MOST IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not send any deposits to your deposit address after 23:00 UTC on the 31st of July until deposits and withdrawals have been re-enabled. Due to the upcoming bitcoin hard fork, we shall pause all deposits and withdrawals at 23:00 UTC on the 31st of July. Everything else on the website will work as usual but deposits and withdrawals will not be processed during this time.
After the hard fork has stabilized, deposits and withdrawals will be resumed when it is safe to do so. This should probably only take a few hours, but it may be longer if there are any problems with the network. We recommend that you do not send any deposits to your deposit address after 23:00 UTC on the 31st of July until deposits and withdrawals have been re-enabled.
Everyone who has a balance on the website at 23:00 UTC on the 31st of July shall receive Bitcoin Cash at a 1:1 ratio within a week after the hard fork. If Bitcoin Cash markets have enough liquidity, we may offer users a chance to exchange them into bitcoin directly on the website. Users will also be free to withdraw their Bitcoin Cash to their own wallets if they wish to do so.
We shall continue using the original Bitcoin as our primary coin so nothing will change other than the fact that users who have stored their bitcoin with us will get extra coins in the form of Bitcoin Cash.
Bitcoin Cash will only be credited on your main balance and balances in your bonus account will not be eligible to receive Bitcoin Cash. |

Dav7, thanks for this acknowledgement! Coinbase, for example, is only going to support BTC. And while it's good that they've notified their customers that this is the fact, they're actually taking the approach that most directly abuses their customers. They have control of their customers funds and if BCC were to soar they could use that appreciation to pay out BTC (for customer withdrawals) at a profit. We have no interest in using YOUR bitcoin savings as another profit center for us...that's why we pay you interest for keeping your coin with us. You trust us and we'll pay you for it, full stop. That's great!
I see many online wallets already stating they will only go ahead with BTC or BCC so it is a relief to see Freebitco.in will have this possibility!

Anyway, if you're activity really dropped from 84 to 70, it's probably a mod/admin decreasing your postcount because of you spamming. I'm not saying that's the reason, but thats my guess.
And if you are having posts deleted you should be getting personal messages from the Moderators announcing that your posts are being deleted. Another reality might be if you're posting to old threads or threads that are off topic, if the threads are repetitive or not very constructive they whole thread might get deleted...even though your post within the thread could be constructive and helpful. |
