after the sale to further limit Bitcoin's volatility and "lock-in" the value. There are many benefits by not using fiat, especially as it relates to cross-border commerce.

I agree. There'e nothing wrong in using Bitcoin totally, and at some point it provides more ease more than what you expect. Besides in the end it is much more convenient to pay BTC directly in some transactions especially when such business accept BTC as a payment, and I bet majority would choose crypto to pay especially those crypto enthusiast, rather than fiats. Though volatility plays a vital role of making the idea of using it more criticial.

Do Not Blame Bitcoin, No Government Want To Make Its Citizen Millionaire

Just listened that UK new pm has increased the wages of UK employees a few cents per hour, Laughed. When the wages will be small, how you may claim that bitcoin may hit $100K or even a million? People only invest a portion of their money in Crypto, And the government pays a very small amount around $11/per hour. Can this small amount make bitcoin to hit over 100K or a million USD?
$11? Per hour? Man, thats a lot of money. Other countries does pay their employees such amount for working a whole day. And UK is damn far from that.

Quote
If these governments want to make their people rich, they could increase their wages to upto 10 times, around $100/per hour. When wages will be high, more amount of money could be invested in Crypto.
Making their citizens rich isn't the responsibility of the government in the first place. It is the responsibility of the individuals who must strive in order for them to live, remember that. You are lucky enough if you are livin' in a wealthy country but that doesn't end to that. In addition, hooking up the crypto market isn't as well the responsibility of government and I bet they don't even have such idea.

Quote
I hate this, even programmers are forced to work in less budget. When dollars and other currencies are free to be printed and their value will not be reduced even if they are printed a lot more, then which ant is enforcing and stopping the governments to force their employees to work in a low budget?
Printing money doesn't work like that. It could lead to hyperinflation.
